ARC Raiders Rarest Loot Container Security Lockers | The Secret Buff Increasing the Chances of Them Yielding Blueprints!

Category: ARC Raiders Posted: Feb 14, 2026 Views: 1160

The core of playing ARC Raiders can be simply summarized as earning loot. Whether you're fighting dangerous ARCs or engaging in PvP duels with crazy real players, the goal is to plunder them or clear them out to loot the hidden loot in the surrounding area.

Of these lootable items, the more common ones can usually be picked up simply by searching around. However, rarer items, such as high-rarity weapons or their ARC Raiders blueprints, require you to enter rooms or open containers.

It's worth noting that these containers vary in quality. Some can be opened directly, while others require you to meet specific conditions, but the loot inside is generally more valuable - Security Lockers belong to the latter category.

Since the release of ARC Raiders, the developers have made numerous optimizations to Security Lockers while updating the game, but for some reason, these improvements have rarely been announced separately.

This time, we will introduce the current state of Security Lockers and show you the best way to utilize this container type.

What are Security Lockers?

First, it's important to clarify that Security Lockers are a type of container in ARC Raiders. Containers are loot-collectible items scattered throughout Rust Belt, containing various in-game items you might need.

Containers can be further categorized, with Security Lockers being one of the more valuable types. However, the loot obtained from containers is random; higher-value containers simply have a higher chance of yielding good loot.

Furthermore, Security Lockers are rare not only because they contain rare items, including blueprints, but also because you must unlock Security Breach perk to open them in-game. Therefore, Security Lockers are often referred to as Security Breach Lockers.

How to unlock Security Breach perk?

In ARC Raiders, each character has their own skill tree. The skill tree has three branches: Conditioning, Mobility, and Survival, corresponding to green, yellow, and red respectively. Security Breach is the last node on the red path.

If you intend to unlock this perk, you need to invest at least 36 points in Survival path - a significant investment considering the skill points a single character can hold in the game. Therefore, many players are unsure whether to unlock it.

Another reason hindering players from unlocking Security Breach is the previous nerf to Security Breach Lockers, reducing the chance of finding Epic rarity or higher items. Also, you might sometimes open lockers that have already been looted.

However, even so, Security Lockers still offer more benefits than other regular containers. Moreover, the developers have recently secretly buffed them again.

Current status of Security Lockers

If you've been following these high-value containers, you've probably noticed that Security Lockers have been quietly buffed at least five times! It's baffling why the developers haven't mentioned this.

Furthermore, Epic weapons now spawn in Security Breach Lockers, and quite frequently. In addition, the drop rate and quantity of weapon parts have been greatly increased.

More importantly, the blueprints for many popular community weapons, such as Anvil, Torrente, and more, will now appear more frequently in lockers, making it easier to craft these powerful guns than before.

Besides the quantity and quality of loot, the spawn points and frequency of Security Lockers themselves also seem to be higher. While their appearance isn't guaranteed, exploring the maps will reveal a greater number of spawns than before.

Furthermore, most key rooms in each area will now spawn Security Lockers. If you're lucky, some rooms may even contain multiple lockers simultaneously, allowing you to bring back more loot from raids.
