WoW TBC Classic Anniversary 60-70 Leveling Guide | Secret Dungeon Tricks to Level Up Quickly!

WoW TBC pre-patch is live, but Outland won't open until February 5th. You can use this time to level up your characters to 60.
After the official WoW TBC Classic Anniversary launch, the level cap will reach 70, but the three team raid won't open immediately, and they will open on the 19th. The official intention is to use this time for players to level up, so let's look at how to effectively use this time to level from 60 to 70.

Dungeon Leveling
In the early stages of Outland's opening, open-world quest areas will be highly competitive, while leveling through dungeons will be much less competitive.
Furthermore, running dungeons can raise your reputation with your faction to Honored, and higher-level dungeons, accessible around level 67, can raise your reputation all the way to Revered and even Exalted. The advantage of this is that you can save a large number of quests until level 70 to earn extra WoW TBC Classic Anniversary gold.
Once you've raised your faction reputation to Honored through lower-level dungeons, completing quests in the corresponding area will grant even more reputation. Dungeon quests can also be saved until you reach Honored reputation before submitting them.
When farming in dungeons, it's advisable to carry some consumables. Magic Dust, which puts a target to sleep for up to 30 seconds, is especially useful in groups without mages or other crowd control classes, and can even be used to control the battlefield when facing a wipe, allowing you to pick off enemies one by one.
Tank players should prepare some Magic Candles. Their long range is ideal for precisely pulling mobs in densely packed rooms, preventing you from pulling too many enemies at once. This is particularly important for Paladin tanks, as your Avenger's Shield has a 30-second cooldown.
If your profession is Engineer, you can acquire the schematic for Arcane Bomb. In TBC dungeons, there are numerous spellcaster monsters; you can use these bombs to interrupt spellcasting.
Preparation
Upon arriving at Hellfire Peninsula, you should immediately set up your Hearthstone.
- Horde: Set it up in the inn in Thrallmar.
- Alliance: Set it up in the inn in Honor Hold.
Changing your Hearthstone location as quickly as possible is crucial; it allows you to quickly return to town to repair equipment, sell miscellaneous items, and complete quests.
Levels 60-62: Hellfire Peninsula
There are two dungeons on Hellfire Peninsula: Blood Furnace in the north and Hellfire Ramparts in the south.
Hellfire Ramparts is the dungeon you should attempt first, as defeating the final boss will reward you with a letter, regardless of your faction. Returning this letter to the corresponding NPC in Thrallmar or Honor Hold will reward you with experience and unlock a follow-up quest that will guide you to Blood Furnace.
If you find Bloodforge too difficult at level 60, your gear might not be up to par. You can farm in Hellfire Ramparts, which also provides considerable experience and reputation.
Levels 62-64: Coilfang Reservoir
Next is Zangarmarsh. In the central part of this area, you'll find Coilfang Reservoir, which contains two dungeons: Slave Pens and Underbog. Both will increase your reputation with Cenarion Expeditio.
You can set your hearthstone at Coilfang Reservoir inn, while Alliance players have a closer option at the inn in Telredor.
Before entering any dungeon, remember to accept the quest at the dungeon entrance. This quest requires you to interact with NPCs in Underswamp and Slave Pens. However, note that the experience reward from Underbog is significantly lower than Slave Pens, with an average completion time difference of only one minute.
Unless you urgently need to gain reputation with Cenarion Expeditio or obtain items from quest rewards, it's not recommended to specifically follow this Underbog for this quest.
You can grind in Slave Pens until level 64 or even 65, at which point you should have reached Honored reputation with Cenarion Expeditio.
Levels 64-65: Mana-Tombs
Next is Mana-Tombs in Terokkar Forest. You can pick up the related quests outside the dungeon. This dungeon can increase your reputation with The Consortium.
Note that The Consortium's rewards offer limited improvement for most classes, and there's no corresponding Heroic difficulty dungeon for quick reputation gains. Furthermore, Mana-Tombs takes a long time to complete, and the experience reward is mediocre. Therefore, it's recommended that you only complete it once to finish all the quests, after which you can return to Slave Pens to continue leveling.
Level 65: Ring of Blood Arena And Auchenai Crypts
Ring of Blood
You need to travel to Nagrand in Outland to participate in this arena event. It consists of a series of quests that reward a lot of XP and a powerful weapon. If you already have a regular five-man dungeon party, you can complete it together.
Auchenai Crypts
Auchenai Crypts, also located in Terokkar Forest, can increase your reputation with Lower City. Auchenai Crypts are quick to complete, but offer less experience per run. While there are quests outside this dungeon, unlocking the entire quest chain is complex; for pure farming, directly grinding for experience might be more efficient.
Level 66-67: Caverns of Time And Sethekk Halls
The key quest at level 66 is to travel to Caverns of Time in Tanaris. Speak with the bronze dragon at the entrance to start a short quest chain to enter the first dungeon: Old Hillsbrad Foothills.
After completing this quest chain, you gain Keepers of Time reputation and unlock the next dungeon, Black Morass. Black Morass is crucial as it's the final step in the subsequent Karazhan key questline.
At level 67, you can choose to go to Sethekk Halls. It also increases Lower City reputation and offers better rewards. There are two quests at the dungeon entrance. Most importantly, after defeating the final boss, Key to Shadow Labyrinth in the chest is essential for entering the next key dungeon.
Then you can go to Area 52 of Netherstorm to begin the long Key to the Arcatraz quest chain. This is necessary for entering Arcatraz dungeon, which is also part of the Karazhan key questline.
Levels 68-70: Karazhan Key Quest
Upon reaching level 68, the first priority is to unlock Karazhan Attunement. You need to go to Karazhan entrance at Deadwind Pass, accept two quests from an NPC, collect Ghostly Essence in the nearby tombs, and use the quest item. Upon completion, the quest will ultimately guide you to Shattrath City to pick up a quest and obtain three key fragments.
- The first fragment is in the final boss room of Shadow Labyrinth.
- The second fragment is in Steamvault.
- The third fragment is in Arcatraz.
While progressing through the key questline, you can focus on farming the following high-level dungeons from level 68 up to level 70, all of which will raise your reputation to Exalted:
- Black Morass: Increases reputation with Keepers of Time.
- Steamvault: Increases reputation with Cenarion Expedition.
- Shadow Labyrinth: Increases reputation with Lower City.
- Shattered Halls: Increases reputation with Thrallmar or Honor Hold, and group completion is recommended.
By following the upgrade path above, you can not only level up quickly, but also complete the task of unlocking Karrazhan raid, allowing you to participate as soon as the raid opens.
