As you know, the maximum character level in MoP Classic is 90. Reaching that maximum level as quickly as possible is your primary focus in the early stages of the game, as it allows you to unlock more content and become more powerful.

Strive To Complete All Dungeons

While the popular theory is that focusing on dungeon farming after reaching level 85 may result in significantly slower leveling process than completing quests, this is a rough guide and ignores the specifics of each dungeon.

In fact, if you fully explore every dungeon and complete it at least once, you can still earn enough XP, as well as WoW MoP Classic gold and gear rewards, through the numerous onetime quests.

In addition, when queuing for dungeons, you should use the randomized dungeon finder instead of the specific queue, as this also rewards you with a good amount of XP. If you end up in a repeat dungeon you don’t like, you can always leave and continue with other quests.

2. Kun-Lai Summit The Deeper (Windwool Cloth)

This gold farm is related to Breaking Broketooth quest. The monsters here are Broketooth Chargers and Broketooth Tossers, which are monkeys. Since they’re humanoid monsters, they drop Windwool Cloth.

This area has a high monster density and a fast respawn rate, allowing you to farm continuously. These monsters are level 88, and if you’re not maxed out, they still provide a good amount of XP. However, your item level should be kept low, or you might not be able to defeat them.

Each Broketooth Tosser drops approximately 33 silver, but that’s not the main point. Windwool Cloth and Mote of Harmony they drop are the items you need to pick up, as they’re more easily sold. - Smoke Blades: Sha attacks nearby enemies with a whirlwind of smoke, dealing 25% weapon damage per second and reducing the affected target’s critical strike chance by 100%. Each skill or spell used by the affected player reduces the duration of this effect by 5 seconds.
- Parting Smoke: The smoke disperses, temporarily revealing a weak spot in Sha. The player’s next attack within 3 seconds will critically strike.
- Sha Spike: Sha summons a spike at a random player’s location, dealing Shadow damage and knocking the target back. When the spike retracts into the ground, it generates a burst of energy that attacks other players for 30 seconds.
- Enrage: When Sha’s health is low, its attack speed increases by 50% for 30 seconds.
Taran Zhu
- Hatred: Players‘ hatred builds over time and is further increased by being hit by Taran Zhu’s attacks. Players at full aggro are affected by Haze of Hate, requiring meditation to remove the effect.
- Rising Hate: Taran Zhu hurls energy at multiple players, making Shadow damage.
