WoW MoP Classic Archaeology Guide: What Can You Find In Azeroth?

In WoW MoP Classic, the archaeologist is one of four secondary professions available to all races and classes. While it doesn’t provide combat benefits, it allows you to explore Azeroth at any time and unearth valuable items.
While most of the time you’ll be digging up gray trash, as your profession skill increases, you’ll find valuable items, even epic items, which you can sell for some MoP Classic gold - perhaps the easiest way to earn them.
How To Archaeology?
In MoP Classic, Archaeology progresses faster than in the original game, but reaching the maximum level still requires several days of sprinting around the map. If that still seems too long, you can use WoW MoP Classic Boost to accelerate your leveling.
Players can accept quests for Archaeologist profession after reaching level 20. Once you’ve found the appropriate trainer, you can open the map and look for small shovel icons. These areas are called dig sites. However, it’s worth noting that some dig sites belong to different races. In these areas, you can unearth artifacts exclusive to that race, but these areas require different digging levels.
- Dwarf level 1: At Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor
