In Aion 2, stats are a core system determining your character's combat performance. Whether you are focusing on PvE content or preparing to enter PvP battlefield, your gear and build setups will always revolve around stats.
The issue is that Aion 2 stat interface doesn't fully explain every mechanic; while you can see the percentage associated with each stat, the actual significance behind those numbers isn't immediately clear.
We have put together this Aion 2 stat guide to help you understand the function and prioritization of different stats once you jump into the game.

Main Stats
Aion 2 categorizes stats into three simple groups: Main, Sub, and God stats; there are also special progression systems that offer stat enhancements as rewards. Main stats are undoubtedly the most critical, as they define the fundamental makeup of your character.
You can think of Attack in Aion 2 simply as the base weapon damage found in other games, except it applies to both offensive and healing skills. In other words, higher Attack results in both increased damage output and greater healing potency.
As for Accuracy, the mechanic works by comparing your Accuracy stat against the enemy's Evasion value. If your Accuracy is higher, the enemy cannot completely dodge the attack; conversely, if it is lower, there is a chance the enemy will evade it.
It is worth noting that attacking an enemy from behind allows you to bypass Evasion check entirely. If the enemy fails to evade your attack, the next factor to come into play is another main stat: Block.
This stat actually encompasses two distinct mechanics: blocking and parrying. Only classes equipped with shields (Cleric and Templar) can perform a true Block, while other classes rely on Parry.
Your ability to block is countered by the enemy's Accuracy stat, following the same logic as Evasion. However, neither blocking nor parrying negates damage completely; they reduce it by a maximum of 50%.
Cleric and Templar players can both block and parry. This means these classes have a chance to block an attack first, and if that fails, a subsequent chance to parry. Consequently, the total damage mitigated could exceed 50%.
Of course, your stats include Evasion, though it is capped at 50%. To reach this cap and reliably dodge attacks, your Evasion value needs to be approximately 500 points higher than the enemy's Accuracy.
In the global version of Aion 2, the critical hit rate is capped at 50%. When a critical hit occurs, the default damage multiplier is 1.5x for PvE and 1.25x for PvP. This means that even without additional critical damage bonuses, landing critical hits yields significantly higher damage output.
Combat Speed reduces the time required for attack animations and casting actions, allowing you to chain more skills together in a shorter period. This is a stat you should prioritize maximizing whenever possible.
Defense stat in Aion 2 is unique because it functions as a flat damage reduction mechanism. It is highly effective against frequent, low-damage hits but less effective against heavy-hitting skills, as the amount of damage mitigated remains constant regardless of the incoming hit's magnitude.
Finally, stats like Movement Speed, MP and HP are straightforward; simply put, higher values are always better. During combat, you also have the chance to trigger Endurance effect. This provides a consistent chance to reduce incoming damage by 50%.
This effect is unaffected by enemy Accuracy and can only be countered by Endurance Penetration stat. If Regeneration effect triggers, you have a chance to recover HP equal to 20% of the damage taken.
Sub Stats
These Aion 2 stats are far from unimportant; they are classified as sub-stats primarily because their mechanics are less immediately intuitive.
First is Power Shard Damage Bonus. Think of this as ammunition consumed with every attack; it boosts your gear's attack power by a specific percentage.
The effectiveness of a Damage Boost depends on the combat context, but generally, it works by summing all applicable bonuses before applying a specific multiplier.
As for the weapon damage bonus stat, it acts as a percentage multiplier for your gear's attack power; all attack power provided by your Aion 2 gear is multiplied by this value.
Although attacks originating from sources other than gear do not benefit from this bonus, the majority of a character's attack power in Aion 2 comes from gear, making this an excellent stat.
When Multi-Hit Chance stat triggers, you unleash up to four additional attacks; the damage dealt by each is only a fraction of the original attack's damage, with the specific amount determined by the skill itself.
To understand Perfect Chance, you first need to know that gear attack power in Aion 2 is not a fixed value but falls within a specific range.
Normally, an attack deals damage based on a random value between the minimum and maximum limits; the value of perfect chance lies in giving you a higher probability of hitting that maximum value.
However, the gap between minimum and maximum gear attack power is usually not particularly large, so the impact is minimal even without the bonus provided by perfect chance.
As for Double Chance, true to its name, it offers a probability of doubling the damage you deal. This is extremely powerful because it stacks multiplicatively with all other damage-boosting effects, though it is limited to PvE combat.

God Stats
These Aion 2 stats provide bonuses based on your main stats, offering percentage-based increases to both offense and defense. The calculation involves dividing the specific attribute value by 5; for example, 150 points of Destruction divided by 5 results in a 30% increase in attack power.
God stats are further categorized based on their interface layout into outer ring and inner ring stats. While they all function in the same way, inner ring stats require the attribute value to be divided by 10 during calculation.
Beyond the above, Aion 2 also features conditional flat stats, such as PvE attack power, PvP evasion rate, and back attack damage.
These stats function much like standard stats, but percentage-based bonuses in the game do not apply to them. This does not mean they are useless; it simply means their impact is relatively limited.
While understanding the information above won't directly boost your Aion 2 character's combat power, it helps you discover the best ways to maximize damage on your own, making it essential to master this knowledge before the game launches!
For various stats to actually take effect, you need the right gear and must upgrade it promptly; that's why it's nessasary to buy Aion 2 Kinah.
Additionally, stocking up on Kinah in advance saves you time on farming, allowing you to focus more on powering up your character!
