Dune Awakening 7 Water Collection Methods: Which Ways Are More Efficient?

In a desert planet like Dune Awakening, water is as important as spices. Spices are important materials that players used to upgrade themselves in the later stage and are very valuable. Water is just an ordinary resource that players need all the time.
When the player just creates a character, the system will teach the player how to grab water resources from the water cycle of this dry and hot planet. You need water when you go out and explore, and you need water to make items. It can be said that without water, you cannot move anyplace in Arrakis. So how should players get water resources?
Early Stage
Lick Dew Like A Primitive Man
Thank God, the scorching sun did not evaporate all the water in Arrakis, and you can still find shaky dewdrops on the leaves of some plants. If you are on the verge of water shortage, you can now knee on the ground and suck the dew.
Although this is a bit unpresentable, for a fledgling desert survivor, nothing is more important than survival. It’s easier to find dew in the early morning, or in some shaded areas that can block the sun.
Extract blood like a murderer
In the early game, you can’t always get to the dew field in time before you run out of water. When your water bottle is empty, and you have to come up with a new way. So you turn your attention to your enemies. Yes, the human body also has water, right? But if you want to squeeze water out of the human body, you need to prepare some Dune Awakening items:
- Blood Extractor Mk1
- Blood Purifier
- Blood Sack
The materials needed to make these things are very simple. You just need some plant fiber and Salvaged Metal. With these, whenever you are out of water, you can break into the enemy’s territory, kill them and drain their blood to bring it back to base to convert into water. Although you can also drink blood directly, it’s crazy and inefficient.
Drink Water Like A Normal Person
If you make a Literjon, you can drink water like a normal person. This is a cup that can hold 1000 ml of water. Whenever you find a water hole or a drinking point, you can fill your cup and keep hydrated. If you don’t find the schematic of Literjon, you can also get it in Exchange with Dune Awakening Solari.
Wear A Stillsuit
You can unlock Stillsuits only after you complete Aql Trial mission. Wearing this suit will make you a survival expert in the desert. It can provide you with the greatest thermal protection and convert the water you lose into drinkable water. Whenever you are short of water, you can always take a sip.
This suit is designed for survival in the desert, and you must not wear it to fight the enemy.
Mid-Game
Continue To Carry Corpses
In the mid-game, water resources are not only needed for survival, but also become a material, so more water needs to be stored in the base. At this time, you have tasted the sweetness of blood extraction, right? The water contained in the human body is far more than the capacity of Blood Sack, so you need to become a more efficient vampire.
After completing The Footsteps of the Fremen, you will unlock Fremen Deathstill, which you can place in your base. After you kill an enemy, bring their corpse back to your base and drop it into Fremen Deathstill to drain every drop of blood from them. Each corpse will provide you with 25,000 ml of water.
Dew Farmer
In addition to the dishonorable method of draining the blood of enemies, you can also collect dew from various dew fields at dawn (in the game) like a farmer.
You first need to make a Dew Reaper, then use it to find a dew field with aquatic plants, and then fill your Literjon with water after harvesting. If you have an advanced Dew Reaper, you can collect more water.
Late Game
Water Tycoon
Tired of the process of collecting water manually? Now that you have reached the end of the game, there must be some easier ways. If you have Windtraps installed on your base, you can collect water resources for almost nothing.
To build a Windtraps, you need the following Dune Awakening items:
- Steel Ingot x90
- Silicone Block x30
- Calibrated Servok x20
But Windtraps alone are not enough, you also need Filters to use them properly. Although it is not as efficient as Fremen Deathstill, it has low consumption and can be used normally even if you are offline. Such an automatic water collection device, which is one of the must-have facilities for every player in the later base.
Collecting water in Dune Awakening is a necessary test for every player. The crisis of water shortage is always around in the early stage, but in the later stage of the game, almost every player can do it calmly. Arrakis’s technology is enough to make you a water tycoon on this desert planet.
