Monopoly GO is set to launch another four-day special event, Blocks Boutique. This event requires a certain degree of strategy and can also provide some worthwhile rewards.

Blocks Boutique plays somewhat like Tetris, although there are several important differences between the two. To claim the event's major rewards, you need to successfully complete both a row and a column before the event ends. Let's take a look at how it works and the strategies you can use.

Monopoly GO Blocks Boutique Date

Blocks Boutique follows the standard event schedule. Make sure to keep track of the start and end times so that you do not waste Dice or Block Tokens.

• Start: August 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET
• End: August 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET

This Blocks Boutique event lasts for four days and overlaps with Sticker Boom window. Sticker Boom schedule is as follows:

• Start: August 17 at 1:00 PM ET
• End: August 17 at 1:10 PM ET

If your Dice supply is limited, there is no need to deliberately coordinate your progress with Sticker Boom. Simply work through the daily milestones at a steady pace. If you have plenty of Dice and are aiming for maximum efficiency, you can increase your activity and try to complete the event during Sticker Boom to maximize the rewards.

Blocks Boutique Basic Gameplay

The rules of Monopoly GO Blocks Boutique are very simple. You need to collect specific recipe Ingredients, use them to Craft products, and place them on the shelves in your boutique. Each level shows the types and quantities of Ingredients currently required.

Several Blocks will appear at the bottom of the screen. Simply drag them onto the grid above and place them in suitable positions. The goal is to fill an entire row or column so that it can be cleared.

When a row or column in Blocks Boutique is completely filled, all of its cells disappear, and you receive the corresponding Ingredients.

When dragging a block, red indicates that the position is invalid, while green indicates that the block can be placed there. Green does not mean that the position is optimal. It only means that the placement is legal.

Recipe Collection and Level Progression

Each level has a specific recipe list, and the number of Blocks that need to be cleared increases accordingly. You can check the required Ingredients and quantities for the current level, then place Blocks to clear rows or columns and collect the corresponding Ingredient icons. Once all required Ingredients have been collected, the level is complete.

The system will automatically Craft the product and randomly place it on a shelf in your boutique. The placement location is random each time.

Every completed level provides an immediate reward, such as Monopoly Go dice, cash, or additional Blocks.

Blocks Boutique Strategies

Although the shapes and positions of Blocks provided by the system are random each time, there are still several useful strategies to keep in mind.

Before placing each Block, check whether you can complete both a row and a column at the same time. If so, prioritize that move because a single placement can provide two sets of Ingredients.

Also, do not focus only on the current row or column. Try to leave specific grooves or gaps on the board so that Blocks with certain shapes can be placed there later.

The number of remaining Blocks is displayed at the bottom of the screen. The fewer Blocks you use, the more efficiently you can complete a level. If you place a Block incorrectly, you can still continue, but you will consume additional Blocks, so it is better to think carefully before making each move.

If you run out of Blocks during a level, you can temporarily leave the event and complete Quick Wins to obtain additional Blocks, then return and continue.

Every player may have a different board layout and a different sequence of Blocks, so it is impossible to completely replicate another player's moves. You will need to work out the best solution for your own board.

How to Progress?

Players with limited Dice

If you have a limited number of Dice and do not have any particular need to coordinate your progress with Sticker Boom, you can aim to reach only Level 17 in the tournament each day. For banner events, simply progress naturally without deliberately farming points, which helps avoid wasting additional Dice.

During the event, tournaments, banner events, Quick Wins, and other activities can provide approximately 292–316 event Tokens.

Players with plenty of Dice

If you have a strong Dice reserve, you can aim to reach Level 23 in the daily tournaments during the first three days, while pushing the banner events to Level 30 or higher. This gives you a chance to complete Blocks Boutique at the same time as Sticker Boom begins.

That is the general overview of the event. Monopoly GO Blocks Boutique is essentially a puzzle minigame that relies less on luck and more on logical thinking. If you get stuck, take a short break and reconsider the board before making your next move.

Community Deluxe Drop duration

This Deluxe Drop event began on August 12 at 4:00 PM ET and runs until August 14 at 1:00 PM ET, totaling 45 hours, roughly the same duration as a standard solo event.

Although this is a special Monopoly Go event, all Peg-E events (including Deluxe Drop) are solo-based, which explains the shorter duration. If you haven't started yet or are lagging behind, be sure to pick up the pace.

How does Deluxe Drop work?

At the start of the event, you are presented with a Pachinko-style machine featuring five drop slots at the top.

After selecting a slot, insert Monopoly Go Peg-E tokens you've earned and tap to drop them. The tokens will bounce randomly as they fall through the machine, eventually landing in scoring slots at the bottom.

Slots closer to the center yield more points, while those toward the outer edges yield fewer. As you accumulate points and unlock all the milestone rewards for Deluxe Drop Level 1, you will unlock Level 2. Each level features four rewards.

As the tokens fall, they may hit two bumpers located in the center of the machine. Hitting these fills a special progress bar; once full, it triggers an extra reward and resets the bar for the next stage.

What are the rewards?

Monopoly Go Community Deluxe Drop rewards consist primarily of collectibles such as shield skins and dice skins.

While the point requirements for Level 1 are generally steeper, unlocking all its rewards opens the door to Level 2, which offers more generous rewards and a more relaxed pace:

How to earn Peg-E tokens?

Unlocking all milestone rewards requires a massive number of tokens. Therefore, it is crucial to take advantage of every source that drops Peg-E tokens.

Daily events

During Monopoly Go Deluxe Drop, standard daily events: tournaments, and banner events will continue as usual, refreshing every one and two days, respectively.

This means that during this Deluxe Drop, there will be at least two tournaments and one banner event to participate in, all offering Peg-E tokens as rewards.

We already know that the tournament and Sprout Science banner event launching on August 12 (ET) will provide 660 and 500 tokens, respectively. A new tournament expected to start on the afternoon of the 13th is also projected to offer 500 tokens.

Participation in both types of events is similar: you consume dice to move across the board and land on specific tiles to earn points that advance your milestone progress. The only difference is that tournaments require you to play an additional mini-game after landing on a tile.

Quick Wins tasks

Three Quick Wins tasks refresh every morning in Monopoly Go; completing each one grants three types of rewards. Although the quantities are small, the tasks are very easy and shouldn't be missed.

For example, the three Quick Wins tasks on August 12 required rolling the dice once, playing a Bank Heist, and upgrading a Landmark.

If you had already participated in the day's daily events, you likely completed these tasks in the process. Together, these three tasks award a total of 15 Peg-E tokens.

Claiming shop gifts

Monopoly Go shop refreshes with a new gift every eight hours. During special events, the gift contents may include event-specific tokens.

During this Community Deluxe Drop, the gift is expected to refresh at least four or five times.

Be sure to claim them on time rather than letting them accumulate until the end; the game mechanics do not allow for stacking, regardless of how much time has passed, if you haven't claimed the gifts in between, you will only receive a single gift.

Collecting on the board

As you move across the board to complete daily events, you'll find Peg-E tokens scattered on certain tiles. Landing on these tiles allows you to collect the tokens immediately.

Optimal play strategy

Just like rolling dice, you can use multipliers when dropping Peg-E tokens. The multiplier affects not only your final score but also your progress toward hitting bumpers.

However, a higher multiplier isn't always better; it depends on your current token balance. For instance, if you have fewer than 100 tokens, it's best to keep the multiplier at 10 or lower.

Since token collisions and drops are random, being too aggressive can cause you to run out of tokens prematurely.

Additionally, when working on bumper progress, prioritize bumpers that offer dice or Peg-E tokens as rewards to create a cycle of token replenishment.
