  By late August, MLB regular season has already entered its second half. At this stage, many high-potential prospects who spent the early part of the season in Minor Leagues begin receiving opportunities to appear in MLB.

  MLB 26 released a new batch of Pipeline Series cards on August 21, along with a full set of content centered around the series, including a Program, Collection, event, and more. Let's take a look at how you can obtain all of the new Pipeline cards.

  

  Collection Cards

  Whenever MLB The Show 26 releases a new card series, completing Collection usually allows you to obtain the vast majority of the new cards. Even if you skip one or two cards, you can still fill the gaps later through market trades.

  Let's first take a look at the new Collection cards and their unlock requirements.

  99 OVR Kade Anderson, Mariners (20 Cards)

  Kade Anderson is a left-handed starting pitcher with five different pitches:

  • 4-Seam Fastball
  • Slider
  • 12-6 Curve
  • Circle Change
  • Sinker

  His Clutch rating is 100, which is somewhat low compared with some of the cards released recently, but his H/9 is quite solid.

  Overall, this card has good ratings across the board without any particularly outstanding strengths. As an alternative left-handed starter, he is a solid and reliable option.

  99 OVR Josue De Paula, Dodgers (30 Cards)

  Josue De Paula can play both left and right field, although his Speed rating is only 58. For an outfielder, that level of speed could affect his performance. However, this card is excellent at the plate.

  Josue De Paula has both left and right Contact ratings above 100, while his Clutch is already maxed out at 125 from the start. His Power ratings sit around 90, and Parallel upgrades can push these numbers even higher.

  99 OVR Jesús Made, Brewers (40 Cards)

  Jesús Made is the final reward of Pipeline Series. He is a switch hitter who can play shortstop, second base, and third base.

  Even without any Parallel upgrades, this card is already extremely strong. Once upgraded to Parallel 5, he will have 99 Speed, 95 Steal, and an almost maxed-out Arm rating, allowing him to perform effectively at any infield position.

  He is also more than capable at third base, especially thanks to his excellent Fielding and Reaction ratings, both of which can exceed 90.

  At the plate, his Contact ratings are impressive. Aside from Vision, every hitting-related rating will reach at least 109.

  His Power is slightly weaker compared with his other attributes, but it is still quite respectable overall. All things considered, this is definitely a card worth pursuing.

  To complete this Collection and unlock Jesús Made, you need to lock in a total of 40 cards, while 42 cards are available to collect in the series. In other words, you can skip 2 cards. It is recommended to skip Leo De Vries first, followed by whichever card has the highest market value at the time.

  Existing Cards in the Series

  Before this large content update, several Pipeline Series cards had already been added to the game. Although they became available earlier, they are also part of this Collection:

  • Joshua Báez: Obtained through Joshua Baez Program.
  • Max Clark: Located on the 6th Inning XP Path and unlocked at 22,000 XP.
  • Kaelen Culpepper: Available from August Spotlight Drop 1 and unlocked after reaching 20 points.
  • George Lombard Jr.: Available from a free pack in the store. This pack currently has no expiration date and is expected to remain available until the end of the game cycle.

  All of these cards are easy to obtain and can already be locked into the collection. Aside from these four cards, you still need 36 more cards in total to unlock Jesús Made. This requires a large number of MLB The Show 26 stubs or packs.

  How to Obtain the Other Pipeline Cards?

  

  Apart from the cards that were already available, the remaining cards in this series can mainly be obtained through the following methods, with 31 cards available in total:

  Pipeline Program

  Pipeline Program contains 5 directly obtainable player cards and 4 Pipeline Choice Packs.

  Each time you open a Choice Pack, you can select 3 players from a group of available options. The player cards from these Choice Packs are no-sell and do not appear on the market. Therefore, these packs are the only way to obtain these specific players.

  Store Packs

  The Store features Deluxe Packs, Premier Packs, and Ultra Packs. Keep in mind that the players available in these Store Packs are different from those found in Pipeline Program Choice Packs. The former can be traded on the market, while the players from Choice Packs can only be obtained by opening the packs.

  There is also a Chase Pack card, Leo De Vries. This is an extremely powerful card. Like Jesús Made, he is also a switch-hitting shortstop with excellent abilities. However, he currently requires several hundred thousand stubs.

  The good news is that you can obtain a No Sell version of Leo De Vries by completing My Legacy Pipeline. You need to earn a total of 250,000 PXP using Pipeline Players.

  Conquest

  This Conquest Map contains:

  • Deluxe Pack

  • Premier Choice Pack

  After completing the entire map, you can also earn a no-sell Choice Pack containing 3 players. This reward can be earned repeatedly, with 8 strongholds needing to be conquered each time.

  Mini Seasons

  Although Pipeline Mini Season does not contain any exclusive player cards, it provides a large number of packs:

  • Ultra Choice Pack: Earn 20,000 PXP with any players;
  • Vault Pack: Unlocked after recording 75 hits;
  • Deluxe Choice Pack: Earned by completing simple statistical objectives, such as recording 100 hits;

  All-Star Midsummer Classic Pack: Unlocked by hitting 22 home runs with players aged 22 or younger.

  In Mini Seasons, you can select a higher difficulty and customize the stadium to gain a PXP boost, allowing you to reach the objectives more quickly.

  While MLB The Show 26 Pipeline collection is somewhat difficult, Pipeline Program and shop packs already provide most of the cards. As long as you farm some packs, you should be able to complete the collection.
