Rejuvenation and Lifebloom can maintain healing while moving, while Travel Form, Dash, shapeshifting to remove slows, and Dire Bear Form make Resto Druid extremely difficult to kill when focused.   Retribution Paladin has some of the strongest burst damage in the entire game, with a single Global Cooldown capable of dealing more than 10,000 damage. Its survivability is also very strong because it has shields and high durability.

  Its only real problem is mana. Once the mana bar is empty, the match can easily be lost. However, as long as its major cooldowns, abilities, and mana are available, it can defeat almost any team on the ladder.

  In addition, the current damage profile of Retribution Paladin appears to have a bug. In some cases, it can instantly kill an opponent even without using its major cooldowns. There have even been cases where a Retribution Paladin was killed from full health before Cheat Death could trigger.

  However, in Phase 3, Frost Mage, Subtlety Rogue, and Warriors with higher health and stronger sustained damage have all become more powerful, while Soul Link Warlock itself has received no major improvement.

  Once Mages obtain Zhar'doom, Skull of Gul'dan, and high Haste, Frostbolt and their Global Cooldowns become faster. Meanwhile, Warlock DoTs in The Burning Crusade cannot snapshot Haste.

  This issue was not properly addressed until Wrath of the Lich King through changes such as Glyph of Corruption. As a result, Warlock has fallen considerably from its Phase 2 dominance, although it remains very strong.
