ACNH has always been known for seasonal events and items. Although some players may worry about the incompleteness of the game, new events are still the main source of excitement for players. Nintendo’s announcements are usually released in the form of trailers every few months.

The events to be announced in this update are common, but the biggest one is that the May Day event will extend for a few days. Other new features of Nook Shopping this year include updated seasonal items, including a Thank-You-Dad apron and festival zongzi. You just need to select the game icon on the HOME menu, press the "+" key, and then select software update.

May Day

From April 29th to May 7th, May Day will launch. The event took place on an independent island set up by Tom Nook for players, which is a maze. The reward for completing the maze is Bell vouchers and a unique briefcase from a cat NPC - Rover.

International Museum Day

International Museum Day will be held from May 18th to May 31st. This event is like a treasure hunt with stamps. You need to visit your museum in Animal Crossing and collect stamps from each area. Last year’s prizes included trophy plaques with golden sculptures of fish, fossils, or butterflies. But this event may have an important update, and you can expect the art exhibition to be added to the stamp areas.

Wedding Season

The wedding event may be one of the simplest and most relaxing events in ACNH. Throughout June, you can go to Harvey’s Island to help Reese and Cyrus take beautiful wedding photos. If you take a successful photo, Reese will reward you with wedding season-themed furniture and some Heart Crystals. You can use them to buy more wedding furniture after completing all the challenges. Nintendo’s shared photos of Harvey Island this year did not imply that the event required new furniture, but provided new items through the Nook Shopping app.
