College Football 26 Create High School Team And Upgrade Players: What Do You Need To Do?

While CFB 26 is undoubtedly centered on college teams, it’s fun to watch players grow from high school all the way through. So, just like actual players have to go through high school, you can now create your own high school team in CFB 26.
This gameplay is based on Road to Glory mode, which didn’t include high school games in NCAA 25. Fortunately, CUT 26 has further improved Team Builder site and allows you to create your own high school team.
So how do you create a high school team in College Football 26 and continue to upgrade them through Road to Glory mode after they go to college? We’ll show you.
What Is Team Builder?
Team Builder is an online platform developed by EA Sports, and for CFB 26 it allows you to create custom teams. This includes both regular teams for Dynasty mode and Road to Glory high school teams.
The platform was actually launched during CFB 25, but it was plagued by lags and bugs. Now it’s mature enough to allow you to create branding, uniforms, stadiums, and more for all your NCAA 26 teams.
Team Builder is primarily used to create custom CFB 26 college teams, for those who prefer teams that don’t belong to the first division.
If you want to use it to get a high school team, you can log in and directly download a team created by your favorite streamer, or create a team lineup yourself, then add players and customize their attributes.
How To Create A High School Team In Team Builder?
It is usually recommended that you start with a team lineup or stadium template, customize it to your liking, and then utilize the updated logo builder to generate a logo that matches the game.
Next, you can update the player’s tendencies and personalize all of their attributes to create your own team. Just make sure to link your CFB 26 account on Team Builder website and download the team data, and you can use the lineup after launching Road to Glory mode.
This mode allows you to select a series of highlights to play each week. If you win, you will not only get College Football 26 coins, but also more college teams will be interested in you, but if you lose, you may miss out on scholarships.
In addition, the team you create through Team Builder can also be universal, not only can it be introduced as a high school team in Road to Glory mode, but it can also be used in Dynasty mode.
Upgrade High School Players
Playing a high school team is to allow your players to enter better college teams and continue to become stronger through upgrades.
There are six ratings under Upgrade Player menu in Road To Glory. These ratings represent data based on the player’s position, which can be improved by consuming skill points to enhance the player’s corresponding attributes.
But it should be noted that you can only start upgrading your high school team after playing for 5 weeks in Road to Glory mode and waiting for the players to enter college. And the higher the attribute level, the higher the points required for upgrading.
How To Earn Skill Points?
In order to ensure that your players can continue to become stronger, there are many ways to earn skill points in the game, but there is no doubt that you need to invest time and effort.
Starting Skill Points Of Different Players
Once your player is promoted to college, you can start planning his career path on Choose Your Journey page, which includes the player’s available skill points. Generally speaking, the more solid a player’s basic qualities are, the more points he will get.
Create A Suitable Weekly Agenda
The weekly agenda in CUT 26 is used to earn benefits by properly planning the training content of the athlete during the week within the limited available energy.
Although training can bring you XP and help level up and gain skill points, it is important to note that overtraining can have a negative impact on players by causing injuries or having to neglect other intelligence attributes.
Active Practice
When playing Road To Glory mode, you can use Practice Drills under the Skill tab in the Practice Hub to let players practice leveling up. However, if they perform poorly, they may damage the player’s coach trust and future prospects.
Complete Different Challenges
There are many types of challenge tasks in CFB 26, including daily, seasonal, and ultimate. Completing them allows players to further improve their skills and earn XP when they use their talents.
Play Each Player’s Position
Actual game performance is also the main way to help players improve. In the game, you only need to ensure that your players play their positions to complete the designated tasks and gain XP.
On the other hand, repeatedly ignoring these performances will lose coach trust and fail to improve in time.
The above is the gameplay of creating a high school team and how to help these players upgrade after they enter college. I hope it can help you play NCAA 26! Have fun!
