To improve your strength and more easily defeat powerful ARC enemies or handle more real players simultaneously, you need to constantly find or craft higher-level weapons in ARC Raiders and upgrade them promptly.
Although there is still a problem with the insufficient difference in strength between weapons of different rarities in ARC Raiders, we still recommend that you obtain high-level weapons whenever your strength allows.
Based on this, we will introduce the epic-level assault rifle Tempest and how to obtain it in the game.

Tempest Introduction
This weapon is a fully automatic assault rifle in ARC Raiders, using medium ammunition. Although the basic stats of this gun don't look very impressive, many players report that it is particularly effective in PvP when paired with the right attachments.
Here are the other basic stats of this weapon for your reference:
- Magazine Size: 25
- Firing Mode: Fully-Automatic
- ARC Armor Penetration: Moderate
- Damage: 10
- Fire Rate: 36.7
- Range: 55.9
- Stability: 78.9
- Agility: 46
- Stealth: 14
- Weight: 11.0
How to Find Tempest Blueprint?
Although many items can be found directly through scavenging, this is not applicable to Tempest, because the probability is too low, far less reliable than finding the blueprint and collecting the necessary materials for crafting.
Theoretically, Tempest blueprint can appear on all maps, but no matter which map you are farming on, it's best to ensure you are in Night Raid mode, as this will greatly increase the chance of finding the blueprint.
If you only want to find Blueprint and don't want to be frequently attacked by other players, you can only carry basic combat weapons when entering Night Raid. This way, others will give up bothering you because they think you are "worthless."
According to discussions among players in the community and forums, Tempest blueprint is more likely to be found in certain specific locations on Buried City map. We will introduce them to you one by one.

Grandioso Apartments
This apartment complex is located in the southwest corner of the entire map and consists of two similar buildings. It is currently impossible to pinpoint exactly which building and which floor BluePrint will appear on, so you need to search all the rooms in both buildings.
It's worth noting that there's a temporary bridge between the two apartment buildings, so the fastest farming method is to search one building from the first floor, then cross the bridge to search the other.
Near Abandoned Highway Camp
This area is very close to the two apartments mentioned above, so if you don't find anything in the apartments, you can immediately head here and search the small buildings scattered around.
Upon entering the buildings, you'll find two doors with barricades. After breaking through either one, you'll find searchable drawers and filing cabinets in the new room. According to player testing, you might find Tempest blueprint or other small items here.
Plaza Rosa Pharmacy
Plaza Rosa is located at the southernmost point of the entire map, and the pharmacy is slightly north of the center of the plaza, relatively close to the extraction point.
The pharmacy has three floors for you to search. The white cabinets on the second and third floors usually have a higher chance of containing blueprints. But if you don't find anything there, don't forget to check the first floor as well.
Red Tower
This is located east of Plaza Rosa. The area is small, so you can focus on searching the lockers in the small rooms on the second floor, especially Security Breach locker that might spawn there, as blueprints and other rare loot are more likely to appear there.
Santa Maria Houses
After leaving Red Tower, head northwest to reach this location. Here you'll find two skylight roof hatches. Search the drawers in each of them, as well as any Security Breach lockers that might spawn in the rooms.
Space Travel Building
As the central loot area of Buried City map, this is not only a potential location for Tempest blueprint but also a good place to find other rare loot.
Considering the large area and the size of the building itself, it's recommended that you prioritize searching the first and sixth floors of the building to easily find Tempest blueprint.
It's worth noting that in Buried City Night Raid mode, you can only reach a maximum of two locations. To avoid being beaten to the loot by others, it's best to search the location closest to your spawn point first and not waste time searching other things.
Locations in Other Maps
If you are unfortunately unsuccessful in finding anything on Buried City map, you can look at specific locations on the following maps in Night Raid mode. After all, Buried City doesn't guarantee a 100% chance of dropping Tempest blueprint.
- Blue Gate: Unmarked buildings and drawers in the eastern and southern areas.
- Spaceport: Drawers on the top floor of Departure Building or in East Plains Warehouse.
- Stella Montis: Can be found in drawers in any room.
How to Find Other Materials?
Besides Blueprint, to craft Tempest, you need to obtain other materials, and the crafting must be completed in Gunsmith 3 workshop. We have listed these materials and how to obtain them for you:
- 1x Magnetic Accelerator: Rocket Assembly on Spaceport map, Exodus POIs and Medical Research on Stella Montis map.
- 3x Medium Gun Parts: Dropped after defeating large ARC enemies, search containers in marked outposts and facilities, or trade with Celeste.
- 2x Exodus Modules: Celeste also sells them, or you can find them on Spaceport and Stella Montis maps.
After crafting Tempest, you can continue to consume the required materials to upgrade it and strengthen it, up to level IV. It's worth noting that this weapon can be sold, and the coins you receive after selling it increase with each upgrade level:
- Tempest I: 13,000 coins
- Tempest II: 17,000 coins
- Tempest III: 22,000 coins
- Tempest IV: 27,000 coins
That's all the information you need to know about obtaining and crafting Tempest in ARC Raiders. If you haven't found the best PvP weapon yet, this would be a great choice!
Although crafting with blueprints and materials is faster than directly finding Tempest, the blueprint itself is still a relatively rare item. So, if you want to get this weapon faster, you can buy ARC Raiders Tempest Blueprint at IGGM!
