  • Throne And Liberty: What Is The Best Way To Confront The Island Of Terror?

    Posted: Mar 19, 2024

Navigating through the Island of Terror in Throne and Liberty presents a formidable challenge, replete with intricate mechanics demanding precision and strategy. Each encounter with the boss unveils layers of complexity, testing the resilience and coordination of every adventurer daring to brave its depths. Let's delve into a comprehensive breakdown of these mechanics, unraveling the intricacies and offering strategies for triumph in the face of adversity. Get your Throne and Liberty Lucent ready for this boss fight!

    Mechanic 1

The tank will draw the boss's attention, but it's crucial to note that the boss inflicts significantly more damage than the standard dungeon enemies. After launching four fireballs, the boss will invariably stun the tank.

Hence, if a party member possesses a cleansing ability, such as a long-wheel user with Purify (excluding Nature's Blessing Purify), they can aid the tank in freeing themselves, enabling them to prepare for the subsequent mechanic.

Without this support, the tank will endure the heavy attack, and unless their health pool exceeds 15,000 HP, survival becomes precarious with each encounter.

    Mechanic 2

The boss will execute a pulsating heavy attack. When you observe this pulsation, it indicates that you can execute either a stationary block or a moving block.

Notably, a stationary block occurs when you remain static while blocking, whereas a moving block results from pressing any directional key while blocking. This distinction is valuable for the subsequent mechanic.

As a personal strategy, I count to three before initiating my block after the pulsations cease.

    Mechanic 3

You will encounter a diamond or square-shaped purple heavy attack, necessitating a movement block to evade being struck.

It's crucial to note that upon executing either a movement block or a stationary block, promptly follow up with your retaliatory attack. Failure to do so may render you unable to block subsequent attacks.

Moreover, if the tank loses aggro, the boss will unleash consecutive heavy attacks, leaving you with no option but to block. In such instances, failing to utilize your counter move may result in inadvertent counters instead of blocks, leading to damage. Without at least 10,000 HP, survival becomes increasingly uncertain.

    Mechanic 4

The boss will repeatedly initiate the stationary block sequence during the fireball phase, which adds complexity to the encounter.

For the fourth mechanic, three fireballs will land randomly, and to influence their placement, all players must position themselves near vents. This doesn't entail being hit by the fireball but rather standing nearby, ready to move out quickly upon its appearance. This strategy is suitable for players with reliable internet connections or adept dodging skills.

Alternatively, players facing challenges with luck or low health can wait for the fireball to land and then intentionally run into it to gain a simple burn debuff. This debuff is crucial because it clears the vents, enabling the use of the geyser for the fifth mechanic. Failure to clear the vents will obstruct visibility of the geyser, rendering it unusable even if selected.

To clear the vents with burn debuffs, simply run over the flames, but be cautious not to linger, as the debuff duration is brief. However, remain vigilant, as the boss will execute another heavy attack after the fireball phase, necessitating readiness while cleansing.

Following the fireball phase, lizards will spawn. In my group, we centralize around the boss after fireballs to efficiently eliminate the lizards with area-of-effect abilities and mitigate damage with a user's group heal.

After two heavy attacks, the boss will transition to geysers. It's crucial to note that after the second block, if the boss hits you, you'll endure a movement speed debuff, making it challenging to reach the geysers if you survive. Therefore, avoiding hits is paramount, as navigating to the geysers with reduced movement speed can prove exceedingly difficult and potentially insurmountable.

    Mechanic 5

Now, transitioning to the fifth mechanic: geysers.

You must approach the designated geyser that is emitting bubbles. It's crucial to reiterate that failure to cleanse any chosen geyser will render the vent inoperable, resulting in a game-ending scenario. Conversely, successfully clearing it will maintain the previous pattern, returning to the damage per second phase.

However, there will be only one functioning vent. Subsequently, following two additional heavy attacks post-geyser phase, the boss will enter its most challenging phase.

    Mechanic 6

The sixth mechanic introduces the rat phase, which proves to be the most challenging aspect due to its timing intricacies.

For players in North America, latency issues can exacerbate the difficulty. It's imperative not to exit the designated circle prematurely, refrain from digging immediately to avoid being stunned, and avoid rushing to cleanse, which could result in a wipe. Additionally, attempting to evade the orbs is futile, as being hit triggers a prolonged fear effect.

The optimal strategy involves creating some distance between party members to discern the boss's target, ensuring everyone absorbs the initial hit. The boss unleashes a shockwave attack, dealing varying damage depending on the player's defense, and inflicts a movement speed debuff for about 20 seconds.

After striking all players, the boss selects a target rat. To successfully evade, all players must remain above ground. As the boss moves to bite the first target, timely digging is crucial to avoid being consumed. This pattern repeats until all nearby rats are successfully evaded.

Once all rats are successfully avoided, the boss is temporarily stunned, allowing players to proceed to their designated plants for cleansing. This meticulous execution is the sole means to overcome this mechanic.

With the completion of this phase, the dungeon cycles back to its initial pattern, requiring players to repeat the process. While the challenge is rewarding for some, it may prove daunting for the average player, and adjustments may be made in future updates to mitigate its difficulty.

  • Throne And Liberty: News And Updates Post Patch In TL - Dungeon Changes, Weapon Balance & More

    Posted: Jan 04, 2024

NCSOFT has released patch notes one day before the patch goes live. I will tell you something about the new changes and improvements in Throne and Liberty. If you have plenty of Throne and Liberty Lucent, come and enjoy the news and updates after the latest patch.

    Dungeon Changes

Field Bosses, and Archbosses have been activated and will be added periodically this week, as all the milestones to unlock them have been completed. Dungeon tokens have received changes where daily recharge limits have been increased from 600 to 900 per day, and the max limit has been changed to 4500 from 1800.

A new recipe to craft the weapons chest that drops in the dungeons has been added for 40 dimensional tokens to serve as some sort of pity system in case you don’t drop the chest in 40 runs. All the dungeons have received some changes. Bug fixes, cheese mechanics, and exploits have been patched. They have added the ability to mark players, improved the ability to join and apply to different parties while already being in a party, and a variety of changes and fixes for the recruitment.

    New Transmog

In Miror Boutique, they have added weapon skins, so possible weapon transmog options will be available. Not 100% sure until we see it in the game. Abyss tokens are rewarded as points instead of tokens. Few balance changes to all the events. Now you can’t receive rewards from participating in multiple events at the same time. Skill books have been added as rewards in the events, and the amount of parchments has been reduced. Also, some several balance changes to field bosses and open-world dungeon mobs and bosses.

    Weapon Balance

Now for some weapon balance changes:

Sword and Shield received a slight buff where AOE damage of Annihilating Slash has been increased by 50%, and it received a few various bug fixes.

Dagger has had a knife shoving cooldown reduction reduced from 24 seconds to 18 seconds.

Crossbow’s mana recoup skill has increased Mana gain by 20%, and Longbow has had a buff on Decisive Sniping resets. Now you have 6 seconds to use it again, where before it was only 3 seconds. Also, now if you cancel the reset in those 6 seconds, it won’t go on cooldown like it did before. This is a huge buff and a much needed.

Staff had most of the changes reverted to how it was before the last patch and some damage buffs on certain skills and won’t receive some minor buffs.

    New Battlepass

New battlepass is also arriving with new and improved cosmetics. But one thing I noticed that wasn’t added but has been confirmed for the 3rd January patch before was the very much needed skill transfer to allow for easier build swapping. They have given no explanation for this decision, but I guess it was pushed for later patches so that they can have it ready without bugs and issues.

    UI Changes

The world map now shows how much time is left in day or night. Guild quests marks have been simplified and are no longer visible on the map. Ability to adjust ambiance sound separately added contrast settings. Several inventory improvements and various other UI improvements and bug fixes. Lastly, they have improved a lot of codex quests, which are now much easier to understand and complete, with a lot of general bug fixes.

And that’s everything coming in the next patch. Some great changes and some very much needed improvements, and overall, the game is heading in a very healthy direction.

  • Throne And Liberty: Exploring Bosses, Guilds & Exchanges In TL

    Posted: Dec 27, 2023

This guide will delve deeper into the world of Throne and Liberty, shedding light on bosses, guilds, and exchanges within the game.

    Bosses

TL has various types of bosses.

*The first boss you’ll encounter is a Field Boss. You can earn many Throne and Liberty Items by defeating the Field Boss. But since it’s much stronger than ordinary monsters, players will have to join forces to defeat them.

In the dungeon, Paola’s Dimension Circle, you participate in an event and together with group members defeat the mighty boss. Up to 6 people can freely form groups and participate in this event.

The Paola’s Dimension Circle is available starting from level 30. If you follow the Codex, you’ll meet NPC Paola, and your entrance to the dungeon will be activated. After this, you can enter directly from the special dungeon menu.

*The Archboss is a very powerful boss, and a large number of people have to join forces to defeat it. You can attack it after level 15. The name of this Archboss is Tevent.

The Archboss has a strategy that requires certain areas to be destroyed. When the boss is killed, it will have a beneficial impact on the entire Solisium continent. You can check the shadow on the map when the boss appears. The boss is represented by a red symbol.

Just like local events, these areas are divided into conflict zones and peaceful zones. When the boss appears, the location is displayed as a glowing indicator on the map. If you’re near the boss appearance location, you can witness the appearance of ominous symptoms.

*If you enjoy hunting, you can participate in Elite Monster hunts that appear in each field. You can get items that are unavailable when hunting ordinary monsters. Locations of these hunts can be found on the map.

You’ll see the monster level marked in red. This sign indicates Elite Monsters that appear in your area. Click the monster name, then click the check location button. You can see the approximate location of this monster. If you’re close by, the exact current location will appear on the map.

    Guilds

You can participate in both battles during Guild Raids.

If you want to initiate a Guild Raid, the first thing you need to do is join a guild.

Before starting a Guild Raid, let’s discuss the advantages of being in a guild. You can use guild skills to increase experience points. Depending on your guild level, you will receive buff effects.

To level up your guild, you must earn guild experience points in various ways. Actively participating in hunting or local events helps you earn experience points.

You can also take part in guild events and Guild Raids. When events are completed and successful raids happen, rewards go back to all guild members who weren’t involved. I recommend joining a guild.

And if you look to the right of the guild skill, there is a Guild Donation. If you donate, you will receive Guild Coins as a reward. Coins are used to buy various items from Guild Merchants. Origin and dimension stones in hunting grounds can be accessed on a Guild Base.

Guild members receive additional effects in all areas. Furthermore, if an area continues to be taken by guild, resources are generated at set intervals. These resources are consumed when using guild skills, so it’s important to keep them stable. Guild skills can be used by Guild Chiefs and guard-level members.

When you go to the Vienta Village, it’s a space that can be used by guild members. Guild Hall is available there. When you enter Guild Hall, you’ll see the red entrance door. This door allows you to participate in Guild Raids. Guild Raids upon up the guilt level grow, allowing content to be challenged. Guild Chiefs can initiate raids.

The greatest advantage of Guild Raids is that there is no PvP with other users or other guilds. The only thing you can do is engage in complete battle with the boss. If the boss is challenging, it’s important to truly understand the mechanics of the fight. If you’re confident in your understanding of the boss mechanics, please challenge it.

Items secured in Guild Raids can only be distributed among guild members. Earn various items through Guild Raids.

    Exchange

    Next comes the exchanges.

Tradable items during gameplay can be exchanged with other players through the auction.

Throne and Liberty Lucent are used for trading. The default tax rate of the exchange is 20%. The castle tax rate can be set between 1 to 5% by the guild that occupies the castle.

The exchange also has a favorite function, similar to a tap for equipment collections. Mark items you want to buy as favorite and check their prices frequently to buy them at the lowest possible cost.

Play Throne and Liberty for the fun or defeating various bosses through guild activities.

  • Throne And Liberty: A Complete Guide To Greatsword Weapon! - Skills & Weapon Combinations

    Posted: Dec 26, 2023

In this guide, we will learn about Greatsword. Greatsword has related attacks that cause tremendous damage. It is a weapon with high durability and a stable balance of offense and defense. It also has powerful wide-area attack skills, allowing you to exert your ability to destroy the enemy camp.

Greatsword is also a powerful melee weapon that can be wielded with two hands to chop down enemies. We primarily focused this weapon on Cleave and AOE damage, while also having a small amount of single-target utility.

This guide will cover everything you need to know about Throne and Liberty’s popular melee weapon, Greatsword!

    Greatsword Active Skills

Typically, Active Skills appear on your skill bar, and you can cast them to affect enemies and teammates. Currently, there are 12 skill slots in the skill bar. To create the best build, you must choose different active skills for both weapons to fill your 12 slots!

Greatsword’s active skill focuses on dealing massive damage in Cleave or Area of Effect type attacks. However, some skills focus on single target damage or crowd control. The following is a list of all of Greatsword’s active abilities.

Iron Point Parry is a skill that uses physical strength to defend against enemy attacks. If you block a rage attack, it has a chance to stun along with the damage, which is converted into Slaughter skill. You can reuse this skill to attack all enemies within range to quickly farm Throne and Liberty Lucent.

Valiant Brawl is a skill that continuously attacks the target. If there are other enemies around, spread the attack and you can deal stronger damage to the first target you choose.

Precision Dash is a maneuver skill that can instantly shorten the distance between you and the enemy. This skill can make up for Greatsword’s shortcomings, so use it effectively.

Stunning Blow is a skill that stuns the enemy with a certain probability. Stun can give you an advantage in combat, so use it in a variety of ways depending on the situation.

Death Blow causes massive damage to a single target, and can cause greater damage to Stunned, Bound, or Sleeping targets.

DaVinci’s Courage is obtained through Two-Handed Sword’s combat support skills. Increase combat stamina by increasing the maximum vitality and vitality regeneration of party members, including yourself.

Gaia Crash is a non-target, large-area skill that can attack all enemies. After using the skill, specify the interval and click again to use the skill.

Devastating Tornado is a skill that attacks all surrounding enemies. Its characteristic is that it can be moved and used freely even after the skill is activated.

Will Breaker is an area skill that sets an area and attacks all enemies. It will give the attacked enemy a debuff effect, reducing a certain amount of defense.

Ascension Slash is a skill that deals massive damage to a single target. When used on a Stunned, Bound, or Sleeping target, this may cause the target to fall.

Guillotine Blade is a powerful skill that can deal massive damage to a single target. It can maximize damage dealt especially to falling targets.

    Recommended Weapon Combinations

Finally, I will introduce you to two weapon combinations that can be paired with Greatsword.

    Sword & Shield

If you like being a front line tank, Sword and Shield are the perfect melee pairing for Greatsword. Both weapons benefit greatly from the other’s passive skills.

For example, Passive provides maximum health, more damage when the target is stunned, reduced damage, and more! With this build, you can easily defeat your opponents. It’s also worth mentioning that front line tanks are extremely popular in Guild vs Guild content.

    Dagger

Dagger gives Greatsword players the ability to become true melee assassins. Both weapon skill rotations offer a fantastic way to attack targets, lock on to them, and blast them. Unlike traditional assassins with low health, this combo offers a fairly large setup.

This concludes our Throne and Liberty Greatsword guide. There are also a variety of weapons in the game. There are also a variety of weapons in the game. Please use your weapon combination to enjoy the adventure!

  • Throne And Liberty: Which Quests To Prioritize In TL?

    Posted: Dec 25, 2023

Delving into the realm of quests within Throne and Liberty, it’s essential to discuss the priority system, completion strategies, and the diverse categories of quests available.

    About Quests In TL

There are several types of quests in the game, different in significance, rewards, type, difficulty, and conditions for completion.

The most challenging quests, as experience has shown, are necessarily the most critical in the game and don’t offer as many rewards as contract or guild quests.

I highly recommend not spending time on additional quests at the start. You can always return to them later, especially since it will be much easier with a higher level and stronger character.

You will come across quests that you simply can’t complete solo. Fortunately, there aren’t many of these, but they exist. You’ll need to find a group for quests like searching for notes in a dungeon designed for a group of six players—nearly impossible solo unless you’re a tank with excellent equipment. Being well-equipped means having enough Throne and Liberty Lucent.

Hence, it’s crucial to find a consistent group and active guild for battles, territory captures, and raids.

Which Quests Should You Complete First?

After understanding the quests in TL, you may be curious about what types of quests should be completed first? This question is simple.

    Purple Quests

Follow the storyline and complete only the quests marked with a purple icon.

These quests offer a lot of experience and good TL Items, including gear parts, accessories, and weapons. Equipping your character with this will be vital.

Additionally, you’ll receive equipment enhancement stones, accessories, and weapon upgrade stones to strengthen your character.

    Contracts

Upon leveling up, you’ll receive extra contract points that need to be completed daily.

New contract points won’t be added if you reach the maximum. I highly recommend completing contracts, as their rewards are essential for your character.

Completing contracts can yield not just Sollant and Exp but also equipment upgrade stones and skill enhancement books, which you’ll need a lot of. I suggest choosing contracts that offer skills enhancement books if available.

    Events

Next on my list are events.

Sometimes, events are more crucial than any quest because participating in events rewards you with paper used to create skill enhancement books. This is a significant aspect of Throne and Liberty.

Also Read: How To Develop Characters In Throne & Liberty? - Codex, Weapon Combos & More

    Guild Quests

Next, I think it’s guild quests immediately after events since they are crucial for guild growth.

For example, coins for restoring lost experience and guild coins for buying Mana potions are only obtainable through these quests. The more actively you participate, the more rewards you’ll receive.

For example, ranking first among participating runs yields Mystic Keys enabling access to spheres scattered throughout the game world, providing significant experience and occasionally opening portals that yield substantial experience upon closure.

    Additional Quests

After events and guild quests, I start completing additional quests if you have spare time.

These quests offer various rewards ranging from Exp and Sollant to new character transformations and titles. Often, these quests have specific conditions like finding something at night or waiting for a whale and hopping on it to find a waiting toy.

There are many such quests, and sometimes their descriptions aren’t immediately clear, especially if you’re playing on Korean servers.

    Boss Tower Runs

I’d also add boss tower runs to these quests.

But spending time on it at the beginning of the game, I highly not recommend. If you do not understand both tactics, these runs will probably be very challenging and time-consuming. It’s better to start boss tower runs after reaching the maximum level and having much better equipment.

    Raid Quests

Lastly, don’t forget about raid quests.

In raids, you can update equipment and weapons that aren’t obtainable elsewhere.

  • Throne And Liberty: Methods On How To Travel And Move At A Swift Speed

    Posted: Dec 22, 2023

I’d like to talk with you about fast movement in Throne on Liberty and more. We often rely on swift movement to swiftly reach various places on the map for events, PVP battles, or territorial clashes. Unfortunately, not all games offer ways to traverse the in-game world rapidly, but Throne on Liberty isn’t like those other games.

On the map, you can find teleportation stones that become usable after activation. I highly recommend visiting each of these stones as soon as possible to broaden your possibilities for swift movement. At regrouping, activation of these stones isn’t too challenging, even at a lower level, but I suggest doing so after reaching level 30. You’ll stand a chance against a level 50 monster if you’re attacked in any of these closed territories.

Once you’ve unlocked all the stones, you’ll notice that some are free to use, while teleporting to others is quite expensive. Hence, I strongly advice paying attention to the teleportation cost and trying to use the paid stones sparingly. You’ll need a lot of solent, and earning these might take even longer. Or you can purchase some Throne and Liberty Lucent to help you in this game.

Free teleportation stones often reside in places with elevations accessible by transforming into a flying creature, enabling you to cover significant distances effortlessly. I'll demonstrate this using an example from one of the lower-level locations where you can use heights to reach three event venues—one being a boss fight without extra waste of Sollant.

You can fly to the Stardust Collection event, slay goblins participating in the event, gather cotton from birds, and head to the Spider Forest where the Marokay boss appears. At the game’s start, I mainly used paid teleportation, but after level 30, I realized I couldn’t afford it and started using these heights for faster movement.

Remember that you can transform into a flying creature whenever it's convenient and height allows. Try to get used to this feature, as sometimes it can save your life—falls, even from small heights in Throne And Liberty, can lead to death. Keep in mind that flying depletes your stamina outside cities or safe zones. Accelerating flight can quickly drain your stamina, significantly reducing your flight distance. I try not to use acceleration and take off in the air to cover as much distance as possible.

Another method of faster movement is the transformation into a wolf, panther, tiger, or similar animals, allowing you to run much faster on the ground. I always use this transformation as it greatly helps in Swift movement. Also, if you’re in combat, your stamina will be consumed. Once it’s depleted, you won’t be able to transform until your stamina recovers. This transformation is the most commonly used, and I believe you’ll quickly adopt it because of its usefulness.

The last method of movement, not the fastest but the most beautiful and intriguing, is riding a large kite occasionally appearing in the world of Throne And Liberty. You can hop on it if you manage to get there in time. Additionally, you'll have to complete several tasks on this kite.

  • Throne And Liberty: How To Master Your Dagger Weapon?

    Posted: Dec 20, 2023

In this guide, we will learn about Dagger in Throne and Liberty. The dagger is characterized by using poison, stealth, and instant movement skills to fight, causing extra damage to the target. We have a key set of skills that allows us to assassinate our enemies in a short amount of time.

Dagger aims for quick strikes and hard hits. Dual-wielding players can hide and emerge from the shadows, dealing with instant burst damage. We primarily focused this weapon on dealing single target damage in the form of bursts and DOTs.

    Daggers Active Skills

Active skills in Throne and Liberty appear on your skill bar and can be cast to affect enemies and teammates. Currently, you have a total of 12 skill slots on your skill bar. If you have enough Throne and Liberty Lucent budget, you can choose between the active skills of both weapons to fill your 12 slots!

Dagger’s active skills focus on causing rapid damage to a single target through DOT, Burst Sigil, and high-mobility interaction. Below is a list of all the active abilities of the dagger.

Ambush Stance is a skill that uses stamina to defend against enemy attacks. When you block a rage attack, you are hidden for a period and cannot be targeted by enemies.

Turn to Poison Dagger skill. When using Poison Dagger skill, it will cause damage to targets within the range and add a poisonous effect.

Predatory Strike is a skill that deals with damage to a single target. Targets damaged by Curse, Burning, or Poison you apply take increased damage.

Shadow Strike is a skill that teleports to the other side of a target and deals powerful damage. This is the basic skill of the dagger, which can attack the target from a long distance.

Inject Venom is a skill that adds a poison effect to all attacks when used. Poison stacks and has special effects that cause damage over time and stop the target’s health regeneration.

Brutal Incision is a skill that causes a powerful attack on the target. If the target’s remaining health falls below a certain level, critical hit damage is significantly increased.

Knife Throwing is a skill that throws multiple Daggers in a specific direction. You can even use it remotely. Each Dagger has a certain chance of reducing the target’s movement speed after causing damage.

Ankle Slash is a skill that causes damage by stopping and attacking the target when using the skill. If the target is unconscious or asleep, there is a chance of causing it to fall.

Camouflage Cloak is a skill that allows you to remain hidden for a period so that enemies cannot target you. In stealth mode, the first attack is a critical hit, and it canceled stealth when attacking or transforming.

Black Wind Spirit is a skill that attacks all enemies within range. It also deals 2 additional attacks against targets you poison.

Fatal Stigma is a skill that deals a lot of damage after a certain amount of time. The additional damage increases based on the number of poison stacks on your poisoned target.

Frenzied Sword Dance is a skill that can attack the target up to 7 times in a row. If there are other enemies around the attack target, it will attack randomly.

    Recommended Weapon Combinations

Finally, I will introduce two weapon combinations that are very suitable for Dagger.

    Greatsword

Greatsword is an excellent melee companion for Dagger. Both weapons share a common trend of providing mobility, hard crowd control, and burst damage.

Both weapons can restrain players for several seconds at a time, suppressing enemies using skills like Stunning Blow or Shadow Strike. Fortunately, Greatsword and Dagger’s passive skills also work well together, providing players with critical damage and higher maximum health.

    Crossbow

In TL, Crossbow and Dagger are complementary. For example, we can activate both weapons with Off-Hand Weapon Chance to deal with more damage.

However, another major factor is the unparalleled maneuverability Crossbow offers in a setup. Both weapons rely on short range for success, making this combo an assassin’s dream!

TL also has a variety of weapons to choose from, so enjoy your adventure with your own combination of weapons!

  • Throne And Liberty: A Complete Guide To Specter's Abyss Level 30 Dungeon

    Posted: Dec 15, 2023

Throne and Liberty in Korea you have probably tried to complete the first dungeon at level 30 called Spectre's Abyss. The dungeon is straightforward without too many complex mechanics so here's an easy to understand guide after reaching level 30. If you have a sufficient amount of Throne and Liberty Lucent , things will be easier.

    How To Enter

The game doesn’t exactly tell you that you’ve unlocked a new dungeon. You have to press F10 and then go under “Secret Dungeons.” On the second tab, you will see all the available dungeons, rewards you can get, and at which level it unlocks. The first one is called “Specter's Abyss,” and it unlocks at level 30.

The game also does not have matchmaking, so you cannot just press a button and queue inside. You have two ways of finding a group. Either create your own party and then click on the “Generate Invite Link.” This will create a link in chat, which you will want to type into World chat. Also, don’t forget to add that it is for the level 30 dungeon.

The second way is to go to the teleport entrance, which is in Vienta Village on the North side. There, you will find a lot of players waiting and typing on the nearby LFG chat. Use that if you don’t want to create your own party. Once six players join up, you can either enter through the teleport or enter through F10 under “Secret Dungeon” second tab.

    Dungeon Intro

Once inside, wait for everyone to load in. The game kind of uses the Dungeon intro Trinity system of tank, healer, and DPS, so it is recommended that you have at least one player with a sword and shield and one player with a wand as their main weapon. The dungeon consists of normal mobs, slightly stronger normal mobs, mini bosses, and the main boss. Every normal mob is strong, so it is recommended that you pull them one by one and fully DPS them. With six people pulling more than two mobs will cause a lot of issues.

If you die, you respawn at the start of the raid, and you can just run back to your team. You cannot get revived by other players. Archers and wizards are classed as normal mobs; an Enchanted Arbiter is a slightly stronger normal mob, so pull them one by one.

    Enchanted Arbiter

Enchanted Arbiter has an AOE attack that cannot be countered or parried. You need to CC him or run out of the range. He will yell, and above him, you can see the dialogue "I'll wipe you all," after which he will spin and do an AOE attack, most likely one-shotting or doing 90% of the HP. After you clear room by room,

    Shadowmancer Mini Boss 1

The first mini boss is the elite Shadowmancer. She does not have anything special you need to worry about. Move away from the AOE on the ground, and when she yells "I'll kill you," also CC her as she grabs one player and sucks life out of him, dealing 90% of the HP. After dealing with her, you will notice two levers. Both of them need to be pulled; otherwise, you cannot enter the next area as it has lava on the ground. Both rooms will be filled with normal mobs, so pull them one by one and clear out the whole room. After pulling both levers, you will need to kill.

Riot Squad Captain Mini Boss 2

The second boss called Elite Riot Squad Captain, most of his attacks are easy to dodge and don't hurt much, but again when he yells "impossible," he will gain a Blue Shield around him. This is his counter attack. If you attack during that, he will do a pretty much one-shot AOE or 90% of your HP. Most of the time, people will attack the shield, so have CC ready straight after to cancel the AOE attack.

After killing him, there will be a bonfire before the main boss. Use it to replenish your HP and more importantly, your Mana. There will also be a Resurrection Orb, which is a respawn checkpoint, but if you die during the main boss fight, you cannot re-enter the fight as the gates will close. You only have one life.

    Main Boss Heliber

The main boss has telegraphed attacks that are easy to see and dodge. Other than his normal attacks, he will often teleport behind one player at random and shoot a corn-shaped attack. After the first attack, he teleports again behind a different player and does the same cone attack. You cannot counter those cone attacks, so just move away.

The next attack is the charging attack that has a symbol telling you when to counter it. You probably notice that symbol during your questing, as every normal mob has a charging attack. You need to counter this attack; otherwise, you will get one-shot or lose 90% of your HP. It might be hard with high ping, but you get used to it eventually.

The main mechanic is when he puts a dark transparent cloud around one player at random and says, "Can you fight me alone?" All the players need to run inside the cloud to share the damage. Less than five people inside will result in everyone inside dying; five or six players will share most of the damage and take only 10 to 15% of the HP.

If nobody steps in, that one player gets one shot, and that's pretty much it. He repeats those three patterns until you wear him down to zero HP. It will take you at least 5 to 10 minutes of fighting him with all six players alive, and that covers the whole dungeon. This is the first one, so it's rather simple and easy to understand, but at the higher-level dungeons, quickly scale up in difficulty.

  • Throne And Liberty: Staff Weapon Full Guide! - Active Skills & Best Weapon Combinations

    Posted: Dec 13, 2023

In this guide, we’ll learn about Staff. Staff is a weapon with multiple attribute attacks and powerful wide-area attacks.

Staff’s active skills are centered around destruction, crowd control, and burning opponents. While primarily used for damage, we can also use Staff for serious crowd control, such as freezing due to ice spells.

Its characteristic is that it can suppress multiple enemies at the same time. Especially using interconnected attribute skills can trigger stronger damage and various additional effects. Therefore, it is crucial to spend Throne and Liberty Lucent to improve its overall attributes.

    Active Skills

As always, let’s talk about all of Staff’s skills first.

Mystic Shield is a stamina-consuming skill used to defend against enemy attacks. When you block a rage attack, you counterattack the target. If the target is on fire, it dealt with additional damage. If wet, it creates an area of permanent damage around the target.

This also coincides with Flowing Mana. Flowing Mana is a skill that automatically provides additional effects on the next skill you use.

Chain Lightning is a lightning skill that causes damage to the target. Each stack deals additional damage to the burning target you apply it to. If the target is wet, the skill will transfer to nearby targets.

Serial Flame Bombs is a fire skill that causes fire damage and also causes continuous damage to the target. But we can only use it up to 3 times.

Smokescreening Frost creates an area around you that slows enemy movement. This is also a movement skill that can be teleported back.

Inferno Wave is a fire skill that damages all enemies within the target radius. If you use it on a target that is ignited, it will deal additional damage proportional to the stack and apply Ignite.

Inner Peace is a skill that increases mana regeneration for a certain period. If you are wet, your mana regeneration rate is doubled. If you are not wet, your mana consumption efficiency will increase by a certain amount after the skill ends.

Icebound Tomb is a skill that causes damage to the target and freezes it for a certain period. It will exert a debilitating effect on the enemy, with a certain probability of reducing the movement speed for a short time near the frozen target.

Ice Spear is a skill that causes damage by throwing a piercing sheet of ice in a specific direction. Damaged targets have a chance to be weakened, reducing their movement speed.

High Locus is a skill that increases skill reuse speed and movement speed. It increases your cooldown speed by 49%, overall cooldown speed by 38%, and movement speed by 21% for 12 seconds.

Judgment Lightning is a lightning skill that can cause powerful damage to the target. If the target is wet, it will also damage enemies within the radius. If you use it on a burning target, you have a higher chance of using the extra skill on the stack.

Inferno Meteor is a fire skill that throws huge meteorites into a specific area. Targets that have suffered significant damage have a certain probability of being removed. Where the meteorite falls, it creates an area that provides sustained ignition.

Active skills in Throne and Liberty go into your skill bar and can be cast to affect enemies and allies. Currently, there are a total of 12 active skills that can be used simultaneously. We share these 12 skill slots between your two weapons when building. So choose wisely!

    Weapon Combination

Finally, I would like to introduce to you two weapon combinations that are very suitable for Staff.

First, the combination of Staff and Magic Wand. After lowering an enemy’s resistance with Magic Wand’s Time for Punishment, use Nightmare Bog to put them to sleep while Karmic Haze spreads the effect to nearby targets. Finally, we only need to use Inferno Meteor and Inferno Wave to instantly suppress the target.

On the other hand, it is the combination of Staff and Longbow. After increasing the damage caused by Longbow’s Mark of the Abyss, connect with Binding Arrow. After Inferno Wave hits a meteorite, the burning effect stacks with Serial Flame Bombs. Once the burn stack is established, use Judgment Lightning for an additional chance.

There is a wide variety of weapons in Throne and Liberty. Enjoy your adventure with your own combination of weapons.

  • Throne And Liberty: A Complete Guide To Crossbow Weapons! - Skill & Weapon Combinations

    Posted: Dec 11, 2023

In this guide, we’ll take a look at Crossbow in Throne and Liberty. Crossbow is a weapon that makes for great combat with its fast movement capabilities and high attack speed.

Constant attacks characterize it and constantly attacking opponents with additional projectiles. It can also take advantage of the height difference of the terrain and use the long-distance attack range to carry out unilateral attacks.

    Skill

Here we will introduce all the skills of Crossbow in detail.

Elastic Roll is a skill that consumes physical energy to defend against enemy attacks. When you block a rage attack, you have a chance to push the enemy away. But if the target hits a wall, it will knock you unconscious.

Then switch to Slowing Projectile skill. It damages the target and slows its movement. At this time, you can recast the skill or use another active skill to attack with a slow bomb. However, if an active skill is in use, Slowing Projectile will not be applied, and the skill’s secondary weapon attack will always be activated.

Extreme Rapid Fire is a skill that performs 3 consecutive high-speed attacks on a single target.

Nimble Leap is a mobility skill that moves in a specific direction. After moving, the attack speed and attack distance of the skill will increase for a short time.

Deadly Mark is a skill that identifies a target, causes additional damage over a period, and stacks the damage caused. This skill deals with additional damage equal to a portion of the cumulative damage when the mark disappears.

Multishot is a skill that performs a long-range attack in a specific direction. Each attack has a certain probability of pushing the target away.

Mobility skills reduce the cooldown of moving your location.

Selfless Infiltration is a skill that removes all self-imposed restrictions and movement speed reducing effects. After use, it will no longer collide with other monsters and characters for a short period. In addition, the movement range, dodge and movement speed of movement skills are increased, and the probability of secondary weapon attack is increased.

Thorn of the Wild Wind is a skill that generates additional projectiles when attacking with projectiles within a certain period.

Mana Reduction is a skill that consumes life force to restore a certain amount of mana. Note that if there are not enough lives left to consume, it will not be used. Therefore, it is very important to spend Throne and Liberty Lucent in advance to prepare enough health potions.

Recoil Shot is an attack skill that restores the number of casts after each cooldown. If used immediately after using a mobility skill, it will cause more damage.

Ruthless Fire is a skill that uses both hands to determine a path to launch arrows. It deals with damage to the first target along the way. The damage gradually increases with repeated attacks on the same target. Also, the number of attacks increases based on the probability of secondary weapon attacks.

Wind Thief is a skill that produces a debilitating effect when used, causing damage and reducing movement speed. When hit by a debuff, your movement speed increases. If you hit an additional target with the movement speed reduction debuff, the target’s attack speed is reduced and your attack speed is increased.

An active skill is a skill that is always applied, even if not used individually, as long as we register it in the quick slot. Crossbow has effects tailored to your fighting style.

    Weapon Combination

Finally, I would like to introduce to you two weapon combinations that are very suitable for a Crossbow.

For Crossbow and Dagger, the damage done to the target increases with Deadly Mark. Then we can add the additional effects of Storm Bolt and Poison Injection to the attack skills. After using the long-range throwing knife to reduce the target’s movement speed, use Ruthless Fire to attack quickly.

For the combination of Crossbow and Longbow. Combined with Longbow’s Mark of the Abyss and Crossbow’s Deadly Mark, which deals increased damage to targets, and by activating Storm Bolt to generate extra bullets, you can effectively defeat weakened enemies from a distance.

There are a variety of weapons to choose from in Throne and Liberty, so enjoy your adventure with your own combination of weapons!
