Diablo 4 Season 15 Raises New Questions About Rebirth, Eternal Fresh Start And Demon Hunter
While a significant amount of content for Diablo 4 Season 15 has been revealed, player discussions after PTR haven't focused solely on class strength and new gear.
Rebirth allows Eternal Characters to re-enter the season for the first time, and the official has explicitly said that PTR didn't showcase everything coming with Season 15; some aspects will be revealed at BlizzCon.
These two things together have prompted players to rethink some rules that once seemed fixed:
How characters can start over, whether the boundary between Eternal and Seasonal gameplay can continue to shift, and even whether the current class roster could still change, with Demon Hunter speculation starting to heat up again ahead of BlizzCon.

Rebirth
With Season 15, players will be able to bring their existing Eternal Characters directly into the season. Class, name, appearance, and whether they are in Normal or Hardcore will be retained. Players need to remove all Diablo 4 items and clear their personal inventory before restarting their seasonal progression through Rebirth.
On the surface, this simply eliminates the step of creating a new character, but it allows an existing Eternal Character to re-enter the seasonal cycle.
However, Rebirth addresses how an Eternal Character restarts in a new season, not how an account restarts. If a player simply creates a level 1 character mid-season, existing gold, materials, Paragon progress, and stash in the account remain. The character returns to the starting point, but the underlying account does not.
Eternal Fresh Start
Rebirth also raises another important question: since the character itself can restart, could account-level inheritance also become more flexible?
Recently, some players have suggested adding a true Fresh Start option to Eternal Realms.
This wouldn't start a new season, but allow players to opt out of inheritance when creating an Eternal Character. There would be no shared gold, materials, or inventory, nor would existing Paragon progress be inherited, allowing the character to truly start from scratch.
Theoretically, players could now simulate this experience through self-restriction, such as avoiding old inventory and not spending existing gold and materials.
However, the problem is that more and more progression in Diablo 4 is shared at Realm or account level. Paragon, currency, materials, and some unlocks will automatically affect new characters, so "not using it yourself" and true system isolation are ultimately not the same thing.
In fact, the official team has already made similar attempts. Solo Self-Found (SSF), introduced in Season 14, separates SSF characters' stash, currency, Paragon, and other progression from regular Seasonal characters.
Of course, SSF is currently only a seasonal feature, but it at least shows that Blizzard is already willing to separate progression between different character types.
Therefore, Eternal Fresh Start is currently just a player suggestion, but placed after SSF and Rebirth, it no longer seems like an idea completely detached from the existing system.
Since the official team has begun to break down the previously fixed relationship between character identity, Realm, and shared progress, players will naturally continue to ask: since Eternal Characters can re-enter the season, can they also choose not to inherit anything and truly start over?
Demon Hunter Speculation
However, what makes players continue to speculate about Season 15 isn't just Rebirth. The official statement indicates that some Season 15 content has been reserved for BlizzCon. That timing has also revived speculation about Demon Hunter's return.
The most direct clue came from Hand Crossbow. Players discovered that Diablo 4 loot filter included a weapon category called Hand Crossbow, but currently no class in the game actually uses it.
In Diablo 3, dual-wielding Hand Crossbows was one of Demon Hunter's most recognizable trademarks.
While this category alone doesn't prove much, when it appeared alongside the news that Season 15 still had unannounced content, the community naturally connected the two.
However, the real problem is that Rogue already occupies much of the gameplay space a Demon Hunter would normally fill.
Rogue already covers bows, crossbows, traps, high mobility, Poison, and Shadow Abilities. When the official introduction to this class was given in the past, it was explicitly mentioned that Assassin and Demon Hunter players would see some familiar elements.
Therefore, if Demon Hunter is to be added, it can't just feel like a more Diablo 3-flavored version of Rogue.
Hand Crossbows could be one way to give the class a clearer identity. Dual-wielding Hand Crossbows and a stronger focus on sustained firepower, Sentries, and other deployable devices could help separate Demon Hunter from the current Rogue style.
Of course, this is still just speculation based on a weapon category. Hand Crossbow could also be discarded data, a future Rogue weapon, a unique item, or an internal category that ultimately wasn't implemented.

Breaking Old Expectations
The fact that these discussions are heating up again at this point indicates that players are beginning to re-evaluate things in Diablo 4 that seemed unlikely to change in the past.
In the past, many rules had formed relatively stable expectations. Eternal characters remained on eternal servers, seasonal characters restarted with each new season; different characters shared more and more account progress; new classes were usually seen as part of larger updates.
But in recent seasons, the developers have been gradually breaking down these fixed impressions. Individually, each change isn't particularly radical. Once these elements are put together, players will naturally start discussing issues they previously wouldn't have seriously considered.
Could Eternal Realm eventually get a true Fresh Start option? Can character progression continue to be split? With so much of its traditional gameplay space already occupied by Rogue, is there still room for Demon Hunter to re-enter Diablo 4?
These questions remain unanswered. But Season 15 is at least changing one expectation: Diablo 4's existing character rules, progression structure, and class roster are not necessarily finalized.
Fresh Start remains a community suggestion for now, and there's no confirmation for Demon Hunter. What is truly certain is that Season 15 has shifted players' attention from what this update added to what Diablo 4 is planning to change next.

Diablo 4 Season 15 Rogue Playability and Builds Tier List: A Class That Balances Efficiency and Fun!
If the initial hype surrounding Diablo 4 Season 15 3.2.0 PTR has cooled slightly in the community recently, the collaboration event with The Witcher 3 will undoubtedly reignite your enthusiasm for preparing for the new season.
Given the nature of Diablo 4's seasonal realm, preparation largely involves deciding which class to play and which builds to use, and perhaps practicing those builds during Season 14.
Based on 3.2.0 PTR experience, while Rogue might not be the flashiest class, it remains a top-tier choice that demonstrates exceptional versatility.
In this article, we analyze Rogue's potential performance and playstyle for Season 15, including leveling and endgame strategies, based on in-depth hands-on testing from the PTR.

Season 15 Rogue performance forecast
Rogue demonstrated impressive strength during 3.2.0 PTR. Even without extreme optimization and using only standard Mythic items, mainstream Rogue builds could easily clear challenging endgame content.
Specifically, Rogue achieved this thanks to the enhanced defensive Diablo 4 items and cooldown reduction mechanics introduced in Season 15. These changes effectively mitigated the class's traditional weaknesses regarding survivability and low health.
Despite the boost in defensive capabilities, Rogue's damage output remained largely unaffected. As long as you craft your builds according to established guides, you can handle both single-target boss fights and crowd clearing with ease.
More importantly, unlike previous seasons that required builds to hit strict stat thresholds, the poison-based builds (and their variants) rising to prominence in Season 15 have significantly lower gear requirements.
Which Rogue builds will be the meta?
Given Rogue's inherent effectiveness, almost any mainstream build type is viable in Season 15; it really comes down to your preferred playstyle.
Tier S: Rain of Arrows Build
If one had to pick a standout, Rain of Arrows build is arguably the most reliable Rogue playstyle for Season 15. From this foundation, two distinct variations have emerged: Cold Rain of Arrows and Poison Rain of Arrows.
Cold Rain of Arrows build is renowned for its immense burst damage and crowd-control capabilities, delivering harder hits. However, it is highly gear-dependent, making it a better choice for the mid-to-late stages of Season 15.
In contrast, Poison Rain of Arrows build is more accessible and emphasizes AoE damage, making it excellent for clearing screens of enemies. You don't need rare items or perfect stat rolls to craft this build; simply focus on stacking Cooldown Reduction and the relevant passive nodes.

Tier A: Death Trap Build
This build has returned to prominence, largely because Melted Heart of Selig amulet, a key component, has received a buff.
The item now drops with a guaranteed Resource Generation affix, and the maximum resource bonus it provides in Season 15 has been increased, significantly boosting the build's survivability and sustainability.
When paired with Mythic armor and Applied Alchemy set, casting your primary skill, Death Trap, rapidly resets the cooldown of your mobility skill, allowing for continuous, high-speed movement across the battlefield.

Tier B: Dance of Knives Build
This build excels during the early-game progression phase; its unique move-while-attacking mechanic allows you to clear enemies quickly and accumulate resources efficiently during the early and mid-game.
Even as you transition into the endgame, you can upgrade the build by incorporating Grenade Jumper and Poison Imbuement, enabling it to tackle higher-level content.

Tier C: Twisting Blades Build
If you prefer a melee Rogue playstyle, Twisting Blades build is a top choice for Season 15. Like Rain of Arrows, it can be further customized into Cold or Poison variants based on your personal preference.

Key Rogue changes to note
Although 3.2.0 PTR content differs slightly from the final Season 15 experience, it is worth familiarizing yourself with the major changes, as they are unlikely to be reverted in the live game. You should also be aware of certain PTR bugs that may be fixed in Season 15.
First, Condemnation dagger, exclusive to Rogues, has been buffed: using a core skill once per second allows you to reset your Combo Points almost infinitely, vastly improving the damage output efficiency of Combo Point-based Rogue builds.
Additionally, the new Potency bracket overlap mechanism means that Etna's Lost Dagger, Spellbound Steel Set, and the tempering stat on armor all share the same Potency bonus bracket; consequently, the returns from Potency Effectiveness affixes on gear are diminished.
Predicted optimal Rogue strategy for Season 15
Based on the anticipated changes and the characteristics of top-tier Rogue builds, you can start Season 15 leveling phase with Dance of Knives build to gather resources quickly.
As you transition into the mid-to-late game, if you acquire Melted Heart of Selig, you can switch directly to Death Trap build to boost your survivability and mobility. However, if you wish to continue farming, you might opt for Poison Rain of Arrows build instead.
In the final stage of Season 15, you can shift toward top-tier damage-dealing builds and optimize them, using techniques like Masterworking on core gear, to maximize their potential.
In short, if you are accustomed to playing Rogue or simply aren't interested in Warlock (a class that stands out particularly well in Season 15), sticking with Rogue is a perfectly viable choice, provided you select the right builds and playstyle!

Diablo 4 Season 15 Legacy Uniques And Their Endgame Roles
Diablo 4 Season 15 brings back a number of Legacy Uniques with effects adjusted for the current item system. These items can also roll as Mythic, further strengthening their Unique powers and pushing their potential much higher.
However, judging from the actual performance in Season 15 PTR 3.2.0, the differences between these new gear items are quite significant.
Some stand out as strong options for a wide range of builds, while others only make sense for specific playstyles or endgame goals.
Rather than covering every new Season 15 item equally, this article focuses on the ones that currently matter most: which are worth prioritizing and which depend more heavily on your build?

New Items Worth Keeping
Leoric's Crown
If you had to pick just one item from Season 15 PTR 3.2.0 new gear, that's most worth prioritizing, Leoric's Crown would be the obvious choice.
Its true strength lies in its status as Jewelry, while also amplifying the effects of Gems within the helmet. In Season 15, this mechanism works especially well with the newly added Abyssal Splinters.
For example, in PTR, Abyssal Splinter, which originally provided 35% Attack Speed and Critical Strike Chance, can be increased to 70% after being placed in Leoric's Crown. If you also get Mythic, the value can go even higher than 80%.
This is something many builds in Diablo 4 can hardly ignore. Attack Speed and Critical Strike Chance are already valuable damage attributes, and here, with just one socket, both values can be raised to very high levels simultaneously.
More importantly, it's not very class- or build-dependent. Even if your build is already tied to a Unique Helmet, Season 15's Charm system can handle equipment slot conflicts.

In-Geom
In-Geom isn't as versatile as Leoric's Crown, but for builds lacking Cooldown, its value may be even greater.
After defeating an Elite Pack, it directly reduces skill cooldowns by a flat number of seconds. This effect differs from the normal Cooldown Reduction in Diablo 4, which has a 75% cap, while In-Geom reduces the actual number of seconds.
For example, if a skill has 10 seconds of cooldown remaining, if In-Geom reduces it by 10 seconds, the skill can be used immediately.
This mechanism is very useful for builds that need to maintain Ultimate uptime, frequently cycle core skills, or reach specific Cooldown breakpoints.
The Furnace
The Furnace's applicability isn't as broad as the previous two items, but its potential is very high if the build can benefit from it.
Its biggest selling point is the damage against Elites. However, it's a 2H Mace, which is restricted by class and weapon type. Fortunately, Season 15's Charm system makes this restriction less strict.
This Diablo 4 item is clearly not designed for normal speed farming. It only enhances Elite damage, so its benefit is limited when clearing mobs. However, its effect is more pronounced in Pit or Tower Push modes, as Elites and Bosses are often the real slowdowns.
Some builds don't want mobs to die too quickly and rely on Splash, Shatter, or other Proc mechanics to continue dealing damage. For these playstyles, The Furnace's enhancement of Elite damage is actually quite suitable.
Arioc's Needle
The most noteworthy aspect of Arioc's Needle is Deadly Strike. Simply put, Deadly Strike adds an extra burst opportunity on top of the original damage calculation. This Diablo 4 item is particularly suitable for DoT builds.
In Season 15 PTR 3.2.0, this item has already appeared in some strong Spiritborn builds, and it can also trigger Poison Damage. It has good adaptability for builds that require different elemental triggers, extra Procs, or those that amplify damage over time.
Its main problem is that 2H Polearm limits its applicability to certain classes, so its versatility is not as broad as Leoric's Crown. However, if your class can use it and your build leans towards DoTs, Arioc's Needle is definitely worth keeping as a BiS candidate.
Good, But Only For Certain Builds
Squirt's Blouse
Squirt's Blouse is a typical example of trading survivability for damage.
As long as you don't take damage, it increases your damage output, but also increases the damage you take. The buff resets once you lose Life. It can provide up to a 50% damage bonus normally, increasing to around 65% if it rolls as Mythic.
Therefore, it is more suitable for established late-game builds in Diablo 4, rather than being forced into it during the early stages of progression. You can use Barrier to minimize health loss, making the high-damage buff more stable.
However, the cost is also obvious. Squirt's Blouse occupies Chest slot, which means one less Defensive Aspect. Unlike Leoric's Crown, which provides a near-universal benefit when added, this item requires your build to already possess sufficient survivability.
If your defense is already well-developed, this item can provide a considerable amount of extra damage; however, if you're prone to dying in higher levels, its negative impact may outweigh the damage increase.
Stone of Jordan
Stone of Jordan isn't the flashiest of Diablo 4 Legacy Uniques, but it has plenty of practical value.
It provides All Skills while making all of your Resistances equal to your highest Resistance. This means you only need to focus on increasing one resistance to simultaneously improve the others, and you also gain an additional damage bonus based on the corresponding element.
Its main issue lies in output. Stone of Jordan provides a lower damage multiplier than a normal Offensive Aspect, so if your build already has sufficient survivability and you only want to maximize DPS, there are usually better options for Ring slot.
However, the situation changes in higher Pit or Tower levels of Diablo 4. If your primary concern has shifted from damage output to survivability, especially insufficient resistances, Stone of Jordan can effectively address this issue.
Eldruin
The most noteworthy aspect of the updated Eldruin is Smite.
It's somewhat similar to Execute, but with fewer restrictions; both Elites and Bosses are affected. Therefore, its presence might not be as strong in normal speed runs of Diablo 4, since most monsters don't survive long enough when damage is high enough.
The value of Smite becomes more apparent in high-level Pit, Tower, or Group Play. Especially in group play, a ZDPS support build can equip Eldruin. While the support isn't the main damage dealer, they can still use Smite to finish off low-health targets, providing additional cleanup capabilities.
If these stats and mechanics remain largely unchanged when Season 15 officially launches, Leoric's Crown is likely the most worthwhile piece of gear to prioritize.
Not every new Diablo 4 item is worth adding to your inventory. It's more important to consider what your build actually needs than simply chasing after new gear.

Have Diablo 4 Mythic Uniques Gone Too Far? Season 14 to 3.2.0 PTR Reveals a Much Bigger Problem
Diablo 4 introduced Mythic Uniques 3.0 in Season 14, theoretically designed to significantly broaden endgame build options. However, in practice, as Mythic Uniques have provided increasingly higher stats and stronger special effects, the value of Legendary Aspects and regular Legendary items has been continuously compressed - Mythic items have become the final upgrade endpoint for the entire Unique item system.
Two Core Problems of Mythic System

Problem 1: Legendary Aspects Shift from Mechanism Innovation to Numerical Bonuses
After Vessel of Hatred, Legendary Aspects underwent a fundamental change - they transformed from gameplay-altering effects into basic stat boosts. In other words, Legendary Aspects no longer alter your skill mechanics or playstyle; they simply provide a numerical bonus.
Mythic Unique increases the effects of Unique gear by 30%, making most Mythic gear completely outclass Legendary Aspect gear numerically. Since Legendary Aspect only provides a numerical bonus, while Mythic gear offers higher stats, why would players even bother with Aspect?
This has led to an increasing number of builds opting for full Mythic gear setups. Currently, most Diablo 4 classes have endgame gear that is either entirely Mythic or almost entirely Mythic with one or two Legendary Aspects.
Problem 2: Mythic Uniques are Just Stat Stacking
Looking at the evolution of Diablo 4 items, Mythic Uniques haven't brought much real gameplay innovation. Take a few commonly used items from the past to the present as examples:
- The Grandfather: increases critical strike damage by 100%;
- Harlequin Crest: 20% damage reduction and +4 to all skill ranks;
- Heir of Perdition: 60% damage increase;
- Ring of Starless Skies: Increases damage and reduces resource consumption when resources are consumed;
- Shroud of False Death: Enters Stealth after 2 seconds of not dealing damage and increases movement speed.
Of all the items listed above, Shroud of False Death is the only one with a slight change in gameplay. Apart from that, almost all Mythic items are simply pure stat increases.
Furthermore, as the game progresses, these unique effects become less distinctive. Now, more than half of the equipment has critical strike damage bonuses, and The Grandfather's doubled critical strike damage effect is no longer special.
Thus, both Legendary Aspects and Mythic items became tedious stat boosts. When the core of the entire equipment system is simply stat stacking, where does the game's depth and enjoyment come from?
3.2.0 PTR: Remedial Measures

The good news is that the developers have clearly listened to community feedback. 3.2.0 PTR for Season 15 brings a series of significant adjustments to Mythic system.
The most crucial change is that Horadric Cube can now directly upgrade a Unique item to its corresponding Mythic version, fully preserving its original affixes, Tempering, and Masterworking progress. This means the gambling-style upgrade mechanism of Season 14 has been completely abolished - Mythic equipment is finally crafted, not gambled on.
In addition, existing Iconic Mythic items will have a new regular Unique version, allowing players to experience the core effects of these items earlier.
These changes did improve the acquisition and progression experience of Diablo 4 Mythic Uniques, but they were essentially superficial solutions: they addressed how Mythic items were obtained, but not why Mythic items were worth having.
The Future of Mythic
If the studio wants to truly solve the fundamental problems of Mythic system, they can start from the following three directions:
Direction 1: Rework Legendary Aspects
This is the most direct solution - to make Legendary Aspects revert from numerical bonuses back to mechanic-based changes. When Legendary Aspects can alter skill mechanics and create new builds, even if Mythic Uniques have higher stats, players will still choose Legendary Aspects for gameplay diversity.
The official statement indicated a desire to migrate some Legendary Aspect effects to the skill tree. This direction itself is not problematic, but the reality is that many old Aspects, after being removed, did not actually enter the skill tree.
For example, in Druid, many Aspects that once supported different builds have been phased out with each season. If the studio doesn't plan to expand these aspects into skill tree in future seasons, it means these playstyles will disappear completely.
Direction 2: Add a New Rarity Above Mythic
Diablo 4 could also add a completely new top-tier rarity above Mythic, preserving the existing Mythic system while adding a new layer to gear building.
An interesting idea is to revive a design from Diablo 4's early development: the highest rarity gear has multiple effects, but players are limited to equipping only one. If these effects are no longer simple stat increases, but rather multiple carefully combined gameplay-changing effects, then such a top-tier item could become the core of the entire build.
Imagine a piece of gear with three to four synergistic mechanics. After obtaining it, players shouldn't simply replace it with a higher-stat item, but rather start thinking: can we rebuild a build around one of those effects? This is the true depth that top-tier gear should bring to build.
Direction 3: Completely Overhaul or Remove the Existing Mythic System
This is the most radical, but also potentially the most radical, solution: eliminate the current Mythic rarity system, revert Iconic Mythics to the regular Unique system, and redefine what Mythics should truly be - Mythics shouldn't just be Uniques with higher stats, but rather core equipment that can truly change builds and allow players to build around them.
The controversy surrounding the Mythic system has lasted an entire season. From Mythic Uniques 3.0 in Season 14 to the fixes on season 15 PTR, the studios have been gradually adjusting their direction. However, superficial balance adjustments cannot solve the fundamental problems - the numericalization of Legendary Aspects, the uninteresting nature of Mythic items, and the increasing tendency of the entire equipment system to lean towards pure stat stacking are the real challenges that need to be addressed.

Diablo 4 Season 15 × The Witcher 3 Collaboration | What Could Geralt Bring to Sanctuary?
Diablo 4 players, the official collaboration for Season 15 was announced at Gamescom 2026. Geralt of Rivia from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is coming to Sanctuary.
The last time Diablo 4 collaborated with another company's IP was Berserk in May 2025. The official team has not revealed much about this collaboration, stating that more details will be announced at BlizzCon.

Diablo 4 × The Witcher 3
Battle.net
Players will be able to acquire The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt directly through the platform. The game will include its two major expansions as a bundle, while the expansions can also be pre-ordered separately.
To celebrate The Witcher arriving on Battle.net, the development team is bringing a corner of The Continent into Sanctuary. Players who pre-order or acquire the expansion will receive a Geralt-themed skin in Diablo IV, which is currently being carefully developed.
Collaboration
If you pre-order or later acquire the upcoming The Witcher 3 expansion, you will receive a Witcher-themed skin. The exact appearance of the skin has not yet been revealed, but it is speculated that its style could resemble some of the crossover cosmetics already seen in Diablo IV. More details will be unveiled at BlizzCon.
It is worth noting that Remastered version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will officially launch on September 29, shortly after Diablo 4 Season 15 goes live. This means players should be able to receive plenty of first-hand information about the season and the collaboration at BlizzCon.
Crossover Skins

Based on previous collaborations, crossover skins are usually class-specific rather than automatically available to every class. One of the clearest examples is 2025 Diablo 4 × Berserk collaboration.
Diablo 4 currently has seven classes, while The Witcher features seven main Witcher schools:
- School of the Wolf
- School of the Cat
- School of the Griffin
- School of the Bear
- School of the Viper
- School of the Manticore
- School of the Fox
One possible approach would be to assign one school to each class. However, not all seven schools appear in The Witcher 3. In addition, when it comes to the outfits associated with the different Witcher schools, they are somewhat too plain compared with many of Diablo 4's other cosmetics.
Another possibility would be to offer appearances based on Ciri, Yennefer, Triss, Dandelion, and Wild Hunt. However, this would leave some classes without a corresponding appearance.
Considering that Wild Hunt's aesthetic fits Diablo 4's style much better, I believe the official team will most likely adopt the second approach.
The Witcher 3 and Challenge Dungeons
Although the collaboration announcement is already exciting enough, there is still plenty of unknown content waiting to be revealed at BlizzCon.
At present, players know almost nothing about the theme and specific content of Diablo 4 Season 15. Although some Challenge Dungeons and Socketable Items were previewed during testing, the overall amount of information remains very limited.
Players who have experienced The Witcher 3 will certainly remember exploring its dark and gloomy dungeons. If Diablo 4 decides to pursue a deeper collaboration with The Witcher 3, the Challenge Dungeons could very well be connected to the crossover.
During the PTR, the official team did not reveal much information about Challenge Dungeons. Perhaps players will face Witcher-themed boss encounters inside them. If that turns out to be the case, it would be a very cool fusion of mechanics, allowing players to directly interact with elements from another classic franchise.
Challenge Dungeons
Based on the PTR experience, these Challenge Dungeons can randomly appear in different areas of Sanctuary. Some players noticed that a large number of dungeon entrances appeared in Helltide areas.
In addition, some dungeons can appear directly when players turn in Whisper Caches. A portal will open beside the player, allowing them to enter Challenge Dungeon directly.
The official team clearly stated that Challenge Dungeons on the PTR were designed as an environment for testing underlying systems, while the final experience in Season 15 will contain substantially different content. Therefore, we still do not know exactly what this season will ultimately bring.
Challenge Dungeon Difficulty
The entrance portals to Challenge Dungeons appear in the Overland. This means you can only encounter them while traveling through Sanctuary, and they will not trigger while participating in activities such as The Pit or the Undercity. In this respect, the system is somewhat similar to the way Geralt encounters contracts.
Once inside the dungeon, your objective is to fight a boss. The bosses seen on the PTR may only be placeholders, while the actual bosses could be enemies from The Witcher 3. It could be the Wild Hunt, or perhaps Dettlaff.
The core of this system is the Tournament Difficulties system. You can freely select the challenge level for the encounter, with the highest option increasing the difficulty by up to three additional Torment Tiers beyond your current World Tier.
Although it is still unclear exactly how the difficulty levels displayed in-game correspond to the descriptions in the official announcement, one thing is clear: increasing the difficulty will allow bosses to drop more and better Diablo 4 items.
Based on the information currently available and the PTR layout, the difficulty scaling appears to vary, with Torment 12 roughly corresponding to The Pit 100.
The actual strength of Torment 15 may not necessarily exceed The Pit 130 or 135. Even so, it should still be a challenge for most casual players.
Diablo 4 Season 15 collaboration with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is likely to have plenty of surprises in store. Hopefully, it will not feel as underwhelming as the Berserk collaboration. More details will be revealed at BlizzCon.
If you want to challenge Torment 15 difficulty in Diablo 4 Season 15, you'll need high-item-level gear with useful affixes. You can buy Diablo 4 items at IGGM.com to upgrade your character.
Besides high gear requirements, you also need to ensure your build is powerful enough. After all, not every build can easily reach 130 The Pit or higher. The easiest way is to use meta builds for each class, rather than niche builds.

Diablo 4 Season 15 Is Coming - Here's What You Should Be Doing Right Now
Diablo 4 Season 15 will launch on September 15, 2026, bringing new gear, new game mechanics, and endgame content. So, before the season begins, you need to do some preparation. Insufficient preparation could put you at a disadvantage from the start.
This article will guide you through four things to do before Diablo 4 Season 15 begins, helping you have a better gaming experience.

Stop All Mythic Upgrades Right Now
This is the most important thing you can do before the season ends. Do not use current Mythic gear upgrade recipes. In the current system, when you use Pandemonium Fragments to upgrade a Unique to Mythic quality item, you will receive a random Mythic item in the same slot.
This means you might sacrifice items with perfect stats, ideal affixes, and maxed-out crafting levels, only to end up with an item that is completely unsuitable for your build. This cruel gamble can be frustrating for players throughout the entire season.
Season 15 will completely change this mechanism. The developers have removed the random reforging of Mythic gear, replacing it with recipes that directly upgrade to Mythic. More importantly, this upgrade will retain your original gear's affixes, enhancement options, and all refinement progress.
This means that if you have a Unique piece of gear with perfectly distributed stats, you can upgrade it to Mythic without losing any carefully tuned attributes such as your critical strike chance, cooldown reduction, or vulnerability damage. Your item will also gain Mythic-level power and an additional affix slot.
Hoard Reputation Bags and Materials
After Diablo 4 Season 15 launches, Superior Lair Keys will be added to Glints of Hope Reputation caches. While the rewards from these chests are currently decent, the addition of Keys will significantly increase their value.
Therefore, my advice is: stop opening your Glints of Hope Reputation caches now. All chests stored in your inventory or stash should be left unopened until Season 15 launches.
Each chest will have a chance to drop valuable Superior Lair Keys. Players opening chests now are essentially wasting keys that could potentially save you dozens of hours of grinding time in the future.
Besides Glints of Hope Reputation caches, you should also stockpile all crafting materials, such as Veiled Crystals, Abstruse Sigils, and Forgotten Souls. Then, avoid crafting unnecessary items and don't upgrade equipment you're not entirely confident in. Every material you save now will be a huge asset in Season 15.

Stockpile Gold
In Season 15, Gold will be more important than ever. Mythic Gear crafting system requires not only Pandemonium Fragments and Resplendent Sparks, but also a significant amount of gold.
Every reforging, every master enhancement, and every enchantment requires gold, and the higher the gear level, the higher the cost per attempt. This could potentially allow you to spend millions of gold in the first week of the new season.
Therefore, players can start farming gold now. Helltides with suitable affixes, high-level Nightmare Dungeons, and Lair system itself are excellent ways to obtain gold and valuable Diablo 4 items, which can be sold to merchants or traded.
The more gold you accumulate now, the faster you can craft your first Mythic craft in Diablo 4 Season 15.
Understand Soul Splinter System
Season 15 introduces Soul Splinter System, and to ensure you use it effectively, you need to understand it before the game officially launches.
Soul Splinters are a new type of socketable item that can be socketed into rings and amulets. They are not ordinary gems and do not directly provide attribute bonuses. However, they are a key source of power that determines your character's build. Here's how it works:
While each Soul Splinter provides significant positive effects, such as greatly increasing critical strike chance, core skill damage, or significantly reducing ultimate skill cooldown, each splinter also inflicts a negative effect. For example, you might gain +30% critical strike chance, but your primary resource cost increases by 25%.
Or, you might gain +40% damage to vulnerable enemies, but lose 20% movement speed. Trade-offs are real and designed to force you to make meaningful choices about your build.
Soul Splinters are powerful, and you'll want to use them, but their drawbacks mean you can't simply equip the strongest splinters and call it a day. You need to understand what disadvantages your build can tolerate.
Therefore, before Diablo 4 Season 15 begins, you can start thinking about which build you should choose. Planning your build around these trade-offs will give you an edge over players who blindly equip splinters.
If you find yourself missing certain items while building your build, don't worry! Once the new season launches, you can directly buy Diablo 4 Items from IGGM.com, and we'll provide you with the resources you need as quickly as possible.
Furthermore, if you register, log in, and check in daily from now on, you can accumulate a lot of points through IGGM Points System; then use these points to offset costs when placing orders and save money!
That concludes this article about the four things you need to do before Season 15 begins. If you don't complete these tasks, you'll struggle to catch up in the new season, while other players will already be dominating Torment 4 difficulty. So, start preparing now and follow the steps above to get ahead of the competition.
