ARC Raiders Frozen Trail is confirmed to launch on October 8, 2026. This isn't a small patch, but a major content update bringing many new features. So, let's get ready and acquire some more powerful weapons.
Torrente IV is a complete upgrade of Torrente light machine gun in ARC Raiders, belonging to Tier 4 weapon category. This rare (blue quality) weapon is renowned for its massive ammo capacity and powerful suppressive fire.
Torrente loadout, composed of Torrente IV, is incredibly powerful, enough to help you defeat even more enemies. This article will guide you on how to obtain Best Torrente loadout in ARC Raiders to help you upgrade your combat power.

Torrente Loadout Specifications and Performance
Torrente loadout consists of Torrente IV, Extended Barrel III, Extended Medium Magazine III, and Kinetic Converter. Its greatest strength lies in the balance between powerful firepower and high maneuverability. It has a 90-round magazine, a durability of 130/130, and weighs 12 kg.
Torrente loadout is designed for sustained fire, excelling particularly in close to medium-range engagements. Its high rate of fire (58.3) and moderate ARC armor penetration make it effective against both human players and ARC enemies.
However, players should note that this gun is only accurate when crouching. Standing or hip-firing results in significant bullet spread, meaning that effectively using Torrente loadout requires tactical movement and advantageous positioning, rather than assault firing.
How to Obtain It?
To obtain Torrente loadout, you must first have the basic Torrente. The methods for obtaining it are as follows:
Method One
The most direct but luck-dependent method is to find this weapon in raids. The game uses a random drop system, so Torrente won't necessarily appear in any specific location, but certain high-value areas are more likely to spawn this rare item. Based on our research, the following are some ARC Raider locations where Torrente LMGs are more likely to appear:
- Marano Station: This area has low risk and frequently drops high-level loot, including Torrente.
- South Swamp Outpost: Searching the various towers and weapon crates in this area greatly increases the chance of obtaining Torrente.
- Testing Annex: The first floor is a key location here; loot is usually hidden in rooms or behind furniture, such as the yellow sofa.
- Testing Annex: Focus on searching upstairs, near the spiral staircase, and the workbench where rare crates may spawn.
Method Two
Besides relying on direct drops, you can also obtain Torrente through crafting. However, before crafting it, you must first find its blueprint. While this is also a random drop, the probability of finding it is much higher than finding Torrente itself directly.
Torrente blueprints usually appear in medium-to-high risk areas and can be found in high-level loot crates. It is said that the chance of finding it is even higher during Electromagnetic Storms. Once you obtain the blueprint, you can craft Torrente I at a level 2 Gunsmith's Workbench.

Upgrade Path
ARC Raiders Torrente loadout is a modification of Torrente IV. Therefore, the next step is to upgrade your current Torrente I. You can upgrade three levels sequentially, as detailed below:
Upgrade to Torrente II
- Materials: 1x Advanced Mechanical Components, 2x Medium Gun Parts
- Stat Improvements: +10 Magazine Size, 15% Reduced Reload Time, +10 Durability
Upgrade to Torrente III
- Materials: 1x Advanced Mechanical Components, 2x Medium Gun Parts
- Stat Improvements: +20 Magazine Size, 30% Reduced Reload Time, +20 Durability
Upgrade to Torrente IV
- Materials: 2x Advanced Mechanical Components, 2x Medium Gun Parts
- Stat Improvements: +30 Magazine Size, 45% Reduced Reload Time, +30 Durability
Complete Upgrade from Torrente I to Torrente Torrente IV requires a total of 4 Advanced Mechanical Components and 9 Medium Gun Parts. While Torrente IV cannot be obtained directly from merchants, the materials needed to craft it, such as Advanced Mechanical Components, can be obtained through trade or rewards.
Modified Weapon Torrente Loadout
To obtain Torrente loadout, you need to craft it using Torrente IV, Extended Barrel III, Extended Medium Magazine III, and Kinetic Converter.
Extended Barrel III and Extended Medium Magazine III are primarily obtained through crafting. You need to obtain their blueprints first, and then craft them at a Tier 3 weapon crafting table.
The recipe for Extended Medium Magazine III is 2x Mod Components and 5x Steel Spring; the recipe for Extended Barrel III requires Wires.
Kinetic Converter is a legendary attachment in ARC Raiders. It increases the weapon's rate of fire by 15%, making it rarer and more difficult to obtain than the previous two attachments. This item cannot be crafted and can only be obtained through random drops.
First, I highly recommend heading to Launch Towers on Spaceport map, where high-level containers have a high chance of dropping legendary items. Next, you can loot Buried City map, ideally in Night Raid Map Condition, where the chance of obtaining a Kinetic Converter is even higher.
Finally, you can also consider Dam Battlegrounds; Research & Administration area on this map is a potentially popular location for high-value loot.
Once you have Torrente IV, Extended Barrel III, Extended Medium Magazine III, and a Kinetic Converter, you can craft Torrente loadout.
