Diablo 4 Season 11 Companion Druid Build | Using Raven Swarms to Crush Torment Difficulty, The Tower and More

Category: Diablo 4 Posted: Jan 21, 2026 Views: 866

The recent launch of The Tower and leaderboards in Diablo Season 11 has sparked a trend of testing the effectiveness of classic builds, as everyone wants to know if the "old friends" can help them climb the leaderboards.

For Druids, Companion Druid Build is a classic build that never goes out of style, and it's also effective in endgame content. While its strength has decreased compared to Season 10, it's still worth trying and using in The Tower.

Next, we'll show you how to craft this build in Season 11 to become the top members on Druid leaderboard!

Diablo 4 Season 11 Companion Druid Build | Using Raven Swarms to Crush Torment Difficulty, The Tower and More

S11 Companion Druid Build overview

This season's build largely follows the basic configuration from Season 10, focusing on Raven as the core companion option, while ensuring that Kilt of Blackwing is added as one of the gear.

This unique pair of pants significantly boosts Raven's damage. After transforming or activating a companion skill, Raven will attack nearby enemies and has a chance to summon many additional Ravens.

Based on this, other essential gear options include two Mythic items and one unique item.

First is Heir of Perdition, which provides a 60% multiplicative damage bonus. Other attributes such as critical strike chance, luck chance, and movement speed are also excellent.

Another one is the chest armor Shroud of False Death, which makes the +1 effect of all passive skills always useful, and the all-attribute boost also grants you all rare talent points and the additional effects of Paragon panel.

Finally, there are the unique boots Flickerstep. They allow you to reduce your ultimate skill cooldown by 4 seconds per enemy when using dodge to pass through a group of enemies, up to a maximum reduction of 10 seconds, allowing you to re-enter ultimate skill state faster.

Other skill options

Okay, without further ado, let's get straight to all the skills you should add or upgrade for this build - starting with Claw, which helps stack some passive effects.

Next, allocate one point to Cyclone Armor to reduce non-physical damage. Even if you can't use it, its passive effect will still apply as long as it's in your skill bar.

Debilitating Roar reduces damage from all nearby enemies. Upgrade one enhances your own damage, while upgrade two increases your damage; choose according to your needs.

Then, allocate five skill points to Ravens, as this is the main damage-dealing skill for this build. For upgrades, we recommend the second, Brutal Ravens, for more ravens and increased damage.

Establish one point in Trample to increase movement speed and gain Unstoppable effect. Unstoppable is necessary if you're not in Grizzly Rage; otherwise, Trample won't function.

Five points in Grizzly Rage significantly increase both your damage and damage reduction. Upgrade one grants Unstoppable while in Grizzly Rage, while upgrade two provides a buff every second while in Grizzly Rage.

Regarding passive skills, first invest one point in Predatory Instinct, then three points in Iron Fur. This will help you gain damage reduction and Bear Form. Three points in Backlash will increase your damage output after using defensive skills.

More passive skill unlock options are as follows:

  • Three points in Ancestral Fortitude: Increases non-physical resistances.
  • Three points in Vigilance: Grants you 20% damage reduction after using defensive skills.
  • Three points in Nature's Reach: Ensures more damage is dealt to distant enemies; damage is even higher if the enemy is controlled.
  • Three points in Call of the Wild: Significantly increases the damage dealt by your allies' skills.
  • Three points in Mending: Increases maximum health.
  • One point in Neurotoxin: Slows poisoned enemies.
  • Three points in Toxic Claws: Increases your poison damage.
  • Three points in Envenom: Increases critical strike damage against poisoned enemies.
  • Three points in Resonance: Makes nature skills deal more damage.

Gear selection and combinations

In fact, when introducing the core mechanics of the build, we already listed the four essential gear pieces for this build in Season 11. You then need to add armor that boosts Willpower.

Based on this, you need to add diamonds for more comprehensive resistances. For Runewords, choose NaguQax, which allows you to maintain at least one active companion for 5 seconds and summon six companions.

This way, the summoned Spirit Wolf will attack enemies for 8 seconds and inflict some control effects, making enemies vulnerable.

Furthermore, you need your gear to provide some cooldown reduction effects, ideally by looking for relevant affixes on rings and gloves. Ravens' cooldown should ideally be reduced to at least 5 seconds - the shorter the better.

Besides cooldown reduction, you also need to consume Diablo 4 gold to add more affixes that increase critical strike chance to your gear roll through Masterworking or other gear upgrade mechanisms.

Which Divine Gifts to unlock?

This mechanism is exclusive to Season 11 and should be added to all builds without exception. Divine Gifts menu consists of four slots: top, bottom, left, and right. The order in which you place your gifts is crucial.

For Companion Druid Build, we recommend the following arrangement:

  • Top - Essence of Lies: Provides a Fortify effect per second.
  • Right - Essence of Screams: Increases resistance.
  • Left - Essence of Pain: Grants a maximum shield when you take damage; cooldown is 20 seconds.
  • Bottom - Essence of Sin: Increases armor by 20%.

This concludes the main information for crafting Season 11 Companion Druid Build. When used correctly, it can conquer even the highest Torment difficulty and dominate the leaderboards! Give it a try!
