ARC Raiders February Update 1.15.0 | The Addition of Cold Snap and Shared Watch Marks the Countdown to Shrouded Sky

Category: ARC Raiders Posted: Feb 11, 2026 Views: 832

Following the exciting January Headwinds update, ARC Raiders finally received Update 1.15.0 on February 10th. While this doesn't mean Shrouded Sky will be available (it might be another two weeks), there's still a lot to look forward to.

So if you plan to continue playing ARC Raiders before the official February update and want to maximize your gaming experience, be sure to read this guide to Update 1.15.0! Let's get started!

ARC Raiders February Update 1.15.0 | The Addition of Cold Snap and Shared Watch Marks the Countdown to Shrouded Sky

Cold Snap returns

This news was actually leaked a few days ago, but thankfully it didn't keep you waiting too long, officially returning to the game on February 10th with the release of Update 1.15.0.

As with the same-named update released in December, this return means that Cold Snap events may randomly spawn on various maps. These events increase the difficulty of combat and extraction through blizzards and extreme cold, but the rewards are also much greater.

It's worth noting that while you can still collect Candleberries in ARC Raiders Cold Snap event, there's no corresponding event running, so you can't redeem them for rewards - in other words, they're purely for fun.

Besides, you can also collect and throw snowballs. While they're not very lethal in combat, they can briefly obstruct others' vision. Or, if the surrounding players are friendly, you can simply enjoy a snowball fight.

The return of Cold Snap means the game's map event rotation becomes more diverse, which can retain many players even during periods without major updates.

New event: Shared Watch

While Candleberries are no longer useful, a new reward event has arrived! Shared Watch launched on February 10th and will run until the 24th. Considering that February only has 28 days this year, we reasonably suspect that Shrouded Sky will be released afterward.

The gameplay involves earning XP by destroying or killing ARC enemies. Every 100 XP can be converted into 1 Merit, and accumulating enough Merits will unlock rewards.

Regardless of which ARC bots you defeat, and whether you complete the missions solo or with the help of teammates, you will earn Merits. The only thing to note is that no PvP encounters will reward you with Merits.

While this reduces the sources of rewards, it also means that during the event, you don't need to worry about other players or random teammates suddenly attacking you; you are always the most reliable human allies.

Therefore, to efficiently progress through Shared Watch event, it is highly recommended that you play in a team, as this increases the chance of being spotted by ARC enemies and allows you to accumulate more Merits in a shorter time.

Furthermore, during your adventure, if you don't initially spot any enemies, you and your teammates can fire a few shots to create noise and attract their attention. For this, it's best to bring enough ammunition.

If you initially adventure simply to collect something but discover ARC activity or other players fighting, immediately drop what you're doing and join them! This will remain the core gameplay of ARC Raiders until Shared Watch ends.

This event offers incredibly generous rewards, with up to 20 redeemable options, including several rare ARC Raiders blueprints and a variety of fun cosmetics - don't miss out!

  • Slugger outfit - 50 merits
  • 20 Raider Tokens - 100 merits
  • Vita Spray - 150 merits
  • Tactical MK. 3 (Healing Blueprint) - 200 merits
  • Grenades Slugger Variant - 250 merits
  • Baseball back pack charm - 300 merits
  • 20 Raider Tokens - 350 merits
  • Grey yellow Slugger color - 400 merits
  • Snap Hook - 450 merits
  • Hand Signals emote - 500 merits
  • 20 Raider Tokens - 550 merits
  • Chest Piece Slugger Variant - 600 merits
  • 20 Raider Tokens - 650 merits
  • Sport Face Paint Blue - 700 merits
  • Blue Glow Slugger color - 750 merits
  • Vita Spray blueprint - 800 merits
  • 20 Raider Tokens - 850 merits

  • Acoustic Guitar - 950 merits
  • 50 Raider Tokens - 1,000 merits
  • Batting Helmet Scrappy cosmetic - 1,050 merits

Other new content

In addition to the two events mentioned above, Update 1.15.0 brings two new cosmetics: The Vulpine set and The Slugger set.

The Vulpine set includes a themed outfit with three styles, a backpack charm, an emote, and a special face paint. You can obtain this set in the in-game store for 1600 Raider Tokens.

As for The Slugger set, it is actually broken down into multiple pieces, each of which is set as a separate Shared Watch reward. Since the event rewards also include Raider Tokens, completing it is the best way to earn two new sets.

Practical item changes

With each new patch release, bug fixes and optimizations to existing mechanics are almost always essential. The most noticeable change in this regard in Update 1.15.0 is the nerf to Trailblazer Grenade.

The grenade no longer deals damage through walls, and its damage to large ARCs is reduced, although it deals more damage to smaller enemies.

While this isn't good news for players who like Trailblazer Grenade, overall, it creates a clearer division of labor among grenade-type items, suggesting that future ARC Raiders may get further optimization of the item system.

Other fixes

This section focuses on fixing various bugs. Here are a few of the more important ones for your reference:

  • The issue of unstable weapon switching when bound to a button other than the mouse wheel has been fixed.
  • The issue of sometimes being unable to reconnect after disconnecting the game has been fixed.
  • The issue where the tunnel scene sometimes wouldn't display at the start of a match has been fixed.
  • The issue where trial objective rewards sometimes failed to be distributed correctly due to timeouts has been fixed.
  • Various display errors in graphics and icons have been fixed.
  • The issue where crafting would sometimes be canceled has been fixed.
  • Various new bugs that appeared after the release of Update 1.15.0 have been fixed.

These are all the noteworthy updates in Update 1.15.0. The intense battles sparked by Shared Watch are in full swing, so join the battlefield and earn rewards!
