Handling 85-87 Rated Players (Provision Upgrade)

When you obtain players rated between 85 and 87, or even 88, from 84+ Player Pick or 80+ Upgrade packs, they should be put into Provision Upgrade SBC. This SBC can be completed repeatedly.
