  If your goal is precisely this Vestigial Implicit property from The Gull, then overcharging may not be the best option. Because each charge increases Variant Rarity, it also means that the weight of common Uniques like The Gull will be further reduced.

  Therefore, charging isn't simply a matter of mindlessly charging three times. If the goal is extremely rare Uniques like Mageblood or Headhunter, multiple charges can increase the chance of encountering them; however, if the goal is the high-value Implicit provided by common Uniques like The Gull, then only one charge is needed to meet the conditions for breaking Crystal.

  Voyage & Offerings to the Deep Altars Optimization

  Voyage mechanism is the core gameplay of Curse of the Allflame league. Patch 3.29.2 makes significant adjustments to Offers to the Deep Altars involving currency conversion:

  • Altars now directly display their probability of providing currency conversion;
  • Conversion probabilities have been increased across the board: regular Blessings from 4% to 10%, and Empowered Blessings from 8% to 20%;
  • Altars appear less frequently overall, but their effects are more pronounced each time they appear.

  Leveling in Path of Exile 3.29 is a very slow process. Even experienced players often need more than ten hours to complete the campaign. Once you enter the endgame, your leveling speed becomes even slower.

  Especially after reaching level 90, you need an enormous amount of XP to gain each additional level. The methods below can provide a huge amount of XP, but they are not the most efficient strategies for generating currency.

  

  How to Gain Large Amounts of XP?

  The main source of XP comes from monsters, so the key is to maximize monster density and choose mechanics that can generate large numbers of enemies.

  In PoE 3.29 Curse of the Allflame League, Abyss no longer requires players to chase moving cracks across the map. Instead, large groups of Lightless monsters continuously spawn around Abyss fissure, creating much higher monster density and faster clearing compared to the previous League. The mechanic can also be further enhanced through Atlas passives and Scarabs.

  Legion also provides extremely high monster density. In PoE 3.29, the official team did not adjust the number of monsters in Legion and only changed its rewards. However, both Legion and Delirium place high requirements on character DPS. If your damage is insufficient, you may end up being killed by the monsters.

  Since deaths cause you to lose a large amount of XP, it is better to prioritize safer mechanics. Abyss and Breach are the most recommended options.

  

  Abyss + Beyond

  Abyss appears as a green ground fissure and usually spawns near groups of monsters. Approaching the fissure causes it to expand and begin spawning enemies.

  You need to kill monsters around the fissure to close Abyss, which encourages it to spawn even more enemies. Once enough fissures have been closed, the center will collapse and create an Abyss Pit, from which large numbers of stronger Abyss monsters will emerge. These monsters absorb modifiers from monsters killed near the pit, making them more difficult to defeat.

  Unlike Abyss, Beyond does not naturally appear in maps. You must manually add Beyond mechanic to your maps. Beyond monsters come from Beyond Portals, which can be activated through Atlas passives, Beyond Scarabs, or map device modifiers.

  When you kill groups of nearby enemies, Beyond monsters will be attracted and appear, making this mechanic extremely suitable for high monster density farming.

  Map Selection

  For this strategy, prioritize maps with open layouts and high monster density, such as Jungle Valley, Strand, and Cemetery.

  During this farming method, each map will drop large amounts of PoE currency and maps. Picking up every item individually will significantly slow down your pace. Therefore, it is recommended to directly obtain eight-mod maps instead of crafting them yourself.

  When searching through trade tools, block the following dangerous modifiers:

  • Increased Monster Critical Strike Chance or Critical Strike Damage
  • Reduced Block Chance
  • Reduced Maximum Resistances

  Maps containing these high-risk modifiers will weaken your survivability and may cause your character to die, so they should be avoided.

  Scarab

  • Abyss Scarab of Multitudes ×2: Increases the number of Abyss monsters generated. Each Scarab costs around 2 Chaos Orbs.
  • Abyss Scarab ×3: Adds additional Abyssal monsters to the map. Each Scarab costs around 3 Chaos Orbs.

  How to Farm?

  Simply place Scarabs and eight-mod maps into Map Device. After entering the map, only clear Abyss encounters. Once they are completed, immediately return to town through the portal. Do not run any additional content, then open the next map and repeat the process.

  During the entire process, there is no need to pick up ordinary PoE currency drops from the ground. Focus only on valuable items such as Valdo's Puzzle Box, Divine Orbs, Nightmare Maps, or other rare valuable drops.

  However, because the number of dropped items is extremely high, using a strict filter is highly recommended. Otherwise, the screen will quickly become overwhelmed with equipment and currency drops.

  This strategy isn't primarily focused on currency farming, so you might still have very little currency even after reaching level 100.   Breach requires players to kill as many monsters as possible within a limited time while enemies continuously emerge from Breach. The faster you kill, the longer Breach remains active, allowing more monsters and rewards to appear.

  In endgame maps, Breach has an 8%-10% base chance to naturally appear, but Atlas passives and Scarabs can ensure that it appears in every map.

  During this farming method, Divine Orbs often drop naturally in the maps you run. You can also use Ancient Wombgift to gamble for powerful unique items such as Headhunter or Mageblood.

  Map Selection

  This strategy also prioritizes open-layout maps with fewer obstacles, such as Dunes and Jungle Valley. These layouts allow Breach circles to expand fully and prevent monsters from getting trapped in corners.

  You also need a build with strong AoE damage and fast clearing speed to eliminate large numbers of monsters within a short period.

  Scarab

  • Breach Scarab of Instability ×2: Adds 4 additional unstable Breaches to the map, increasing Breach event density. Each Scarab costs around 7 Chaos Orbs.
  • Scarab of Monstrous Lineage ×2: Increases the percentage of Magic monsters in monster packs by 80%. Each Scarab costs around 4.8 Chaos Orbs.
  • Beyond Scarab of the Invasion ×1: Generates additional Beyond monsters and further increases the number of enemies available to kill. Each Scarab costs around 1.5 Chaos Orbs.

  Both strategies do not require heavy investment, and the build requirements are also relatively low since most enemies you encounter are only Magic monsters. However, high movement speed and powerful area-clear builds remain the best choices because they provide the highest efficiency.
