Source: IGGMThe Elder Scrolls Online will be released on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, and publisher Bethesda Softworks says players who already own either on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One will be able to upgrade for free.
There have been a lot of questions raised about compatibility as Microsoft and Sony lay out their respective plans for the transition from the current console generation to the next-gen hardware currently prepping for release. Various software developers and publishers are clarifying their plans, including Bethesda. Happily, if you’re a current Bethesda gamer, you can look forward to picking up some titles on your future console purchase free of charge. Bethesda writes:
Players who own or purchase either title on Xbox One or PlayStation 4 will be able to upgrade for free to the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 versions, respectively, when those versions are available. Additionally, our teams are working hard to ensure both titles will support backward compatibility when the new consoles launch.
The mention of "backwards compatibility" seems to imply that not only can players now play new versions of games for free on new consoles, but some of the functions developed for new hardware may return to old devices. If Microsoft intends to use Xbox One as its basic gaming platform, then this makes sense.
In short, the majority of players do not need to buy new versions of the PS5 and Xbox series. Then players can invest more money in the game. Players can purchase ESO Gold to make themselves better equipped or upgrade more smoothly. At the same time, If you want to buy cheap ESO Gold, going to IGGM is a good choice. Because the price of ESO Gold on IGGM is much cheaper than the market price, if you don't believe it, you can try to compare it.
More news about ESO has not been officially released yet, so the majority of players can only wait until QuakeCon Stream will get more news about ESO. But in any case, this is worth looking forward to.
