Therefore, you should focus on finding three-star transfer players with zero or very low NIL expectations. You can provide double the expected amount, such as offering 10 when the expectation is 0 or offering 20 when the expectation is 10, allowing scholarships and NIL ratios to create most of the advantage.

You should spread your hours across many targets instead of concentrating them on only a few players, because Transfer Portal window is short. Once you find a target being heavily pursued by other schools, immediately abandon that player and move on to the next overlooked three-star recruit.

If you encounter a highly talented player, you can provide a larger NIL offer as long as your budget allows. These players usually deliver strong performances and are worth the investment.

This strategy works extremely well under the default offline settings. However, if you participate in an Online Dynasty and every player uses a similar approach, competition will become much tougher and the effectiveness of this method will decrease.

Rebuilding a lower-star school is certainly challenging, but the official systems are not designed to create impossible tasks.
