Monopoly GO Pawprint Express Guide | How to Earn Express Coins & Upgrade Carriages Fast?

Hi Tycoons! The new Monopoly Go album started in early February! Are you ready to embark on a journey with your pet in Pawprint Express?
Like Hogwarts Express, Pawprint Express features a ranking system each sticker season. You can take your pet to a more luxurious carriage, with even better prizes waiting for you! Let's see how it works this sticker season!

Pawprint Express Rules
Monopoly Go Pawprint Express can be seen as a higher-level tournament event. It starts with each season and resets at the end of the season.
You might think it's similar to battle passes in other games, but there are actually significant differences. Season passes in other games are designed to keep players engaged, and as long as you keep playing, you can get all the rewards.
But Monopoly Go Pawprint Express is different. It's a competitive reward system. In each sticker album season, only the most outstanding players have a chance to reach the highest rank. And this percentage is likely less than 1%.
How to Get Rewards from Pawprint Express?
Pawprint Express's rules are derived from Tycoon Express. Each player starts at the initial Tycoon Class Level and advances their class (carriage level) based on Express Coins they collect.
Each time you advance a car, you earn more rewards from tournaments. Additionally, reaching new levels grants you limited-edition cosmetics for the current sticker season, such as token skins or shield skins.
Posh Pets album has some unique features, including customizable Style Tokens. You can collect Style Tokens to customize their appearance. Pawprint Express rewards may include some rare style accessories!
So, the key question is how to acquire Express Coins. Experienced tournament winners know that simply participating in tournaments earns you Express Coins, and the higher your ranking, the more Coins you receive after the tournament ends!
Pawprint Express Rankings
Pawprint Express rankings are independent of other players and depend solely on Express Coins you earn. That said, only players who consistently rank highly in tournaments have a chance to reach the highest tiers.
- Tycoon Class: 5 Express Coins
- Premier Class: 20 Express Coins
- Deluxe Class: 40 Express Coins
- Elite Class: 65 Express Coins
- Supreme Class: 100 Express Coins
- Monopoly Class I: 140 Express Coins
- Monopoly Class II: 180 Express Coins
- Monopoly Class III: 220 Express Coins
- Monopoly Class IV: 260 Express Coins
- Monopoly Class V: 310 Express Coins
While Monopoly Class V is very difficult to achieve, once you reach it, you've earned all the rewards, and no further rewards are offered.
How to Win Tournaments?
Compared to previous sticker seasons, there's good news this season: Express Coin rewards in tournament rankings have been increased. Perhaps considering that too few players were reaching high ranks before, the developers made this adjustment. Now, the top-ranked player will receive 20 Express Coins! Tenth place will also receive 7 Express Coins, whereas previously only the top-ranked player received 8.
However, it's worth noting that Express Coin rewards for ranking below tenth remain unchanged. This means that if you consistently rank last in tournaments, you still need to participate in 5 tournaments to advance to the next stage. So how can you improve your tournament ranking?
Tournament Rules and Tips
Your ranking in tournaments is determined by the points you earn. To earn points, you need to successfully land your tokens on the railway squares on the board. After triggering a mini-game, you will receive points:
Shutdown
- Shutdown Blocked: 2 points
- Shutdown Success: 4 points
Bank Heist
- Small Heist: 4 Points
- Large Heist: 6 Points
- Bankrupt: 8 Points
- Mega Heist Gold Bars: 12 Points
Sometimes, tournament Bank Heist events offer double points, meaning Mega Heist Gold Bars can provide 24 points! However, the points awarded for Shutdowns usually don't change much.
The flash event that can help you quickly surpass other players is Bank Heist. Mega Heist Gold Bars can only be triggered during its active period. Although not officially announced, your chances of triggering Bank Heist may be increased.
If you want to save dice, it's best to manually roll the dice and set the multiplier when near the railway blocks (one on each of the four sides), and hope it lands in the correct position.
Another dice-saving trick is to coordinate with your friend so neither of you equips shields on your buildings. This way, even if you enter Shutdown minigame, you can still successfully shut down your opponent's buildings and get 4 points. In other words, if you use this strategy, you can get at least 4 points!
Some players have reported that when they try to catch up to the tournament leader, another player always overtakes them immediately, leading some to suspect bots. To avoid this, try starting your push for first place in the last hour before the tournament ends. There will be far fewer distractions, and you can also assess whether becoming number one will waste too many dice.
That concludes the content and tips from Monopoly Go Posh Pets album, Pawprint Express. Hopefully, this will help you reach Monopoly Class V!
