How to Make Gold Fast after Outland Opens in Early WoW TBC Classic Anniversary? | Veterans Rush These Spots First

Warriors, the gates to Outland have opened, and a new battle awaits you! Before the gates to Talazan open, you'll have many things to do, such as leveling up, acquiring gear, and earning gold.
After raids open, gold will be consumed very quickly, so you need to accumulate it as early as possible. Outland has some excellent gold farming methods that allow you to rapidly accumulate wealth in the early stages of the expansion. Some of these methods require no professions and can even be done while leveling.

Legion Hold
The first one, perhaps already widely known, is Legion Hold. It's located in the entrance area of Shadowmoon Valley. Here, you can farm various demonic mobs, and your main goal is to obtain their Demonic Marks and Fel Armaments. This is your source of a stable hourly gold income.
Besides these main items, you can also obtain Netherweave Cloth, uncommon gear, rare gear, and even epic gear, all of which can be sold for WoW TBC Classic Anniversary gold.
In the early days of WoW TBC anniversary, resource consumption is high, and you can earn approximately 400 gold per hour here. As the expansion progresses, the earnings will gradually decrease to about 200 gold per hour, and possibly even lower later. Currently, there are quite a few players here, making it very lively.
You can start farming here at level 68, leveling up and earning gold simultaneously. Although the kill efficiency will be slightly lower due to lower gear and level, you won't encounter the competition of popular leveling spots. This means you can pause your push to level 70 and gain experience and gold simultaneously through farming, killing two birds with one stone.
Netherstorm
The second method is Farm Primal Mana. You can go to the western part of Netherstorm to farm.
The key point is that you must be one of the first players to farm here. If you can farm Primal Mana here first and monopolize its sale at the Auction House , you can achieve an astonishing profit of approximately 1000 gold per hour.
Another highly recommended location is The Crumbling Waste. Due to a quest mechanic, there's a hyper-spawning mechanism here, meaning monsters almost constantly spawn, leaving you with virtually no downtime.
Even if other players are questing nearby, there will always be monsters to fight. The monsters here are level 67-68, so if you're around level 66 and have decent gear, you can give it a try. If you're using a more efficient class like Hunter or Balance Druid, the profits may be even higher.
If this spot is overcrowded, there are many other locations in Netherstorm where you can farm Primal Mana; just look for sword-shaped markers or other resource points on the map.
Steamvault
The third location has requirements regarding your class and profession. This farming will take place within Steamvault instance, part of the first phase of WoW TBC anniversary event.
You'll need a level 70 Rogue equipped with Herbalism and Mining professions. By using Stealth to avoid mobs and focusing on gathering herbs and ore nodes within the instance, you can earn over 400 gold per hour.
However, due to instance lockout, you'll be forcibly teleported out after less than 20 minutes of farming. Therefore, the most efficient approach is to have two accounts, each with a Rogue who rotates between accounts, or have Rogue stay outside the instance while the other character farms in the open world, thus filling the one-hour farming time.
This isolated instance farming method is especially valuable during periods of overcrowded open worlds and difficulty securing mob tags (especially without dynamic respawn mechanisms). Therefore, it's recommended that you have at least one Rogue alt.
Socrethar's Seat is located on an island northwest of Netherstorm. You must have Flying Mount to reach it, or Druid players only need to learn Flight Form at level 68.
It's recommended to train players specializing in herbalism and mining, but this isn't absolutely necessary. Because the island has abundant resources, you're essentially doing a combination of three farming activities in one location:
- Monster Hunting: Kill any monsters on the island to obtain fel gear.
- Herbalism: The core objective is to gather Mana Thistle. In WoW TBC Classic, each Mana Thistle is worth around 10 gold, and there are fixed Mana Thistle spawn points on the island.
- Mining: Search for veins on the island.
If you know the resource spawn schedule for your current layer, you can reliably obtain resources. Alternatively, after gathering, try layer swapping to gamble on having more Mana Thistle in another layer. While waiting for herbs and ore to respawn, clear out monsters. This is a highly efficient way to generate income from all sources.
These are some classic gold farming locations after Outland opened, proven effective in WoW TBC Classic. If you feel there's too much competition from other gold farming locations, check out these; at least three of them are accessible between levels 66 and 68, allowing you to earn gold and level up simultaneously.
