Diablo 4 Season 10's Chaos Perks differ from previous seasons. Instead of increasing your skill damage, they open up new build possibilities, and Bone Storm Necromancer is a direct beneficiary.

This build is likely one of the most powerful in Diablo 4 Season 10, performing particularly well in Infernal Hordes and being a true Tier S build. However, because of its heavy reliance on Chaos Perks, it's only available in Season 10.

Diablo 4 Season 10 Bone Storm Necromancer Build: How To Create Infinite Tornadoes?

Pros And Cons

Pros

Because Alter the Balance swaps between core and ultimate abilities, Bone Storm Necromancer can frequently cast Bone Storm, creating a high-damage, wide-area AOE. This makes farming Diablo 4 items very efficient. If you're in a group, you can even make all your teammates AFK, and you just deal with everything.

Season 10 will have an enormous demand for Chaos Armor, so farming Infernal Hordes will definitely be one of the major activities of Season 10, and this build is very efficient.

Furthermore, since you can constantly use your ultimate, this build also deals very high damage, and it still performs quite well above 100 The Pit.

Cons

However, Bone Storm Necromancer's survivability is definitely not as good as Season 10 Sorcerer, so you'll need to prepare armor and shields. Furthermore, casting Bone Storm requires resources, so you'll need to manage resource regeneration.

Season 10 hasn't officially launched yet. Perhaps after the official launch, they'll nerf this build, such as limiting the number of Bone Storms, but even so, this build won't be significantly weakened.

Bone Storm Necromancer Gear

No Mythic Itmes

  • Helm: Lidless Wall
  • Chest Armor: Fists of Fate
  • Gloves: Banished Lord's Talisman
  • Pants: Ebonpiercer
  • Boots: Bloodless Scream
  • Amulet: Aspect of Shielding Storm

With Mythic Items

  • Helm: Lidless Wall
  • Chest Armor: Fists of Fate
  • Gloves: Banished Lord's Talisman
  • Pants: Ebonpiercer
  • Boots: Bloodless Scream
  • Amulet: Aspect of Shielding Storm
  • Ring 1: Sacrificial Aspect
  • Ring 2: Ring of Starless Skies
  • Weapon: Aspect of Ultimate Shadow
  • Offhand: Aspect of Apogee Furor

Lidless Wall is the core item for this build. Its effect is that when a Bone Storm hits an enemy, it has a chance to spawn another Bone Storm, covering the entire screen with Bone Storms.

Aspect of Ultimate Shadow is also crucial, converting Bone Storm damage into shadow damage, granting a damage bonus. Banish Lord's Talisman provides suppression damage and attack speed to core abilities.

Items for Fist of Fate and Bloodless Scream provide attack speed, critical strike, or survivability.

Due to the need for resource management, you'll want to look for items that restore resources when casting ultimate abilities. Ring of Starless Skies is one of the best options for addressing resource constraints. If you're short on materials and Diablo 4 gold to craft Ring of Starless Skies, Accelerating Aspect can be used as an alternative.

In terms of stat priorities, you should prioritize attack speed and critical strike chance, with a maximum of 100% critical strike. If you want to attempt 100+ The Pit, you'll also need to increase Overpower damage.

Chaos Perks

  • Alter the Balance (Unique, Necromancer)
  • Decimating Desecration (Rare, Necromancer)
  • Crazy Brew (Legendary, All Classes)
  • Marred Guard (Legendary, All Classes)

Alter the Balance is undoubtedly the essential core of this build. Its effect swaps Core Skills with Ultimates, turning Bone Storm into a frequently used Core Skill.

Decimating Desecration increases the chance (equal to your critical strike chance) of damage over time effects to 100x the damage. Since Bone Storm, converted to Shadow damage, is damage over time effect, you'll need to stack 100% critical strike chance to maximize its effectiveness.

Crazy Brew provides a significant amount of attack speed, allowing you to cast more Bone Storms quickly. The remaining Chaos Perks are yours to choose from. Mard Guard provides additional armor, while Alternating Alterations provides increased damage and resource restoration, making them both excellent choices.

  • Scent of Death: Buffed in Season 10
  • Bloodbath: Increases critical damage
  • Sacrificial: Increases damage when no minions are present

Bone Storm Necromancer's damage is incredibly high, making it a quick kill even on Torment 4 difficulty, making it highly effective against both single and grouped enemies. Its Diablo 4 gold farming efficiency and leveling speed are exceptional, making it a perfect starter build for Season 10.
