EA FC 26 No Entry Evolution Best Players: Create a 96 Defensive Awareness Monster CB
No Entry Evolution is one of the most appealing center-back evolutions in EA SPORTS FC 26, transforming a 92-rated center-back into a true defensive bulwark after three upgrade levels. The attribute improvements primarily focus on heading, interception, defensive awareness, tackling, and physical duels.
If your club has the right player card, this evolution is definitely worth trying. This article provides information on No Entry Evolution in FC 26 to help you make your decision.

Evolution Requirements
Before selecting a player card, please ensure it meets all the requirements. The specific details are as follows:
- Overall: Exactly 92
- PlayStyle: Max 10
- PlayStyle+: Max 3
- Position: CB only
- Not Rarity: World Tour Silver Stars
An overall rating of 92 is the strictest selection criterion here. If you happen to have it, you can use it directly. If not, you may need to specifically look for a center-back with a rating of 92 who meets or falls below the playing style threshold.
Overall Upgrade
FUT 26 No Entry Evolution is divided into three levels. Each level requires playing one match in any mode with the player you activated the evolution to unlock. The completion requirements are very low, so the focus is entirely on which card you choose to upgrade.
Level 1 upgrades
- Overall: +1
- Heading Accuracy: +10 (capped at 94)
- Interceptions: +10 (capped at 96)
- Defensive Awareness: +10 (capped at 96)
- PlayStyle+: Intercept (up to 3)
Level 2 upgrades
- Jumping: +10 (capped at 94)
- Slide Tackle: +10 (capped at 95)
- Stand Tackle: +10 (capped at 95)
- PlayStyle+: Anticipate, Jockey (up to 3)
- PlayStyle: Bruiser (up to 8)
Level 3 upgrades
- Aggression: +10 (capped at 95)
- Stamina: +10 (capped at 92)
- Strength: +10 (capped at 95)
- PlayStyles: Block, Aerial Fortress, Slide Tackle
Upgraded to level 3, your center-back will have 96 interception, 96 defensive awareness, 95 standing tackle and sliding tackle, 95 strength, and 95 aggression. The evolved player, combined with Aerial Fortress, becomes a formidable threat to the opponent.
Player Recommendations
Based on the above, let's analyze the best candidates for this evolution.
Andreas Brehme
Andreas Brehme already possesses top-tier defensive skills and tracking ability in FIFA 26. Combined with the powerful defensive boost from No Entry Evolution, he's easily placed among the top center-backs.
Furthermore, he pairs exceptionally well with other top players. If you primarily use a fast-paced attacking style, or simply want a reliable, plug-and-play defender, Andreas Brehme will not disappoint.
Riccardo Calafiori
If you're a competitive player eager to climb the ranks in Rivals mode, Riccardo Calafiori is the perfect choice. After evolving, his tackling and physical attributes significantly improved, making him an elite defender who can also play multiple positions with exceptional flexibility. This versatility makes him very popular among players.
Alberto Gilardino
As a center-back, he already possesses excellent base speed. This evolution raises his defensive awareness to 96. This means he's almost always in the right position, making interceptions and tackles with astonishing consistency. If you're building a league team in FUT 26, he's an extremely cost-effective option, performing like a legendary player.
Pau Cubarsí
He is a high-rated, young defender with excellent ball-playing stats. When evolved, he also reaches a game-changing 96 Defensive Awareness . This stat alone makes him one of the most reliable, budget-friendly center-backs in FC 26. He offers incredible value for money, maximizing the return on investment for a evolution .
Tommaso Pobega
Tommaso Pobega's strengths lie in his height and build, making him inherently intimidating. More importantly, he can play both center-back and defensive midfielder. This dual-position ability allows you to use him as a defensive anchor.
After evolving, his already strong physique and defensive capabilities become even more impressive. For hardcore players looking to reduce goals conceded, Tommaso Pobega is a top choice.
Van de Ven
Van de Ven is suitable because his base attributes before evolution lean towards speed and physicality. Therefore, the improved defensive awareness and tackling ability after evolution compensate for these shortcomings, rather than simply increasing his already high stats.
Besides these players, other strong players worth considering include Shaw Showdown, Ndicka TOTS, Crama TOTS, Pubill TOTS, Chiellini GOTG, Doue TOTS HM, and Makhanya PTG.
If you see a player card, you like but lack funds, you can buy FC 26 Coins from IGGM.com to trade, we will provide the safest and fastest way to acquire them.
How to Fully Utilize Evolution?
After completing No Entry Evolution, the player card can naturally integrate into a four-defender or three-defender formation. A 96 overall rating in defensive awareness and interceptions makes him ideal for high-block setups, as your center-back needs to anticipate passes and intercept through balls.
Aerial Fortress playstyle means you can also actively use this player on set pieces, both defensively and in corner attacks. 95 strength and 95 aggression mean he can handle fast forwards in physical duels, strength and aggression being weaknesses of low-rated center-backs in the current version of FIFA 26.
Compared to Other CB Evolution Projects
No Entry Evolution aims to turn a solid 92 overall rating center-back into a top-tier defensive option. Unlike paid projects like Piscinin Evolution, No Entry Evolution doesn't require a large investment of FUT 26 Coins; it's a free path through European objective questline, though at the cost of a 92 overall rating, which reduces its flexibility.
If you're also building players in other positions, that's also possible. Each evolution follows a separate objective path, so you can work on two projects simultaneously without conflict.
This concludes our article on EA FC 26 No Entry Evolution. If you have suitable players, don't hesitate to participate in No Entry Evolution. It's the best way to maximize your center-back abilities and significantly boost your squad strength.

EA FC 26 Glory Hunters Team 2 Schedule and Gameplay: Earn New Cards While Following the World Cup Round of 16!
Another week has passed, did the World Cup team you support advance, or did they bow out? Regardless, if you're playing FC 26, make sure to check if you've unlocked all Glory Hunters Team 1 players you wanted, because Team 2 is just around the corner!
Although they belong to the same promo, the player rewards for Team 1 and Team 2 are largely separate; this means you must obtain them during their respective one-week availability windows.
Here, we'll introduce the exclusive player cards coming with Glory Hunters Team 2 and explain how to get them. We'll also provide some tips for wrapping up Team 1, just in case you need them.

Glory Hunters Team 2 schedule
As the second phase of Glory Hunters promo, Team 2 launches this Friday, July 3, immediately following the end of Team 1, and runs until the following Friday, July 10.
Importantly, Team 2 window coincides with the conclusion of the 2026 World Cup Round of 16 and the start of the quarter-finals. Consequently, the playable content in FC 26 will be even richer than last week's.
Leaked Team 2 lineup
You may have your own personal favorites in Team 1, but in terms of value, Glory Hunters Team 2 players are just as significant. Some are long-time fan favorites, while others have recently burst onto the scene during the World Cup.
- Erling Haaland
- Mohamed Salah
- Declan Rice
- Raphinha
- Gabriel
- Nuno Mendes
- Viktor Gyökeres
- Bruno Guimarães
- Antoine Semenyo
- Nico Williams
- Julián Álvarez
- Theo Hernández
- Giovanni Reyna
- Romelu Lukaku
- Rodrigo De Paul
In addition to the cards that drop randomly in packs, around 10 players will be available as SBC or Objective rewards over the coming week. Since these are guaranteed rewards, they are definitely not to be missed.
How to get Team 2 players?
First, SBC or Objective reward cards are earned simply by completing specific tasks. Along the way, you'll also earn potential pack rewards; opening these during Glory Hunters Team 2 gives you a chance to pull the new cards.
For seasoned FUT 26 players, SBCs are likely the easiest tasks to complete, simply select players from your club that meet the requirements to build your squad.
Individual objectives usually consist of a series of tasks; completing each one grants a reward, and finishing the entire set unlocks a bonus, such as rarer packs or the specific reward card featured in Glory Hunters Team 2.
As for Team 2 cards that drop randomly from packs, getting the ones you want ultimately comes down to luck; however, if there is a specific card you absolutely don't want to miss, you can consume coins or points in the store to redeem more packs and try your luck.
Alternatively, if you dislike leaving your fate to RNG, you can trade directly on the transfer market. The advantage here is that you can acquire exactly the card you want, though the downside is that it may need more coins.
Given this, we recommend securing FC 26 coins for sale at IGGM in advance and acquiring the cards before Team 2 ends. Once the event concludes, these cards will no longer appear in packs, making them much rarer.
Do keep in mind that when opening packs, you might pull common cards that aren't immediately useful to you. You can sell duplicates right away; for non-duplicates, be sure to check details like the player's nationality and club, as they might help you complete future SBCs.
Why participate in Glory Hunters Team 2?
If you took part in Team 1, you know the value of Glory Hunters lies in the player card rewards, which allow you to customize PlayStyles or PlayStyle+.
As two of the most important and rarest card attributes in FC 26, PlayStyles and PlayStyle+ determine a player card's maximum potential and the variety of gameplay strategies you can employ with them.
More specifically, after obtaining a Team 2 player, you can gradually unlock a unique skill tree through limited-time Live matches, specific FC 26 objectives, and multi-stage Evolutions, eventually upgrading them into a powerhouse equipped with four PlayStyle+ traits.
Additionally, Glory Hunters Team 1 and 2 players are classified as Showdown items; this means their stats fluctuate based on real-world World Cup progress, allowing you to experience an authentic, real-time match atmosphere in FUT 26.
To unlock the fourth PlayStyle+ for your Team 2 player, you need to acquire Glory Hunters Evolution consumable, which is also available as a reward for certain objectives and SBCs over the coming week.
How to wrap up Team 1 perfectly?
With only about a day left until Glory Hunters Team 1 ends, make sure to prioritize completing any remaining SBCs and objectives that are within your reach.
If you have any unopened packs saved up, go ahead and open them all now, unless you have already completed your Team 1 player collection. In that case, you might want to hold onto them to give your Team 2 progress a boost.
It is also worth noting that the final match of Journey of Nations objective series, the European leg, will go live alongside Glory Hunters Team 2, so be sure to make time to complete it!
That covers everything for now; we hope this helps you get the most out of your FUT 26 experience over the coming week! Good luck!

EA Sports FC 26 4-4-1-1 Guide: After World Cup Update Dominating High Rank Play
Following World Cup update to EA Sports FC 26, the defensive mechanics and player style effects have undergone significant changes.
Previously, tactics relying on Advanced Defending and specific style bonuses have become less efficient in the current version, especially after Bruiser style was weakened. This has led to a restructuring of the selection logic for defensive players and the execution of defensive plays.
In response to this change, a tactical system centered on a 4-4-1-1 formation has proven stable achieving a consistently unbeaten record in high-level matches and possessing a high ability to close out games early.

Defensive Mechanism Adjustments
After FC 26 World Cup update, the value of Advanced Defending has noticeably decreased. Actions that previously required button combinations are now less consistent, especially with the reduced benefits of relying on Bruiser style's physical confrontations, making proactive head-to-head defending unreliable.
In this environment, Tactical Defending mode has become a more stable option. Its core advantage lies in its simpler controls; defensive actions are automatically determined and executed by the system based on player position and the nature of the confrontation.
In one-on-one defensive situations, this mechanism reduces misoperations and increases the success rate of tackles. Overall defensive focus shifts more towards positioning and support, rather than individual actions.
Center-backs
Since Bruiser style is no longer dominant in FC 26, the selection criteria for center-backs have changed. The current update emphasizes basic physical attributes rather than relying on specific style effects.
Height and physique have become primary indicators; center-backs approaching two meters in height have a natural advantage in dealing with high balls and head-on collisions.
Meanwhile, Lengthy speed-up skill has become more valuable, proving more useful than Quick Step in tracking back and defending in depth. In terms of styles, Interception and Anticipate remain stable additions, but are more of a bonus than a core component.
Overall, center-back configurations prioritize physical attributes, and reducing reliance on mechanics actually leads to greater stability.
Wings and Midfield
After FC 26 World Cup Update, wingers rely on cutting inside for a Finesse Shot finish as their main goal-scoring option. Therefore, players with Finesse Shot or Finesse Shot+ style are given significantly higher priority.
Combined with a Rapid style, they can maintain a sufficient advantage in one-on-one dribbling on the wings, while the effectiveness of a Low Driven Shot is relatively reduced.
Central midfielders bear more complex offensive and defensive responsibilities.
Both central midfielders need to possess both passing and defensive coverage abilities. Tiki Taka and Incisive Pass styles can improve forward efficiency, while interception and anticipation ensure defensive stability.
Stamina is particularly crucial in the current high-tempo environment; a stamina rating of 90 or higher is necessary to withstand the intensity of continuous pressing.
The attacking midfielder position leans more towards a combination of finishing and linking play. 5-star weak-foot players are more suitable, with their core ability focused on excellent shooting, combined with Incisive Pass and Short Passing playmaking abilities to ensure a stable output point in front of the penalty area.
Full-backs need to balance advancing and dropping back, making them the most crucial link in the transition between attack and defense in the entire system.
Tactical Structure
In FC 26, Balance style of attacking organization is more stable. Compared to the excessive forward runs in Counter mode and the space compression in Short Passing system, Balance setting achieves a balance between running and passing, allowing for a multi-pronged attacking structure in the midfield and forward areas.
In this structure, the synchronized forward runs of wingers, central midfielders, and center forward can create continuous attacking layers, with simple Incisive Passes creating breakthrough opportunities.
Defensive Depth is fixed at around 70 to form a high-pressing system. In the current version, players have high stamina, maintaining mobility even in extra time, thus significantly reducing the risk of a high defensive line.
Continuous pressing in the attacking third effectively limits the opponent's passing space and reduces the time the defense is under pressure.
Full-backs
In this FC 26 setup, the left and right backs have completely different responsibilities.
The left-back acts as an attacking wingback, primarily advancing down the flanks to provide width and a focal point for crosses.
The right-back is primarily an inverted wingback, moving more into the central area to create local numerical superiority with the center-backs and central midfielders, allowing the defense to quickly transition into a three-center-back formation after losing possession.
The biggest change brought about by this asymmetrical design is that the attacking routes no longer rely solely on the flanks, but add a stable passing and link-up point in the center, thereby improving overall tactical flexibility.
Midfield and Forward Roles
FC 26's left and right wingers employ an inside-forward balance role to ensure a balance between attacking involvement and defensive retreat. While attacking roles are active in attack, they can easily create defensive gaps after losing possession, making them less stable at the current pace.
The two central midfielders use a box-to-box balance configuration, providing continuous coverage on both ends of the pitch. This requires players to have high role-specific attributes; otherwise, it's difficult to support a high-intensity running system.
The attacking midfielder is positioned as a playmaker, emphasizing dropping deep to receive the ball and distributing it secondary, rather than directly marking the center forward. The center forward, using Advanced Forward role as the core output point, bears the main finishing responsibility in a single-striker system.
The core changes in this 4-4-1-1 system are concentrated in three points: defense shifts from advanced mechanics to tactical execution; the defensive line shifts from passive defense to high-pressing pressure; and the full-backs shift from a symmetrical structure to functional division of labor.
By the way, you can join IGGM FC 26 Glory Hunters Discord giveaway for a chance to win up to 10M coins.
In EA Sports FC 26 World Cup, this system can maintain match intensity while reducing reliance on complex mechanics, simultaneously improving defensive stability and offensive efficiency.
Its advantages in actual combat are mainly reflected in tempo control and game-winning ability, especially in high-level matches where it is easier to create sustained pressure.

FC 26 EA Advertising Explained: How 120 Million Monthly Players Became Billboards?
Guys, EA FC 26 hasn't been getting much positive feedback lately. But that's probably expected, since FC 26 development team is the one who actually did it; nobody is framing them.
For example, FC 26 recently decided to launch EA Advertising to better promote ads within the game. But the problem is, FC 26 is something players paid for.
Imagine you finally decide to unlock this long-awaited game, excitedly opening it to enjoy the football experience, only to find it's filled with constantly updated brand ads? How would you feel?
But for the past week, EA FC 26 players have been experiencing just that. EA Advertising launched on June 15th, boldly embedding dynamic ads into FC 26, and players are furious.
It's not like we've never seen ads before; the key issue is that we paid full price for the game, so why should we be sold to advertisers as traffic again? This has severely damaged the most basic trust players have in FC 26 development team.
What exactly is EA Advertising?
Actually, the advertising system in FIFA 26 is much more sophisticated than we imagined. It doesn't just pop up a video window for you to watch before you can continue, nor does it offer more FC 26 coins for watching an ad. Instead, it integrates ads seamlessly into the game environment.
For example, advertising boards near the stadium, next to the scoreboard, and even broadcast footage may contain brand information, appearing quite integrated.
And that's not all. Some ads even become in-game tasks. If a brand sponsors a challenge, FC 26 might release a dedicated Ultimate Team mission, rewarding you with completion. In short, it packages advertising as part of the game's content.
For this system, EA brought in a host of well-known brands like Visa and Red Bull as initial partners. Reportedly, the starting price for advertising is $100,000, with some reaching millions. After all, EA has over 120 million monthly active players - that's a huge revenue stream.

The Real Concerns
Why are these ads, which don't hinder gameplay and appear relatively smooth, causing so much anger among players? Actually, players' concerns go beyond simply seeing an ad.
First, these dynamically updated billboards on the field are jarringly out of place in the game's virtual world. Imagine you're immersed in a tense match, and then suddenly an ad pops up for Red Bull, then for some streaming platform - the immersion is shattered.
Furthermore, some veteran players are immediately reminded of the 2020 backlash. Back then, the development team placed full-screen ads in EA Sports UFC 4 promoting the sitcom The Boys, resulting in widespread criticism and a forced apology and removal.
Now, they claim these ads enhance the experience - who believes that?
The biggest fear is that this is a test: today it's just billboards on the field, tomorrow will it become mandatory pop-ups? The day after, will they release a monthly ad-free subscription service?
This means your wallet contributes to unlocking FUT 26, and then you have to contribute to removing ads - isn't that just being exploited at every turn? That's what everyone's most anxious about.
Official Response
Of course, EA Sports FC 26 has been facing criticism for a long time. While the development team's explanations haven't been accepted by players, their underlying business logic isn't entirely untenable.
The official statement is that the development costs of AAA games are ridiculously high these days. Graphics are getting better and better, and content is piling up, but game prices have been stuck around $60 for years. They need to find other ways to fill this gap.
Ad revenue can support the long-term updates and maintenance of FC 26. Otherwise, relying solely on game sales, where would they get the money to continuously release new player cards and new modes?
Furthermore, the development team believes that real-world football matches are full of billboards and sponsors, so replicating this in a football game would make it more realistic and closer to real-world broadcasts.
So no matter how players and outsiders question it, they all say that introducing EA Advertising enhances the gaming experience for FC 26.
By the way, if you're short on resources in FC 26 lately, you can participate in FC 26 Glory Hunters coins giveaways on IGGM Discord for a chance to share 10M coins!
A Deeper Background
In fact, FC 26's in-game ads are not an isolated case. Almost the entire gaming industry is moving towards in-game advertising, and many major companies have already begun deploying similar technologies.
To put it bluntly, in the future, all major titles may gradually adopt this form of in-game advertising. FC 26 simply launched it first, making it the target of public criticism.
Ultimately, players' anger isn't just about those few billboards in EA FC 26, but rather the fear that once this advertising door is opened, it can never be closed again. Even if the development team says it enhances the experience, given the precedent of 2020, players are already immune to this rhetoric.
Where this advertising controversy will ultimately lead is still uncertain, but one thing is certain: if FC 26 truly treats players as mere traffic rather than users, the lost trust will probably not be something the development team can recover with a few explanations.
However, if they want to continue operating this football game for a long time, it will probably be very difficult.

FC 26 Glory Hunters Launches June 26: PlayStyles Customization and New World Cup Players Roster
EA has launched Glory Hunters, the latest summer event for FC 26, officially launching on June 26th and running until July 10th. As the core mid-season content of Festival of Football, this event introduces a brand-new gameplay feature - PlayStyles customization.
This is fantastic news for players who have long wanted to freely build their squads. It means unprecedented flexibility and freedom in squad building, freeing players from the constraints of tactical styles imposed by the rules, allowing them to use any players they like.
In addition, Glory Hunters also features elite player cards currently participating in FIFA World Cup. You can freely combine players based on their attributes and stats, or simply choose your favorites. Follow along to uncover the full story of Glory Hunters.

Key Highlights
The biggest highlight of this event is PlayStyles customization. In previous FC 26 events, PlayStyles and PlayStyle+ were fixed. This event allows players to freely choose which PlayStyles to add for specific event player cards.
Meanwhile, a PlayStyles Lab feature has been added to the menu, allowing players to customize players according to their tactical preferences.
This means that the same player card can be designed to emphasize speed, defense, or playmaking abilities, among other PlayStyles.
It completely hands over the power to determine player strength and tactical style to the player, representing a fundamental shift from an era where team strength was determined by card draws to one where strategy dictates strength.
Detailed Features
1. Blank Player Cards
All player cards in FC 26 Glory Hunters are initially blank, without any additional PlayStyles or PlayStyles+, possessing only basic stats. You can manually add your desired PlayStyles to player cards in PlayStyles Lab, completely free of charge, and there are no restrictions on making changes.
2. Active Customization
You can completely shape player attributes according to your preferred playing style and tactics. For example, if you prefer counter-attacking, you can max out the defensive attributes of your center-backs, or if you prefer wing-based attacking tactics, you can max out the sprinting and dribbling skills of your wingers. In short, your PlayStyles lineup is entirely up to you.
3. Value Transfer
Previously, high-value players in FC 26 were largely determined by fixed stats. After Glory Hunters, player card stats can be customized, thus overturning the previous system where high stats equal high value.
PlayStyles become the core determinant of player value. Going forward, players may not be primarily focused on acquiring high-level players with large amounts of Coins, but rather on the key PlayStyles items or resources that transform basic player cards into powerful ones.
During the event, you can obtain these crucial permanent items by acquiring card packs, completing challenges, or completing objective missions.
Glory Hunters Items are divided into two team-exclusive sets. The first set of team items lasts from June 26th to July 3rd, and the second set from July 3rd to July 10th, each set lasting one week.
Similarly, these items will appear on the in-game trading market, and their prices will rise significantly if Glory Hunters Items are tradable, you'll need to spend a substantial amount of FC 26 Coins to acquire them.
In short, PlayStyles customization, as a core highlight of Glory Hunters, is of great significance to both players and the game itself.
Player Roster
Glory Hunters' player selection focuses on elite players who have performed exceptionally well in real life, including Icon players and current national team players. Their overall rating is expected to be between 94 and 98, placing them at a level where they can be used directly in final matches. Each card has extremely high collectible value.
Based on the most leaked player information so far, only the first group of teams has relatively complete player information:
- Lionel Messi
- Neymar Jr.
- Ousmane Dembélé
- Bruno Fernandes
- Virgil van Dijk
- Marcus Rashford
- Federico Valverde
- João Cancelo
- Thibaut Courtois
- Fabián Ruiz
- Moisés Caicedo
- Richard Ríos
The second group of players is still unclear, and even the leaked information is incomplete. However, judging from the first group's roster, in addition to players who have consistently performed well in matches, there are also some rookie players from this year's FIFA World Cup.
We can reasonably speculate that the players who will be released on July 3rd may be another group of rookies who performed well between June 26th and July 3rd.
Therefore, it seems that players who want to predict or invest in players in advance not only need to pay attention to any developments in FC 26, but also need to watch World Cup matches. After all, player attribute data in FC 26 has always been closely linked to player performance on the field.
Or if you want to unlock these players more easily, participating in IGGM FC 26 Glory Hunters coins giveaway on Discord is a great option! Simply leave an emoji for a chance to share 10 million coins equally with nine other players for free!
Completion Strategy
Since Glory Hunters only exists for two weeks during FC 26, and each set of player cards can only be obtained for one week, you must maximize all rewards from the event and challenges: FC 26 Coins, Glory Hunters Items, or some player cards.
1. Pack Opening Strategy
If you currently have card packs saved up in FC 26, you can save them for when Glory Hunters event goes live, because according to player community speculation, the drop rate of card packs will be higher when a new event is launched.
2. Resource Planning
Based on leaked player information, you can observe the market in advance and accumulate some high-rated player cards for investment, saving up some Coins. After all, some top players, such as Lionel Messi and Neymar Jr., have a very low drop rate in card packs and may only be obtainable through high-priced acquisition on the market later.
3. Gameplay Tips
Since the event duration is short, it's best to prioritize completing tasks that refresh during the event period. Then, focus on tasks related to team composition restrictions and win counts, such as Weekend League, to maximize your time utilization.
FC 26 Glory Hunters officially launches tomorrow, are you ready?

EA Sports FC 26 Greats of the Game Tier List: 5 Best Cards Worth Your Coins
On June 19th, EA Sports FC 26 launched an event called "Greats of the Game", featuring a large number of discounted player cards. These cards are diverse, varying in position and attributes, including some with an overall rating of 97 or higher.
While the overall strength of the player cards in this event is solid and the prices are more affordable than expected, making it a good time to strengthen your lineup, based on player experience, some cards are exceptionally useful, while others may fall short.
To help you quickly figure out which cards you should prioritize collecting, I've ranked these player cards based on their performance and cost-effectiveness:
S-Tier
- Ronaldo
- Patrick Vieira
- Gareth Bale
- Andrea Pirlo
- Emmanuel Petit
A-Tier
- Luís Figo
- Michael Owen
B-Tier
- Diego Forlán
- Hidetoshi Nakata
- Wesley Sneijder
- Rudi Völler
- Roberto Carlos

S-Tier
First, let's introduce the most worthwhile and unmissable cards in FIFA 26's Greats of the Game. Some can be randomly obtained from card packs, while others can be acquired using Coins.
Ronaldo
Previously, you could find a Ronaldo card with an overall rating of 94 in game, but Greats of the Game releases a card with an overall rating of 97 - a very high score. His 97 overall rating version boasts four gold PlayStyles: Finesse Shot, Technical, Low Driven Shot, and Quick Step, allowing him to dominate opponents on pitch.
In fact, many players consider him one of the top five forwards in game: both the base 94 overall rating version and 97 overall rating Greats of the Game version are impeccable in FC 26.
Patrick Vieira
Patrick Vieira's Greats of the Game card has an overall rating of 95, making him one of the strongest defensive midfielders (CDM).
This card has four gold PlayStyles: Intercept, Anticipate, Bruiser, and Jockey. It's also one of the most worthwhile cards to acquire in this event.
Gareth Bale
Next is FC 26 Greats of the Game event version of Welsh star Gareth Bale. This card has an overall rating of 95 and is positioned as a right winger.
This card also boasts four gold PlayStyles, with top-tier configurations including Finesse Shot, Rapid, Incisive Pass, and Quick Step.
Furthermore, it features 98 Acceleration and Sprint Speed, and 96 Shooting, giving it almost everything a perfect winger needs. And you can acquire it for around 1 million Coins, without the hassle of opening card packs.
Andrea Pirlo
This is a midfielder card with an overall rating of 96. He possesses multiple gold passing PlayStyles, such as Incisive Pass, making him ideal as a team's core player, controlling the tempo in midfield.
Emmanuel Petit
Also rated 96, this card is a defensive powerhouse: it has four gold PlayStyles covering both defensive and passing abilities, perfectly suited to CDM role, making it arguably the most worthwhile card in this batch of SBC cards. Moreover, this card can also be obtained directly in SBC using Coins.
A-Tier
These FC 26 Greats of the Game cards are placed in Tier A not because they are weak, but because they all have certain obvious weaknesses. Therefore, players need a certain level of skill to fully utilize their strengths.
Luís Figo
This card is Greats of the Game event version of Portuguese legend Luís Figo, with an overall rating of 96. He plays as a right winger.
It's a very strong card, possessing 5-star Skill Moves and 4-star Weak Foot, giving him excellent one-on-one ability on the wing. It also boasts four gold PlayStyles: Rapid, Technical, Low Driven, and Incisive Pass.
It's placed in Tier A because its Defending is only 54, and it only supports medium-tier builds. However, overall, it's still a very worthwhile card to acquire.
Michael Owen
This is FUT 26 Greats of the Game event version of England striker Michael Owen, with an overall rating of 96. He plays as a center forward (ST).
He possesses powerful golden PlayStyles and boasts 5-star Weak Foot and 5-star Skill Moves. However, his 173cm height and 88 Physical rating might leave him vulnerable against taller, stronger center-backs.
Both cards can be obtained with Coins in SBC, making them quite cost-effective. If you have plenty of Coins, consider acquiring them.
If you're short on Coins, you can participate in FC 26 Greats of the Game giveaways on IGGM Discord. We'll be drawing ten lucky participants to share 10 million Coins.
B-Tier
FIFA 26 Greats of the Game cards, placed in Tier B, are relatively weaker and not recommended as a priority acquisition. Therefore, only a brief overview is provided here.
Diego Forlán and Hidetoshi Nakata
Diego Forlán has an overall rating of 93, while Hidetoshi Nakata has an overall rating of 92. These cards have mediocre attributes, lacking any highlights, and may even be less useful than player cards obtained through Evo upgrades.
Wesley Sneijder and Rudi Völler
Both cards have an overall rating of 94. Their attributes are slightly better than Diego Forlán and Hidetoshi Nakata, but only "decent", far from S-tier or A-tier.
Roberto Carlos
Roberto Carlos's card has an overall rating of 95. He's a left-back, and his attributes look good.
However, the problem is: the design philosophy of this card is completely off - FUT 26 gave him a ton of attacking PlayStyles, but almost none of the crucial defensive PlayStyles. In other words, this card doesn't know he's a defender; he's more like a winger.
The above is a review of Greats of the Game event cards in FC 26, many of which are powerful cards that can be obtained directly with Coins.
Greats of the Game event will last for eight days, so whatever player cards you like, you'll need to make the most of these eight days to acquire them. Good luck!
