How to enter the Housing Lottery?

To enter the Housing Lottery, you need to meet some requirements. Your character is at least level 50 in one job and Second Lieutenant rank in Grand Company. While you can relocate to a new plot, only one character can own a house in each world.

* Go to the district of your choice

* Open the map and look for the auction hammers. You can confirm their identity when viewing the plots list by talking to local NPC.

* Go to an available plot and right-click on its placard

* Pay in full to enter the lottery and you can come to IGGM to buy FFXIV Gil to make sure everything goes smoothly. You can see the number of people who came in before, you can go to all the plots, weigh your chances, make a better choice.

* You can only enter the lottery for one plot once, to maximize your chances, you need to avoid the Ishgard’s Empyreum distinct and look for some smaller lots.

* If you win the lottery, you need to ask for the land within a very short time or you will lose your house. If you fail, the full payment will be refunded.
