  Horde Players Route

  If you are a Horde player, it will be easier to reach Darkmoon Faire when it in Elwynn Forest. The following is a specific route that can avoid Alliance guards:

  • Go to the airship platform in Ogrimmar or Undercity and take the airship to Grom’gol Base Camp in Stranglethorn Vale.
  • Once you reach Grom’gol, walk northeast from the camp.
  • Turn left at the first T-junction and continue north until you pass through Duskwood.
  • You may find a small Alliance guard camp near the intersection of the east and west roads on the right side of the road. You can turn west to avoid this, but be careful not to turn onto the road. Instead, walk north between Duskwood and Raven Hill Cemetery.
  • You will then encounter a river, with the estimated coordinates being around Duskwood 30,24. Cross the river to enter Elwynn Forest.

  Alliance Players Route

  • Once you reach Menethil Harbor in Wetlands, take a boat to Theramore.
  • Once you reach Theramore, head northwest into Dustwallow Marsh, then west toward Barrens.
  • Once you enter Barrens, head west, then north on the main road, and when you see Camp Taurajo, turn west toward the mountains, and just south of Camp Taurajo, take the other road west to Mulgore.
