Diablo 4 Season 14 PTR 3.1.0 Massive Overhaul! Class Nerfs & Mythic Uniques 3.0 Shock Players

Players, Diablo 4 has just announced the exciting release date and related information for the 3.1.0 Public Test Realm! Will Season 14 bring more nerfs or buffs? While the PTR doesn't represent the final Season 14 release, we still need to see what we should pay attention to in the 3.1.0 Public Test Realm.
From June 2nd to June 9th (Pacific Time), players will have one week to participate in the PTR and provide feedback.
This update doesn't add a lot of new content; instead, it restructures the game's architecture after Lord of Hatred and improves existing systems.
Solo Self Found Mode
Finally, starting with Season 14, players can choose Solo Self Found mode. In this mode, trading and party play are prohibited, stash progress is independent and cannot be shared with characters in normal mode, and it features its own leaderboard.
Solo Self Found provides official support for players who prefer to play entirely solo, increasing the diversity of gameplay in Diablo 4, which is generally a good thing.

Mythic Uniques 3.0
Surprisingly, in Diablo 4 Season 14, Mythic Uniques will undergo a fundamental change.
Specifically, players can obtain Mythic items through natural drops in the game, or they can upgrade a Unique item to a Mythic Unique using a device similar to Horadric Cube, consuming Season 14-specific materials.
However, the specific benefits that Mythic items will bring are currently unclear; we'll have to wait for the PTR testing on June 2nd to determine this.
We hope this Mythic Uniques 3.0 system will compensate for the significant nerfs to all classes that we will be discussing later.
Tower and Leaderboard Rewards Update
In Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred, Tower gameplay offers almost no decent rewards beyond a few pages of simple completion rewards.
However, Season 14 will introduce ranking rewards to the leaderboards. The top 1000, top 500, and even number one players each week will receive rewards including a Halo Cosmetic, a Prestige Title, and a Gear Cache.
Additionally, there will be a permanent Emmblem displaying your highest ranking on any weekly leaderboard in the previous season.
War Plans Team Up Update
For those who enjoy teamwork in Diablo 4, War Plans system now features a team up option. Season 14 will allow groups of 2-4 people. After setting up identical War Plans in your capital city, everyone's progress will be synchronized. Each plan reset costs 2 marks. Each player can reset once, so your team can reset a maximum of four times.
However, the development team didn't mention whether War Plans could be shared between accounts. This means that if you're creating a new character, you might need to redo all War Plans from scratch, which is very inconvenient for solo players without a fixed team.
We can wait and see if Diablo 4 Season 14 will add account-sharing functionality to War Plans.
Horadric Cube Enhancement
Another very useful enhancement in this update is for Horadric Cubes. Players can now perform Focused Reroll on Uniques, changing the random attributes of one or two days. Unique Charms also benefit from this reroll mechanism.
It has to be said that this Reroll mechanism greatly increases the flexibility of equipment customization and optimization, making players even more eager for the arrival of Season 14.
Season 14 Events and Content
In terms of season content, let's first look at Pandemonium Ruptures. After clicking on an object in the open world, the more monsters a player kills in the surrounding area, the better the rewards.
Secondly, Realmwalker 2.0 will introduce players who follow and defeat wandering Realmwalkers to enter their rooms for even greater rewards. This is reportedly a significant source of Lair Boss keys and Mythic items.
Additionally, a seasonal boss, Corrupted Reaper Lair Boss, will be added. Because it drops Mythic items and a special currency for upgrading Mythic items, Corrupted Reaper Lair Boss is expected to become a primary target for players to repeatedly farm in Season 14.
Class Balance Adjustments
Remember the significant nerfs we mentioned earlier? That's right, in Season 14, almost all classes have been significantly nerfed, with only Paladin receiving a minor buff.
Paladin was previously in a very poor position, and while it has received some minor buffs, this is far from enough to make it top-tier.
Spiritborn's strongest build has also been nerfed; Warlock's Overpower stacking mechanism has been reduced from 4 stacks to 2, severely affecting the entire Overpower build archetype; Necromancer has had both damage and survivability reduced; Barbarians haven't escaped either.
Sorcerers are the hardest hit, with Ball Lightning build almost completely dead, and Boundless only increasing Crackling Energy Damage. Furthermore, we can't collect extra energy at Maximum Crackling Energy, making rapid stacking impossible.
Overall Nerfs to Mythic and Unique Items
Besides class nerfs, mythic and unique items themselves have also been significantly weakened.
The affixes have also changed. Previously, some Mythic items were guaranteed to have powerful affixes like Critical Strike Chance and Lucky Hit; now, they are guaranteed to have Movement Speed, while other affixes are no longer guaranteed.
Additionally, Aspect of Glynn's Anvil, which could previously stack to over 95%, is now capped at 40%, significantly reducing the defensive capabilities of all classes that rely on it.
Let's wait for the official release of the 3.1.0 PTR; then our remaining questions about Diablo 4 Season 14 will be answered!
