  There are four Spiritborn builds in the S Tier builds, and yes, the class is back in this position again. This is mainly because of its newest unique item, Balazan’s Maxtlatl. You can see that the prefix of these 4 builds is this, which is enough to show the power of these Diablo 4 items.

  They indeed have some similarities, but their play styles are very different, so they are divided into four builds here.

  Hydra Sorcerer build in PTR has shown strong damage. Although there are some variants of the Hydra Sorcerer build, the core skill is Hydra, so there is only one here.

  The strength of the Sorcerer has not changed much, and the power of Hydra Sorcerer build also comes from the new unique item, Ophidian Iris, but this cannot cover up the weakness of other Sorcerer’s builds. However, 90% of Sorcerer players in Season 9 may be Hydra Sorcerers.

  Necromancer is as powerful as ever. You can find that Blood Wave Necromancer has been popular for several consecutive Seasons, but the developers have been trying to strengthen the summoning gameplay of Necromancer, so you can play a pure summoned necromancer in Season 9, but the damage may not be as high as that of Hydra Sorcerer.

  After several Seasons of adjustments, the most important of which is the adjustment of Overpower mechanism, Rogue finally has the power to compete with other builds. Builds such as Penetrating Shot Rogue and Twisting Blades Rogue have successfully reached A Tier.

  The unique item given to Rogue in Season 9 is not useless. It can bring a considerable damage increase to Rogue, but the conditions for use are relatively harsh. If you don’t have a shield, you will die easily. Therefore, Rogue’s rise has nothing to do with the unique item.

  Another unlucky class in Season 9 is Druid, but his situation is not as bad as Barbarian, which he still has a build in the S Tier.   From C Tier, you can see that the strength of Sorcerer in Season 9 is just an illusion. Except for Hydra Sorcerer, the status of basically all Sorcerer builds has declined. Many Sorcerers that were still B tier in Season 8 have been downgraded to C Tier.

  D Tier

  Although these are two Rogue builds in the D Tier, they are usually used as leveling builds. Especially Dance of Knives Rogue, which is one of the Tier S leveling builds in Season 9, and it is fast to farm items and clear dungeons.
