Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5 Perfect Strike Gemling Legionnaire Build: Is This the Best One-Tap Screen Clearing Build for Endgame?
In Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5, the core experience of Perfect Strike Gemling Legionnaire build is like a teleportation-style kill in anime: the character instantly teleports behind an enemy, a Perfect Strike lands, and then the entire screen of monsters is cleared by a chain explosion.
This build combines the burst damage of melee attacks, the high survivability of a shield, and the incredible map-clearing ability of Ignite Proliferation, resulting in remarkably smooth, one-click screen-clearing gameplay.

Next, IGGM will provide a detailed analysis of the core mechanics, skill combinations, equipment choices, and late-game upgrades of POE 2 Perfect Strike Gemling Legionnaire build.
Core Mechanics
This Perfect Strike Gemling Legionnaire build utilizes the extremely high Attack Multiplier of Perfect Strike to unleash massive Ignite damage in a single, precise cast. No complex charging or waiting for specific timing is required; simply triggering Path of Exile 2 Perfect Timing accurately yields extremely high burst damage.
Through Chaos Ignite mechanic, you can convert Fire Ignite into Chaos Damage and spread it using Contagion. When a POE 2 enemy dies, Ignite and Contagion continue to spread, forming a continuous chain of explosions.
This is why this build boasts an incredibly high map-clearing speed. You only need to trigger Perfect Strike, and Proliferation will autocomplete the rest.
The advantage of Perfect Strike Gemling Legionnaire Build lies in the very high Hit Damage of Perfect Strike itself. Even against enemies with high resistance and not easily affected by Ignite, you can directly rely on the damage from Perfect Strike to eliminate them. Combined with Blink, you can quickly traverse the map, approach enemies, and then instantly unleash Perfect Strike.
This build can complete a map in about two minutes without relying on high-level Gears like Mageblood or Headhunter. In high-difficulty maps of Path of Exile 2 and Expedition content, even against monsters heavily enhanced by modifiers, as long as Perfect Strike hits, Ignite Proliferation will quickly clear the entire area.
Spread Ability
First, Perfect Strike Gemling Legionnaire Build requires Ignite Proliferation ability. Cracklecreep Ruby Ring allows Ignite to spread to nearby PoE 2 enemies, forming a complete loop with Chaos Ignite and Contagion.
Chaos Ignite is primarily obtained through Blackflame or Loreweave. Blackflame provides a very strong damage multiplier, allowing Ignite to be converted into Chaos Damage, thus creating an explosive spread with Contagion. Loreweave helps you complete Ignite Proliferation more easily, while also enhancing your elemental damage and improving survivability.
Attack Speed Requirements
While Perfect Strike deals extremely high damage, it requires a certain amount of Attack Speed to achieve its optimal effect. Ideally, you should achieve Instant Perfect Strike, meaning you only need to tap the skill button to trigger Perfect Timing without holding down the charge button.
Gemling Legionnaire itself provides a significant amount of Attack Speed support, and Rapid Attacks also help reduce Attack Time. It is recommended to keep Attack Time around 0.5 seconds, which is a comfortable range. Too slow a speed will negatively affect the gameplay experience; however, too fast a speed might affect Path of Exile 2 system's judgment of Perfect Timing.
Defense System
Besides damage output, the biggest advantage of Perfect Strike Gemling Legionnaire Build is its exceptional survivability. This build uses Shield as its core defense, providing additional protection through high Armor and Block Chance.
To complete PoE 2 Patch 0.5 endgame, you need to stack high armor values, approximately 2,500+ life, 150 ward, and high elemental damage reduction.
Blocks not only increase defense but can also be converted into damage. Lay Siege can increase damage based on block chance, allowing defense to also become a source of damage. Furthermore, you'll need to utilize Arctic Armor, Withering Presence, and Undying Hate Jewel to enhance your survivability in PoE 2.
Curse Immunity is also crucial because Temporal Chains reduce Attack Speed, and Perfect Strike relies heavily on precise timing. Therefore, you need to avoid the slowdown caused by Curse Immunity disrupting your gameplay rhythm.
Gear Selection
Gear selection for Perfect Strike Gemling Legionnaire is very flexible. Alpha's Howl provides a significant amount of Spirit and Aura, but it's not essential. You can also choose Helmet, which focuses more on health and defense.
Loreweave is also an optional piece of gear. You can replace it with Morior Invictus to increase Spirit and defense. If your budget is limited, you can choose Wildfire Support and pair it with regular Chest Armor to achieve the same effect.
Blackflame is the core gear for this build because it provides a huge damage multiplier, making it difficult to find a better match.
Gloves primarily aim to increase Melee Skills and Resistance. Boots are recommended to have affixes related to Armor Applies to Elemental Damage. For rings, you can add more Rarity as needed to supplement attributes and improve your farming efficiency in POE 2 Return of the Ancients.
Gem Configuration
Perfect Strike is the core skill of the entire build. You need to pair it with Rapid Attacks, Window of Opportunity, Sailor's Rhythm, and Scouring Flame.
Scouring Flame is one of the biggest sources of damage increase. It can significantly increase Ignite Damage, raising the overall burst damage of Perfect Strike Gemling Legionnaire to a whole new level.
Cast on Elemental Ailment automatically releases Contagion, reducing your need for additional actions. Combined with Contagion, Vitality, Magnified Area, and Prolonged Duration, it enables true one-click gameplay in Path of Exile 2.
Blink performs exceptionally well on Gemling Legionnaire; its low cooldown and high movement distance make for a very smooth map experience. Berserk is also an important skill; you can generate Rarity through melee attacks without relying on a continuous consumption mechanism. Magma Barrier further enhances Block Chance while also increasing defense and damage.
When farming high-risk PoE 2 content like Expedition, you'll need defensive curves such as Enfeeble. In normal maps, Temporal Chains slow monster movement, making Ignite Proliferation easier to spread.
Late-Game Upgrades
If you have more Path of Exile 2 Currency, this build has significant room for improvement. Using Magma Blood further enhances Perfect Strike Gemling Legionnaire's resistances, defense, and Rarity.
Alternatively, you can consider abandoning Shield and switching to a two-handed weapon build. Giant's Blood or a high-level Two-Handed Mace are excellent choices, theoretically allowing for a higher damage cap. However, even without these advanced investments, this build can still complete endgame content.
If you want to further improve your build, join in IGGM POE 1 & POE 2 Facebook Group. We have limited-time Path of Exile 2 Currency Giveaways to help you quickly craft powerful gear.
The greatest appeal of Perfect Strike Gemling Legionnaire isn't just its damage numbers, but PoE 2 gameplay experience it delivers. Compared to some builds that rely on expensive equipment or complex mechanics, this playstyle is easier to develop and offers a high degree of scalability.
Once you primary Perfect Strike Timing, this build can become a very powerful and satisfying way to clear maps in Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5 endgame.

Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5.0 Breach Rush Guide: The Most Accessible Currency Farm | No Mirror Gear, No Meta Build Required
Players, if you're still tired of the high-intensity gameplay and slow clearing speed of the 200% Delirious map in Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5.0, there's a completely different path - easier, faster, and just as rewarding.
Breach farming might be the most underrated way to get rich easily in the game right now: low cost, low barrier to entry. What we need to do is quickly navigate the map, focus on Breach and Grand Expedition, and then steadily accumulate a large amount of PoE 2 currency.
Core Strategy
This Breach farming strategy involves quickly traversing various travel nodes in Grand Expedition ocean region. In each map, the tasks are to kill the map boss, clear out all Breach, and complete Expeditions as well.
Expedition itself is quite rewarding, occasionally yielding high-value items like Logbooks, making it well worth completing as you go.
After completing these, immediately move on to the next map. The goal is to clear all travel nodes in a certain ocean area to prepare for multiple rounds of Grand Expeditions. Alternate between these two gameplay styles.

Breach Rewards
In addition to regular Breach events, players may occasionally encounter Breach Hives in PoE 2, but the rewards will be lower than those for regular events.
While Breach Hives provide more Wombgifts than regular Breach Hands, their Hiveblood output is only about half - specifically, one Breach Hive is roughly equivalent to 1.5 Breach Hands' worth of Hiveblood, while a regular map has an average of three Breach Hands. Therefore, the total amount of Hiveblood obtained through Breach Hives is too small to be worth the effort to acquire.
Furthermore, clearing Breach Hives is slow, resulting in a poor gameplay experience. Unless unavoidable on the path, players should try to avoid them.
Genesis Tree
Crafting Direction
To increase profitability, we need to choose the right crafting direction in Genesis Tree within this Breach farming strategy.
Belts can be crafted using talents to add Minion Skills affixes, and even the worst quality finished products can sell for over 30 Divine Orbs. However, for long-term crafting, belts aren't the best investment for Hiveblood.
For players, a more attractive crafting option is Caster Rings.
Rings crafted with +1 Level of Spell Skills, even the worst Fractured version (not corrupted), will fetch over 300 Divine Orbs on the market. However, the price of Fractured version of the ring doubles to 600 Divine Orbs.
The more lucrative returns are for those based on Mnemonic Rings, with prices reaching 3000 Divine Orbs being normal.
Although these exceptional items don't appear frequently, accumulating Hiveblood through extensive Breach farming and continuous crafting actually increases the chances of getting a big win compared to obtaining Hinekora's Lock in Expedition.
Currency Focus
In the current Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5.0, Chaos Orb to Divine Orb exchange rate is approximately 8:1. This favorable market condition dictates the direction of our currency configuration in Genesis Tree.
We can choose to extend the left branch all the way to the top and select Selectively Bred: Vaal Orbs to block Vaal Orb drops. We also acquire Unpredictable Production node, which offers a chance to drop Chaos Orbs or Vaal Orbs - but since Vaal Orbs are blocked, we will only get Chaos Orbs we want.
Additionally, we can select Rebirth to provide a chance to avoid consuming additional Hiveblood, supplemented by several other nodes that increase Chaos Orb drop rate.
While there are branches that allow investing in items like Jewel Catalysts, given the current high value of Chaos Orbs, focusing on the production of regular PoE2 currency is clearly the better choice.
As for Breach Splinter and Breachlord Sac related nodes, their trigger rates are extremely low, so investing points in them is completely unnecessary.
However, there are PoE 2 currency giveaways on IGGM Discord now; participating in them might help with your Divine Orbs inventory too!
Atlas Passive Tree Configuration
In Expedition branch, choose extra explosives instead of extra Remnant, and Swamp instead of Desert as the direction for Cultivate the Sea bonuses.
The advantage of Swamp is that its Mastery provides a 10% chance to convert Exalted Orbs drops into Chaos Orbs, thus reliably increasing the yield of 1 to 3 Chaos Orbs per map.
While Desert provides monster effect bonuses and increased numbers, it also increases monster health by 15%, contradicting our goal of quickly clearing maps.
Tablet Selection
Tablet selection in PoE 2 is crucial in determining the efficiency of this preliminary evaluation.
One key point is that players should avoid Unique Breach Tablet. While it allows Stabilized Breaches to spawn a large number of rare monsters, making it suitable for high-Delirious environments, it significantly slows down map clearing.
In this speed-driven strategy, the most critical affix on the tablet is Quantity of Hiveblood Found in Map, which must be guaranteed to appear.
Second, players can also combine it with affixes like Quantity of Wombgifts.
Although a tablet with a good affix costs around 1 Divine Orb, considering the output, the investment is entirely worthwhile.
By the way, IGGM Facebook PoE 2 Group has been set up, and there will be occasional giveaways. You can stay tuned to help you on your PoE 2 league journey!
Liquid Verisium Usage Tips
Another clever tactic in this strategy is to always keep one set of Liquid Verisium in your inventory.
When encountering Verisium Remnants worth less than 1 Chaos Orb - whether in an Expedition or alone - it's worth rolling with Liquid Verisium.
Each roll costs only about half to one Chaos Orb, but has the potential to randomly roll for rare items worth hundreds of Divine Orbs.
This entire Breach farming strategy doesn't require a top-tier build, complex operations, or high investment, allowing for a stable accumulation of large amounts of PoE 2 currency in a relaxed and enjoyable gaming experience.
Because of its significant advantage in map clearing speed, it has the potential to become the most profitable farming method in Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5.0.

Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5.0 Chronomancer Ultimate Trilogy Guide: Ice Nova, Frost Darts & Blackflame | One of These Will Carry You to Endgame
After extensive practical testing of Chronomancer in Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5.0, players have discovered that its strength far exceeds expectations. With its cooldown management, slow control, and damage amplification capabilities, Chronomancer excels in map clearing, burst damage, and survivability.
Furthermore, the continued strengthening of the caster system in PoE 2 provides Chronomancer with multiple viable damage output paths. The following three Chronomancer builds represent Freeze control, projectile chain reactions, and Chaos damage over time, respectively, all capable of reaching the endgame:
- Ice Nova Chronomancer
- Frost Darts Chronomancer
- Blackflame Chronomancer
Ice Nova Chronomancer
Core Mechanics
This Ice Nova Chronomancer build primarily utilizes Ice Nova spell for map clearing and Cold Infusion for increased damage. The new Cold and Rune spells added in Patch 0.5.0 further raise the damage ceiling.
For this build, Freeze serves as both an offensive and defensive tool, immobilizing monsters and enhancing control through Chronomancer's inherent slow and Cooldown Reduction.
Ice Nova Chronomancer's single-target burst relies on Frost Wall and Frost Bomb, utilizing Snap damage and exposure reduction, combined with Elemental Weakness and Sigil of Power to form a complete boss-targeting rotation.

Gameplay and Controls
When clearing maps with this build, we need to move and cast Ice Nova to freeze a large area of normal monsters. For rare monsters, we need to insert Frost Bombs between Ice Nova casts to apply Exposure effect, quickly reducing their Frost resistance before killing them.
Upon entering the boss fight phase in Path of Exile 2, immediately activate Sigil of Power to apply Curse of Elemental Weakness to the boss, then place Frost Bombs.
After that, a fixed loop begins: alternate casting Frost Wall and Ice Nova, utilizing the high single-target damage generated when Frost Wall is shattered by Ice Nova, and refreshing Frost Bombs and the curse during cooldowns.
Equipment
For equipment, the weapon should ideally have a Staff that increases Frost skill level. For the helmet, Alpha's Howl is a good choice to obtain a large amount of spirit for aura conservation.
For the chest armor, prioritize the rune-forged Grasping Mail, which provides life, spirit, and resistance. Amulet needs to provide skill level, spirit, cast speed, and critical strike chance for this Ice Nova Chronomancer build.
Rings are used to supplement life, resistances, and mana regeneration, while boots and gloves should have strong base stats and prioritize movement speed and critical strike damage affixes.
Frost Darts Chronomancer
Core Mechanics
This build primarily utilizes Fork and Ricochet effects granted by Gemling Legionnaire ascendancy to generate Ice Crystals on critical strikes.
Ice Crystals are not spells, so they are not affected by spell damage bonuses, but they can explode upon impact from subsequent projectiles.
A single cast of Frost Darts creates a chain of Fork, Ricochet, and Snap, with projectiles bouncing repeatedly and causing multiple hits. This makes your Frost Darts Chronomancer incredibly efficient at clearing maps in PoE 2, and bosses can also take multiple Snap hits.
Gameplay and Controls
It's worth noting that this Frost Darts Chronomancer build is even simpler to use for clearing maps than Ice Nova Chronomancer.
You simply cast Frost Darts on groups of monsters, and the projectiles will automatically fork and detonate Ice Crystals, creating a chain reaction that clears the entire map.
For boss fights, you'll need to prepare with Sigil of Power, Frost Bomb Exposure, and Elemental Weakness beforehand. Then, maintain distance and continuously cast Frost Darts, trying to utilize the ricochet angle to increase your hit rate.
Equipment
This build requires cold spells staff weapons with critical strike chance, and cast speed. For affix bonuses, choose skill level and extra projectiles.
Having Maligaro's Virtuosity Fine Bracers gloves will further enhance Frost Darts Chronomancer's Critical Hit Chance.
Additionally, in this Frost Darts Chronomancer build, Headhunter Heavy Belt is optional. If your PoE 2 currency is insufficient, there's no need to use this expensive belt, even though it does improve the build's map clearing efficiency.
Blackflame Chronomancer
Core Mechanics
Unique Amethyst Ring: Blackflame is the core of this build. Its unique mechanic converts the Ignite effect from fire damage into Chaos Damage, completely altering the calculation and stacking logic of Ignite damage.
Although this ring was previously adjusted in-game, in PoE 2 Patch 0.5.0, because of the addition of new jewel affixes and damage over time amplification pathways, this build has experienced a second peak.
Blackflame Chronomancer utilizes the chain explosions of Fireballs and the spread of purple chaos flames converted from Blackflame to quickly clear monsters. The true trump card is the channeled skill Incinerate used during boss fights; the higher the channeled stacks of this skill, the more terrifying Ignite damage becomes.
Gameplay and Controls
When using Blackflame Chronomancer to advance through maps in PoE 2, players may experience a brief skill activation time in the initial stages. However, as buffs, chain explosions, and Chaos Bursts stack, your map clearing speed will increase dramatically.
When facing bosses, you need to strictly adhere to the following strategy: first activate Sigil of Power, then use Thunderstorm to stabilize Shock effect, maintain Wither Presence, and finally, start channeling Incinerate from a safe position.
As long as you pay attention to your positioning during the channeling, you can kill the boss within seconds as Ignite damage increases dramatically.
By the way, it's worth mentioning that IGGM Facebook PoE 2 Group frequently has giveaway events, so stay tuned!
Equipment
Regarding gear, since Blackflame is the core of this build, you should acquire it as early as possible in PoE 2. Its Ignite magnitude and related affixes directly affect your final damage.
For weapons, a staff with bonuses to fire spell skill level and casting speed is the biggest source of damage increase for Blackflame Chronomancer.
For armor, you can opt for an Energy Shield base, focusing on stacking Intellect, Mana, Life, and Resistances to ensure the caster's survivability.
These three Chronomancer builds all demonstrate unique value in PoE 2 Patch 0.5.0 and are highly competitive caster choices!

Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5.0 Best Gear Affixes Guide | Top Mods for Every Equipment Slot
In Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5.0, many players still struggle with crafting gear - and not merely the act of turning a normal item into a rare one with an Orb of Alchemy, but rather the process of adding the best possible affixes to a piece of equipment.
That raises another question, however: for each equipment slot, which affixes are worth chasing, and what combination turns an item into a truly top-tier piece?

Weapon
For attack-based builds, the three prefix affixes on a weapon are the most critical, and they should be rolled as close to their maximum values as possible, because they represent your primary source of base damage.
All damage scales from your weapon; every offensive modifier - whether increased damage, critical chance, or attack speed - is calculated using the weapon as the foundation.
Do not overemphasise suffix affixes. Suffixes are certainly nice to have, but in the early game, prefixes remain the absolute priority.
Caster Weapons
For casters, the desired affixes on a weapon are skill levels, cast speed, and critical strike chance. Overall, for caster equipment, you only need to secure a weapon with a few damage-related mods, and that suffices.
For players who are not running caster or minion builds, a crucial distinction is that attack critical chance is displayed directly on the weapon itself, whereas spell critical chance comes from the skill gem.
Rings
For attack builds, three flat damage prefixes (triple flats) are usually the ideal goal, but rolling all three is exceedingly difficult. Rings that have even two of these affixes command very high value.
Therefore, in many cases a ring with two flat damage mods plus a rarity affix is an acceptable option, and even a single flat damage roll can serve as a transitional piece in the early stages. For suffixes, you can look for resistances and item rarity.
Caster Rings
Because you can use essences to add some powerful modifiers, a six-affix, full-damage caster ring is not out of reach. That said, whether you craft it yourself or acquire it through trading, it will demand a vast amount of PoE 2 currency.
Gloves
For most attack builds, the affixes worth pursuing on gloves include projectile damage, projectile skill levels, melee skill levels, and attack speed - essentially any offensive attack-related mod.
Monks may have slightly different preferences due to their ascendancy passives, so you should consult a build guide for specific recommendations.
Caster Gloves
Caster gloves typically combine offensive and defensive stats. Many casters opt for unique gloves, but in most cases you will also see affixes such as projectile skill levels and projectile damage.
Arcane Surge suffix is an excellent option, yet it appears with such a low chance that you can largely ignore it in practice.
Helmet
Helmets are a defensive slot. At present, the vast majority of players gravitate toward energy shield-based builds, because energy shield remains very strong in the current patch.
Notable affixes on helmets include:
- Resistances
- Energy Shield
- Critical Strike Chance
- Minion Skill Levels
One additional point: helmets can roll an accuracy modifier. When Huntress (especially Amazon ascendancy) was dominant, helmets with this affix commanded high value; however, in Runes of Aldur League, Amazon players are few, so this affix currently holds almost no value.
Body Armour
Body armour is the primary defensive piece. In the current meta, attack builds mostly stack evasion and resistances. The single most valuable mod is Deflection or Spirit Reservation Efficiency - Deflection alone can more than double the chest piece's worth.
For builds that stack strength or life, you should look for affixes that include armour and life instead.
Caster Body Armour
Casters generally want energy shield, sometimes also Spirit, while minion players specifically need Spirit on the prefix.
A caveat: the chest slot has heavy competition from numerous unique items. If, in Patch 0.5.0, most caster players are using Atziri's Splendour or a chest with a Soul Core socketed, then regular rare body armours will have little value.
Boots
Boots are more of a utility slot than a purely defensive one, though you can still roll defensive stats on them.
For boots, speed is the most important attribute; a 35% movement speed modifier is highly desirable. That said, some boots without any movement speed can still sell for a decent amount of currency, because certain builds rely on movement skills and thus do not need the movement speed stat.
Boots can also accommodate many utility affixes. Energy shield still dominates this slot, but variations abound. Useful modifiers to note include:
- Dodge Roll-related affixes
- Debuff effects
- Charge generation
- Movement Speed While Sprinting
Amulet
Amulets offer a flexible mix of offensive and defensive stats. As a general rule, any amulet without skill levels has little to no value.
The amulet is one of the few slots that can grant Spirit. The combination of Spirit and skill levels is the primary driver of an amulet's worth.
In Patch 0.5.0, an amulet can give up to 100 Spirit (50 from a prefix and 50 from a suffix) on top of its innate 50 Spirit - so you could obtain 150 Spirit from this single slot alone. That is clearly an extraordinary figure and will likely be adjusted in the future.

Jewels
Jewels can be socketed into various slots, but broadly speaking, valuable affixes on gear are equally valuable on jewels. You can target the following mods:
- Critical Strike Chance
- Critical Damage
- Maximum Energy Shield
Belt
In the early game, the belt slot is where you supplement extra life and patch up resistances. However, once Headhunter and Mageblood become widespread, the belt slot rapidly loses its relevance.
Most high-end players use these two unique belts, and those who cannot afford them have little influence on the market. Consequently, the belt slot is largely dominated by uniques. The window for crafting belts is very brief, so newer players need not invest too much thought into this slot.
New players may find it difficult to obtain these two unique belts, but you can join IGGM POE Facebook Group, where there are frequent Currency Giveaways. If you're lucky, you can get the gear you want.
That concludes the overview of the more important affixes for each slot in PoE 2 Patch 0.5.0. If you wish to try crafting your own gear, you can start with simpler slots such as helmets or body armour.

Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5.0 Earthquake Titan Build Crafting: A Solid Choice for the Mid League Shake-Up!
As Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5.0 reaches its mid-cycle, you might be losing interest in your current Ascendancy. It could be the perfect time to switch classes or create a new character to explore different playstyles.
If you previously played Monk's new Martial Artist Ascendancy, Titan is a great next choice. While it may not be a top-tier meta pick in 0.5.0, it is certainly capable and might be easier for you to master quickly.
Here, we introduce Earthquake Titan build, a setup that offers a satisfying gameplay experience and solid performance in the current PoE 2 meta. If you're interested, feel free to give it a try using this guide!

Earthquake Titan Build overview
Overall, this is a build that allows for one-button gameplay, with the occasional need to press a second key to cast Infinite Cry. This skill not only clears the ignite status but also applies a powerful debuff that reduces the damage enemies deal to you.
Earthquake Titan build utilizes Blink skill for mobility and relies on Chaos Inoculation (CI) for defense.
Since the build requires stacking Rage, and Berserk causes life loss for every stack of Rage, CI effectively negates this downside, allowing you to stack Rage freely.
However, to make this work, you need to ensure your gear includes a flat life regeneration modifier. It is generally recommended to start with a helmet and buy PoE 2 currency on IGGM to re-roll its modifiers to secure this stat.
Skills and talents
By default, the build's core skill, Earthquake, has a 4-second duration before Aftershock triggers; your goal is to reduce this duration to 0 seconds.
To achieve this, first utilize Near at Hand notable passive on the skill tree. Ideally, you should also acquire Palm of the Dreamer Shrine Sceptre, as this weapon reduces skill effect duration by 13%.
If you are on a tight budget or playing in SSF mode and cannot easily obtain that weapon, you can slot Overabundance support gem into Earthquake as an alternative.
Next, you need to unlock additional passive nodes that reduce skill effect duration.
Titan's Hulking Form node amplifies the effects of small passive nodes, including those that reduce skill duration. This setup offers a massive DPS boost because Aftershock acts essentially as a free, simultaneously triggered extra skill.
Regarding defense, you can unlock the major nodes along the energy shield path; combined with the substantial percentage-based bonuses from Hulking Form, your survivability will be very reliable.
You can stack cooldown recovery speed via Authority. This stat is crucial because Earthquake Titan build utilizes Time of Need and Blink, both of which rely on cooldown recovery speed.
Pairing this with Ghost Dance, which grants Energy Shield based on Evasion, further ties into the cooldown recovery speed stat. Additionally, Wind Dancer helps you gain more evasion.
How to configure gear and maximize their effectiveness?
For the weapon, we recommend Sadist's Mercy Flanged Mace. It isn't currently a hot item on the trade market, so finding one is easy; however, if your budget allows, you should prioritize a version with maximum rolls.
Next, you'll need to corrupt it. During this process, maximizing Attack Speed is the top priority, followed by Critical Strike Chance, as the build benefits significantly from critical hits.
The weapon's standout feature is its chance to inflict Gruelling Madness on enemies, causing a massive slow effect that doubles as a defensive measure.
Furthermore, the weapon boasts a very high base Critical Strike Chance, making it easy to stack crit stats for a damage boost, and it comes with inherently fast attack speed.
For the helmet slot, equip Constricting Command Viper Cap. It's "requires fewer enemies to be surrounded" affix means you can trigger its passive effect with just a single nearby enemy.
This allows you to cast skills even when low on mana, provided you are surrounded, and grants your attacks the lucky effect, which inherently boosts damage.
The helmet also offers solid defensive capabilities, including a massive Evasion bonus and resistance to stun and elemental ailments.
Among defensive gear, Mageblood Utility Belt is a perfect choice, though difficult to acquire, especially when paired with dual Jade Flasks. It provides excellent flat bonuses to both Evasion and Armor.
If you don't have Mageblood, Ingenuity serves as a solid alternative. This belt enhances the bonuses provided by your rings, allowing you to opt for rings with evasion rating prefixes.
Join IGGM POE Facebook Group now for a chance to participate in irregular currency giveaways and win free orbs to upgrade this gear, further boosting the build's overall performance!
Jewels and Keystone Passives
Given the build's high evasion, you can pair Spectral Ward with a Megalomaniac Diamond jewel. Additionally, it is advisable to include jewels that provide global boosts to armor, evasion, and energy shield.
A Heart of the Well Diamond jewel offers additional Lightning damage; since Earthquake Titan build applies Shock debuff, increasing damage taken by enemies by 20%, this jewel synergizes well, while also providing bonuses to critical strike chance and attack speed.
Another recommended jewel is Time-Lost Ruby. With a radius spanning the medium-to-large range, it grants unique bonuses to passive nodes within its area of effect, such as increased armor or rage generation upon hitting enemies with melee attacks.
For this, focus on passive nodes within the medium range, prioritizing those that increase Maximum Rage, as reaching 50 Rage is crucial for this build.
Heroic Tragedy Timeless Jewel (Vorana variant) converts the standard Blood Magic into Black Scythe Training, granting an Energy Shield bonus instead of the life bonus, a significant difference in effect.
We hope this overview of crafting Earthquake Titan build for Patch 0.5.0 enriches your Path of Exile 2 combat experience in the time ahead!

Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5.0 Yoke of Suffering Storm Wave Monk Guide: The Budget Build that Clears Screens with One Button
Hey guys, are you still frustrated by the constant keystrokes required for your build in Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5.0, leaving your hands sore? When using Monk, do you feel his damage isn't up to par? Well, today's Yoke of Suffering Storm Wave Monk build only requires one key, letting you experience what it means to one-shot your opponent!
The core of Yoke of Suffering Storm Wave Monk build relies on a Yoke of Suffering amulet, with triple aliments stacking for a permanent 57% damage increase. Combined with Duality Warding Quarterstaff, it's inexpensive yet deals explosive damage.
Whether you're a newbie who just collected enough PoE2 currency or a veteran looking for a different build style, this Yoke of Suffering Storm Wave Monk build will let you dominate the entire map.
Core Mechanics
As mentioned above, the soul of this build is Yoke of Suffering. Its core mechanic lies in the fact that each aliment type it provides inflicts an additional 19% damage on enemies, and each aliment your character applies to an enemy grants the enemy an independent multiplicative increase in damage taken.
Therefore, Yoke of Suffering Storm Wave Monk, by consistently applying Ignite, Shock, and Freeze aliments to enemies simultaneously, will gain a permanent 57% additional damage increase.
So, the most important thing for Yoke of Suffering Storm Wave Monk is how to enable multiple aliments to be covered simultaneously in PoE 2 and to continuously refresh them.

Equipment Affix Selection
Helmet
We prioritize a helmet with a high Energy Shield base for Yoke of Suffering Storm Wave Monk, with an Energy Shield value of 520 to 530 being ideal. You can also socket a Perfect Iron Rune to further increase the helmet's Energy Shield value.
Amulet
For Yoke of Suffering, we only need to choose the cheapest elemental quality available on the market, as quality increases the percentage of elemental damage across the entire area, and this amulet provides over 100% elemental damage bonus.
The amulet duration affix doesn't have a significant impact, as aliments are constantly refreshed during combat, but it's ideal if the affix includes increased rarity.
Rings
For rings, we need to enchant them with Alloys affix from Runes of Aldur league, with an ideal value of 9%, but 7% is already quite useful.
Additionally, one ring needs to have 63% Mana Regeneration Rate to support the mana sustain of Yoke of Suffering Storm Wave Monk.
Combined with Conservative Casting Notable Passive and Clarity I Support Gem, further alleviating mana consumption pressure, this Yoke of Suffering Storm Wave Monk set truly provides a one-click screen-clearing experience, basically eliminating the need for constant mana potions.
Charms
Choose Antidote Charm and Staunching Charm to ensure immunity coverage against various aliments.
Skills and Gems
Our primary damage skill is Storm Wave, linked to Rapid Attacks, Branching Fissures II, Rage III, Elemental Armament II, and Efficiency II Support Gem.
Hollow Focus skill is linked to Immolate Support Gem, causing enemies to take significant additional fire damage when hit by Ignite, perfectly synergizing with Herald of Ash.
Additionally, Hollow Focus needs to be connected to Magnified Area II, Execute II, Close Combat II, and Cooldown Recovery II Support Gems to quickly kill low-health bosses.
Next, we'll use Herald of Ash skill, linking it to Magnified Area II and Fire Mastery Support Gem.
Herald of Thunder connects to Elemental Armament III Support Gem; Herald of Ice connects to Magnified Area II, Armour Explosion, Armour Break, Uruk's Smelting, and Shock Support Gems, gaining additional damage with Coming Calamity talent.
Wind Dancer connects to Clarity II, Blind II, and Freeze Support Gems, ensuring a chance to apply multiple aliments upon being hit, further increasing the uptime of Yoke of Suffering.
Defense Systems
The defense system for Yoke of Suffering Storm Wave Monk in PoE 2 Patch 0.5.0 is also carefully designed.
We can choose Moria Invictus in the chest armor slot, providing additional Spirit to Yoke of Suffering Storm Wave Monk to support the activation of Wind Dancer. Another reason for choosing this item is to maximize resistances through its Chaos Resistance and other resistance affixes.
The belt chosen is Sharonne's Satchel, whose core affix, Potion Life restoration also affects Energy Shield, means that Energy Shield is simultaneously restored while a life potion is active.
This allows this life-based build, even without extremely high regeneration per second, to maintain Energy Shield levels through active potion consumption, effectively reducing the chance of sudden death in high-pressure combat.
Furthermore, for defensive ascendancy, this Yoke of Suffering Storm Wave Monk build chooses Way of the Mountain as its key ascendancy. This not only amplifies the build's damage output but also provides greater survivability against large monsters.
Passive Skills Tree
For Passive Skills Tree, Way of the Stone Fist is almost a must-have for all Monk melee builds.
Afterward, you can choose Hollow Focus or Way of the Mountain as your second ascendancy, depending on your playstyle. The former leans towards damage output, while the latter focuses on survivability and dizziness synergy.
On the damage side, we primarily allocate points to nodes that synergize with dizzy and aliment effects, such as Moment of Truth and Concussive Attacks, while balancing sustain and damage amplification through Conservative Casting and Killer Instinct.
Additionally, investing in Bestial Skin to double the chest armor's evasion value is well worth it for Yoke of Suffering Storm Wave Monk.
Note that while Critical Exploit exists in Passive Skills Tree, this Notable Passive doesn't offer sufficient benefit for this build, so investing points in it is not recommended.
Overall, this Yoke of Suffering Storm Wave Monk build offers one-button controls, triple aliments coverage, and very stable defense, providing a low-budget yet high-damage playstyle for players who enjoy playing Monk or are interested in Monk. Players can easily replicate this Monk build in Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5.0.
