Diablo 4 Season 10 Storm Ravens Druid Build: What Active And Passive Skills Does It Require?

The best Druid build in Diablo 4 Season 10 is likely related to its summons. In fact, Companion Druid in Season 9 already demonstrated impressive damage, but it focused on summoning wolves, while Season 10 focuses on summoning Ravens.

This is primarily because of a Season 10 Chaos Perk, Savagery (unique to Druids), which makes Ravens a core skill, and The Season 10 unique item, Kilt of Blackwing, also buffs summons, making Diablo 4 Season 10 Storm Ravens Druid build possible.

Diablo 4 Season 10 Storm Ravens Druid Build: What Active And Passive Skills Does It Require?

Pros, Cons, And Bugs

The advantage of this build is that it's very simple, requiring fewer skills. However, simplicity doesn't mean it's less powerful. Players on PTR have easily reached over 130 The Pit with it, but this was primarily due to exploiting a bug in Aspect of the Wildrage and a numerical anomaly with Overabundance Perk. You know this bug is unlikely to appear in Season 10, but as far as this build itself is concerned, reaching 100 The Pit is no problem if you have good gear.

This build also has very low paragon and Diablo 4 item requirements. You only need two unique items to get it working, which means you can start this build early. It's likely to be on the same level as the Hydra Sorcerer from Season 9, which is very interesting.

It also has its drawbacks. First, its damage takes time to stack, and second, it's quite gear-dependent.

Finally, let's talk about the bug with Aspect of the Wildrage. It gives you a chance to trigger another companion's skill and reduce its cooldown when you cast one. If you only have Raven in your skill bar (whose cooldown can be reduced to 0), this aspect will reduce its cooldown to negative, causing your damage to increase infinitely. This bug will likely be fixed, so players should just play normally.

  • One with Nature: Grants an additional summon.
  • Clarity: Increases the critical hit chance and damage of the next Core Skill after using a Companion Skill. Wild Impulses: Increases the consume and damage of core skills.

Spirit Hall

  • Deer: Wariness
  • Eagle: Scythe Talons and Avian Wrath
  • Wolf: Energize
  • Snake: Clam before the storm

Although you need to add many skills, you only need to fill your skill slots with Cyclone Armor, Petrify, Ravens, and Earthen Bulwark. Wolves skill is just used primarily to trigger buffs and lucky hits.

As for the other nodes, you can adjust them according to your needs. After all, the difficulty of enemies in The Pit and Nightmare Dungeons will vary. Adjusting skills won't consume too many Diablo 4 gold, but it's a bit complex process.

Storm Ravens Druid Equipment

  • Helm: Gathlen's Birthright (Sapphire and Sapphire)
  • Chest Armor: Shroud of False Death (Cir and Ceh)
  • Gloves: Mighty Storm's Aspect
  • Pants: Aspect of Mending Stone (Lum and Nagu)
  • Boots: Kilt of Blackwing
  • Amulet: Shepherd's Aspect (Diamond)
  • Ring 1: Aspect of Retaliation (Diamond)
  • Ring 2: Ring of Starless Skies (Diamond)
  • Weapon: Stormcrow's Aspect (Emerald)
  • Offhand: Aspect of the Stampede (Emerald)

The equipment requirements for this set aren't high, and most of the items are easily obtainable Legendary Aspects.

Shepherd's Aspect increases the damage of core abilities based on the number of companions.

Stormcrow's Aspect converts ravens damage to lightning damage, granting Storm tag and triggering additional bonuses. Aspect of Retaliatio provides a significant damage boost based on fortified health.

Aspect of Mending Stone enhances Petrify, increasing your survivability.

Aspect of the Stampede increases the number of all companions by +1, significantly increasing damage.

Mythic items can significantly improve your survivability and resource recovery, but they are not essential. Gathlen's Birthright and Kilt of Blackwing are core Diablo 4 items you need, as they activate the key passives of Perfect Storm and Earthen Might and increase the damage of your summons.

You can use Diablo 4 items to modify and improve your equipment affixes, and ideal equipment attributes are as follows;

  • Attack Speed: Aim for 100%.
  • Lucky Hit Chance: Aim for 100% with Raven skills.
  • Crit Chance: It's easy to reach or approach 100% with skills and equipment.
  • Ravens Deal Double Damage: Aim for 100%.
  • Willpower: Druid's primary stat, increasing skill damage.
  • Cooldown Reduction: Reduces the cooldowns of Petrify and Earthen Bulwark.
  • Life: Ensures survival.

Chaos Powers Perk

  • Savagery: Required. Makes companion skills considered core skills and provides a 60% (multiplicative) damage bonus, unlocking all core skill synergies.
  • Marred Guard: Provides significant armor, resistances, fortified life, and barrier, greatly enhancing survivability.
  • Accelerating Chaos: Increases Lucky Hit damage.
  • Overabundance: A core source of damage boost.

Storm Ravens Druid build has demonstrated exceptional strength on the PTR, and its mechanics hold great potential. Even after the PTR bugs are fixed, this build is expected to remain a simple, powerful, and robust Tier A to Tier S build, perfect for Season 10 exploration and mid-to-late game levels of The Pit.
