ARC Raiders Broken Loot and More Bugs Just Got Nuked | How do the Hotfixes after Update 1.15.0 Change Your Raids?

Category: ARC Raiders Posted: Feb 13, 2026 Views: 875

While Update 1.15.0 wasn't a major update, its new events and the return of Cold Snap sparked a new wave of enthusiasm for ARC Raiders, leading to a rapid proliferation of minor issues.

Fortunately, the developers didn't delay their response, as dealing with cheating issues previously, but instead released hotfixes immediately to fix these bugs, aiming to provide a better experience for players.

Below, we'll introduce the latest hotfixes released between February 10th and 12th, including their contents and impact.

ARC Raiders Broken Loot and More Bugs Just Got Nuked | How do the Hotfixes after Update 1.15.0 Change Your Raids?

Item slot duplication bug Fixed

First, these hotfixes doesn't require downloading an additional update, but a game restart is necessary to experience it successfully.

The bug allowed you to duplicate items in your inventory. While there's a limit to the number of slots in the inventory, arbitrary duplication still caused some items to suddenly drop in value for a short period, making the entire item system more chaotic.

More importantly, this bug allowed players to split medical supplies and then discard one during the duplication process to infinitely duplicate them, indirectly increasing the player's maximum health and severely disrupting combat balance.

Fortunately, these issues are not difficult to resolve, and the developers have responded and fixed them extremely quickly. If you were hoping to gain extra income through this method, you can forget about it.

Ammo bug fixed

This bug caused some guns in the game to have magazines far exceeding their specifications, such as Ferro and Hullcracker, allowing them to last much longer in combat than normal.

This meant that even if you primarily used only one weapon without other support, you could potentially single-handedly take on a large ARC in a head-on confrontation with uninterrupted firepower, or even suppress an entire player squad.

Based on this, the developers have made a deep, underlying logic fix. Now, the magazine capacity of all weapons will be strictly limited by their mods and base attributes.

You must follow the rules and find cover to reload during intense combat, instead of mindlessly unleashing firepower.

Map bug fixed

This bug primarily refers to an issue where players could exceed the map's boundaries on Stella Montis map. As one of the game's most complex and iconic maps, Stella Montis is renowned for its intense PvP battles and high-value areas yielding rare ARC Raiders blueprints.

To ensure a smooth combat experience, Stella Montis features numerous interesting vertical spaces and ruined cover, offering exceptional tactical flexibility. However, this also makes it easy for various "illegal" geographical locations to appear on the map.

In earlier versions, some players would utilize special mobility skills, combined with specific terrain features, to enter areas outside the map's preset boundaries, then use this advantage to ambush and plunder other players.

While a comprehensive fix was subsequently implemented to address this bug, it didn't completely resolve the issue. Therefore, this hotfix involves a large-scale reinforcement of invisible walls on Stella Montis and the closure of all gaps causing abnormal character movement.

Furthermore, if you attempt to exploit these loopholes and forcibly cross the boundaries through extreme maneuvers, you may be detected and penalized by the system to maintain a fair and orderly game environment.

In-game voice chat bug fixed

This bug primarily affected Xbox players, mainly disrupting the real-time combat experience in team battles. In the fast-paced battlefield, poor communication can be fatal.

It's worth noting that if you find in-game voice chat unreliable, or to avoid being helpless in the event of a bug like this, you can use other third-party apps for real-time chat with your teammates.

Quest system bug fixed

After Headwinds update in January, the development team released a patch to fix some missing quests. However, after Update 1.15.0 went live, a bug appeared where some completed quests remained incomplete.

Based on this, ARC Raiders simply reset all incomplete quests. So now, when you log into the game, you might find that quests you've partially completed need to be restarted.

While this is inconvenient, it's probably the best solution for fixing this bug at present. Fortunately, ARC Raiders quests aren't very difficult anymore; it just consumes more time.

Feedback and impact of the new Shared Watch event

Early on the launch of ARC Raiders, players hoped for a dedicated PvE mode. While this idea remained unrealized, the newly launched Shared Watch event seems to be moving in that direction.

This is because the event is purely PvE; points are earned and redeemed for rewards only by damaging or killing ARC enemies. Any PvP combat is invalid in this event.

Due to the rich rewards, Shared Watch quickly attracted a surge of participation from casual players, making it difficult to find teammates or opponents to play with if you were previously focused on PvP.

Frankly, maintaining a balance between these two different modes is a nearly endless challenge for any PvPvE shooter, as consensus among players is difficult to reach.

The tricky part is that the upcoming Marathon, a similar game launching in early March, has already indicated a greater focus on PvP gameplay. If the subsequent ARC Raiders Shrouded Sky update fails to optimize PvP, it could potentially lose some players.

Summary

While numerous bugs appeared in the game after the release of Update 1.15.0, the development team quickly and effectively resolved and fixed them. While the main event, Shared Watch, didn't satisfy everyone, its basic experience was still commendable.

With only two weeks left until the release of the major February update, Shrouded Sky, we hope it will bring more energy to ARC Raiders, prevent it from being overshadowed by new games in March, and maintain its high popularity of recent months!
