  If your current goal is specifically to acquire Anathema of the Primes, you should focus your farming efforts on Harbinger of Hatred. This Lair Boss is classified as a Greater tier boss, and unlocking its treasure hoard requires one Greater Lair Key (consumed per attempt).

  Greater Lair Keys can be obtained by first defeating any Initiate tier Lair Bosses, including Varshan, Grigoire, Beast in the Ice, Lord Zir, and Urivar.
