  • ACNH: How To Spot the Fake Sinking Painting?

    Posted: Dec 28, 2021

    In ACNH, you need to collect art by buying paintings and statues from Jolly Redd’s Treasure Trawler. Most of them are very easy, but there is a piece of art that can easily cause trouble for players - Sinking Painting. It is complicated work to distinguish if Redd is selling a fake or not, but IGGM will introduce a way to let you buy the real thing every time.

    How To Spot the Fake Sinking Painting?

    Many of the fakes in ACNH were not immediately considered to be forgery. Sinking Painting is one of them. If you are not familiar with the original artwork, it will be difficult for you to identify the forgery.

    Here is some information about the real Sinking Painting:

    * Ophelia

    * John Everett Mills, 1851-52

    * Oil on canvas

    This painting shows the moment when Ophelia is floating in the river, singing before she drowns. Queen Gertrude described this scene in Act IV, Scene VII of Hamlet. This painting is currently stored in Tate Britain in London, England, and is worth more than 30 million pounds.

    However, Blathers always regard Sinking Painting as genuine, because the in-game version of it has some flaws, it is squeezed inward, and the real painting is much broader. In addition, in the real painting, the flowers on the river banks are white, while in the game they are pink.

    So, you don’t have to worry that Sinking Painting is fake. Blathers is not an expert as he claims to be, because he will not hesitate to accept the imperfect version of Ophelia.

    Not only can you find ACNH-related game guides on IGGM, but you can also find any support you need in the game. ACNH 2.0 Items are available here. You can come to IGGM to buy ACNH Items to enhance your gaming experience.

  • ACNH: Museum Day Stamp Rally Guide

    Posted: May 19, 2021

    International Museum Day comes again. ACNH sets this day as an event in the game, which is Stamp Rally, and it will last until May 31. This means that before the end of the event, you will have plenty of time to enjoy it. This article will tell you how to fully dive into this event.

    Like last year, in this event, you will visit the museum on your island to collect stamps and spend some time appreciating Blathers’ buildings of bugs, bones, and bass. This year, you can collect stamps around the newly added art wing.

    How to join in Stamp Rally?

    You need to go to the museum on the island and talk to Blathers. They will explain the event to you and invite you to visit the 4 different swings of the building: fish, bug, fossil and art wings.

    What do you need to do?

    You need to find all the Stamp Rally stations located in each participating museum and interact with them to get a stamp on your card. Each swing has three sites, a total of 12 sites. Once you have collected all the stamps on the card, talk to Blathers again to get a completion stamp and your reward.

    How to complete Stamp Rally?

    It's easy to find the Stamp Rally station. They are bright yellow and red booths. You can find them in some exhibits next to the participating museum wings.

    But the location of the Stamp booths is random every day. Fortunately, the wings are small enough so that you don’t need to spend much time running around to find them.

    What will you get from Stamp Rally?

    After you hand over the stamp cards to Blathers, you will get golden plaques of a fish, butterfly, fossil, and statue, just like those you see in the museum lobby.

    That’s all about Stamp Rally, in addition to some free ACNH guides, you can also find some ACNH items you need in the game and ACNH Bells on IGGM.

    Currently, the combo packs of ACNH Bells and Nook Miles Tickets on IGGM are on sale. If you buy Animal Crossing Bells now, you will immediately enjoy 15% off. I bet that no one can refuse the cheap ACNH Bells, so it is wise to buy as soon as possible!
