  Kettle VS. Tempest

  These two weapons are assault rifles, and their rarity difference is the same as the previous two weapons (Kettle is a lower-tier common weapon). Let's look at their basic stats comparison:

  • Kettle deals 10 damage per bullet, and so does Tempest.

  As your character improves, you naturally want better weapons, but if high-level weapons aren't good enough, you're likely to gradually lose the motivation to improve yourself, or even stop playing the game altogether.

  Furthermore, this may also lead to an inability to judge the enemy's abilities and level based on their weapons in PvP battles, resulting in a lack of logic and system in PvP experience, turning it into a true "free-for-all," which is not a good thing.

  How To Change This?

  The reason these guns are so similar is mainly that the time it takes to kill with them is very similar. Considering that player characters in ARC Raiders have relatively weak defenses, the developers could try allowing shields to absorb more damage.

  This would increase your survivability, preventing battles from ending too quickly, thus allowing more room for differentiation in weapon design, making the differences between them more apparent.
