WoW TBC Classic Anniversary Phase 1 Secret Leveling Boost Items You Need to Hit Level 70 Fast!

Category: WoW TBC Classic Anniversary Posted: Feb 06, 2026 Views: 3174

On February 5th, TBC Classic Anniversary Phase 1 finally opened! This also means the official launch of the new TBC server; after all, the pre-patch was just a preparation phase.

So, the question is, did you diligently complete leveling from 1 to 60 during the pre-patch? If not, you need to hurry! Because now you can only experience the new content available in Phase 1 sooner by reaching the level cap of 70!

The ways to level up in the game are now more diverse than during the pre-patch, including completing quests, clearing dungeons, and more. However, there are some special items that can provide additional leveling boosts.

Next, we'll introduce these items and how they work to help you overcome the frustration of slow leveling.

WoW TBC Classic Anniversary Phase 1 Secret Leveling Boost Items You Need to Hit Level 70 Fast!

Leveling boost item Overview

Before detailing these items, it's important to clarify that they don't directly provide XP (otherwise, there would be no need to explain their function), but rather enhance other aspects of your character in various indirect ways, allowing you to complete battles faster.

Mounts improve travel efficiency

Mounts are not only a symbol of status and one of the best accessories, but more importantly, they can genuinely increase your movement speed between areas. Flying mounts can also take you into certain special areas while increasing speed.

It's worth noting that for Paladin classes, using mounts for speed boosts is necessary before level 62, but after that, it's best to immediately unlock Crusader Aura as an alternative. This can even boost the speed of other members of your party.

Faster self-healing

While raid or group dungeon gameplay will probably have healer teammates providing healing, carrying relevant items to prioritize self-healing is also necessary, especially for solo leveling.

Fortunately, there are many self-healing items in the game, and combining them can further increase healing output. If you stack enough items, melee-class players will almost never need to stop to resupply while grinding.

These items don't just refer to potions or elixirs; they also include special weapons like Ancient Hakkari Manslayer, Riverdare's Blade, Bloodrinker, and more. You can enchant these with life steal effects, indirectly gaining self-healing.

However, note that the effect of this enchantment decreases as your character level increases, and the drop rate of these weapons isn't very high. But considering their decent damage output, the effort is worthwhile.

As for the trinket, if you're playing a melee class, it's recommended to prioritize completing the quest to obtain Essence Infused Mushroom, as it restores 200 health after each monster kill with only a 10-second cooldown. Completing the quest also rewards XP.

Afterward, you can stack this trinket with Darkmoon Card: Heroism, which triggers the health regeneration effect. Other options include Lifestone, Staff of the Shadow Flame, or the consumable Major Troll's Blood Potion, which restores 20 health every 5 seconds.

If you have enough WoW TBC Classic Anniversary gold, the more of this consumable you should get, the better. Combined with other health regeneration items, you'll practically be a perpetual motion machine in combat.

More consumable options

Besides health-restoring consumables like Major Troll's Blood Potion, consumables are actually a large category containing many items with different effects. For example, Flask of Supreme Power can increase your spell damage by up to 70.

More importantly, its effect persists after you die, and the gold required to trade it has been reduced. If you're using a spell AoE composition for any kind of dungeon farming, carrying this potion is definitely worthwhile.

Next up is Swiftness Potion. It increases your movement speed by 50% for 15 seconds. This is extremely useful when you're deep in caves or other confined indoor areas where you can't use mounts.

Mindtap Talisman is a decent mana-regeneration trinket that provides 11 mana every 5 seconds. The effect is even better if you can acquire two and equip them.

Stockpiling food

Many foods in TBC Classic Anniversary restore both your mana and health, reducing reliance on mages and saving inventory space by eliminating the need to stack items that only restore mana or health.

Currently, the best food you can obtain is Festival Dumplings from Lunar Festival, which restores 4% health and 3% mana per second.

Alternatively, Alterac Manna Biscuit is a good option, restoring 4410 health and mana over 30 seconds. It can be obtained through trade upon entering Alterac Valley.

Druid-specific tips

If you're playing a Druid class and plan to solo level up in the wild, it's best to unlock Feral Druid as your specialization and acquire Wolfshead Helm. This is because you can utilize transformation skills to maximize the efficiency of your cat form.

Each time you enter cat form, you gain 60 energy. Since solo farming requires frequent form switching to regenerate health, this extra energy is crucial.

That concludes our introduction. Understanding these items is only the first step; more importantly, it's about combining them to create an efficient cycle, making their combined effect greater than the sum of its parts, helping you level up faster!
