Albion Online Season 34 kicked off on September 12. Following Dragonfire update, this season introduces a wealth of challenging content.

Albion Online Season 34 Important Dates

The official team has announced several important dates for Season 34:

• September 12: The season begins, territories are reset, and the invasion feature is disabled.
• October 10: Mid-season Invasion Day, double points begin, storage is settled, and invaders spawn.
• November 7: Final Invasion Day, storage is settled, and invaders spawn.
• November 9: The season ends.

The period from September 12 to October 10 is the preparation phase for guilds, and major guilds will immediately begin competing for control of Outlands. This is the core of the guild season, with battles over territories and Hideouts beginning from day one.

For solo players who do not want to participate in PvP, gathering or crafting can also be used to earn Albion Online Silver and contribute to your guild.

Season 34 Changes

The official team has announced that all Resilience Penetration will be set to zero during Season 34 as a seasonal experiment. This is the most significant change of the season.

Resilience Penetration is a static attribute exclusive to melee weapons in Albion Online. Its primary function is to partially ignore the damage reduction that a target gains when being attacked by multiple players.

Resilience Penetration exists only on melee weapons. It was introduced mainly to compensate for the greater risks faced by melee weapons in large-scale PvP due to their limited range, making melee damage dealers more threatening in team fights, especially when attacking enemy tanks that commonly have high Resilience bonuses.

The official team has tried to balance this mechanic multiple times. This time, they plan to remove it entirely and observe how large-scale PvP performs without it.

If Resilience proves to be too powerful after its removal, Resilience Penetration may return in the future.

For guild PvP, you will need to study the impact of removing this mechanic and determine how to deal with opponents who have high Resilience.

How to Find the Right Guild?

Every season in Albion Online revolves around guild warfare, so even if you do not particularly like guilds, joining one is still recommended.

If you are looking for a more casual and community-oriented guild, Albion Online subreddit is a good place to look, as good guilds regularly make recruitment posts.

If you prefer a more competitive environment, you can check the in-game guild rankings. These directly show where a guild stands, so you do not have to rely solely on what other people say.

If you want most members of your guild to be active, it is best to check whether the guild has a Discord server. Guilds generally rely on Discord for organizing groups, posting announcements, and voice communication.

If there is no Discord server, it may indicate that members rarely communicate with each other, which could also mean that the guild does not regularly organize PvP activities or have clear goals.

After joining a guild, part of Silver you earn will be deducted as tax. Avoid guilds with excessively high tax rates. A tax rate of 10% or less is generally considered reasonable.

Guild Might Levels

With Dragonfire update introducing airborne islands and Ancient Dragons, Guild Might system gains two new levels this season:

• Ancient Lands
• Dragons

This means that guilds competing for leaderboard rankings will need to expand beyond traditional territory battles and explore new content such as dragon nests high above the clouds to earn more Might Points.

Conqueror's Challenge reward tiers are tied to Might Points and include chests of different tiers, a 60-day Fame Boost, as well as the brand-new flameguard avatar, including Silver and Crystal versions, along with Legacy Avatars.

Participating in Conqueror's Challenge and claiming guild season rewards requires an active Premium status. At the end of the season on November 9, Premium must still be active, and you must have spent at least 75% of the season in the same guild to ensure that you receive all rewards.

Dragon Attacks

On Royal Continent, Dragon Attacks are designed as spontaneous World Events. There is a brief warning before a dragon appears, so if you happen to be nearby, you need to react quickly.

Once players deal enough damage, the dragon retreats and leaves behind a chest. Every player who participated in the fight can receive rewards from this chest. Therefore, even if you are playing solo and happen to encounter a Dragon Attack, you should join the fight.

In Outlands, however, Dragon Attacks work very differently. These attacks are announced several hours before the dragon appears, giving guilds enough time to prepare their forces and organize around the target.

Outlands Dragon Attacks have clear objectives. As the primary target, guilds must not only fight the dragon but also compete with hostile factions for the rewards. These encounters also award a large number of Season Points to the winning guild, while every participating player receives an individual reward chest.
