Diablo 2 Resurrected Ladder Season 13 From Rags to Riches | Farm BiS Gear Instantly Using This One Weird Method

Category: D2 Resurrected Posted: Mar 03, 2026 Views: 1626

Whether you're a new player drawn in by Warlock in Diablo 2 Resurrected or a veteran looking to start over in Season 13, you'll likely find yourself lacking gear in the early game.

Good gear can make leveling up much easier, but if you're unsure where to quickly acquire it, the following route might be helpful.

Diablo 2 Resurrected Ladder Season 13 From Rags to Riches | Farm BiS Gear Instantly Using This One Weird Method

Advantages

First, let's discuss why you should choose this route. Enigma is an extremely powerful item that allows you to teleport across the entire screen, but as a new player, you might not yet have it. The biggest advantage of this short gear-farming route is that it doesn't require Enigma Runeword for Teleport.

It's perfect for beginners. It helps you acquire a large amount of basic items, runes, gold, unique items, and other resources. Plus, it's very short, allowing you to cycle through it repeatedly.

This route isn't about difficulty, but first, make sure you've completed all Act's quests. Also, try to have as many players as possible at your party, since you can get more drops.

Pindleskin

First, teleport to Harrogath, then head to the vicinity of Nihlathak's Temple. Your target is Pindleskin.

Pindleskin has a chance to drop very good gear, but to increase the drop rate, stack as much Magic Find as possible on your equipment.

After defeating Pindleskin, you'll see other monsters spawn around you, and clear these out as well. This area also provides a lot of XP, making it an excellent spot if you want to level up quickly.

The other monsters also drop some decent gear, and even if you don't need it yourself, you can sell it to a vendor or trade it with other players.

Inner Cloister

Inner Cloister in Act 1 frequently spawns a large number of Elites, most commonly Bone Ash, and sometimes other elites. Defeating these monsters will yield a lot of loot. You can sell them for gold or use them to upgrade your mercenaries' equipment.

Champion groups frequently spawn in this area, so be sure to thoroughly check every room in Inner Cloister. Don't forget to open all the chests and caskets in this area, and these items have a chance to drop gems, which are very useful for beginners.

Travincal

Travincal is where Council members reside, and they drop a lot of gold. Depending on your MF (Magic Find) value, they also have a chance to drop unique equipment, set items, Rares, Charms, and most importantly, Runes. If you need to collect Diablo 2 Resurrected Runewords, Council's Rune drop rate is exceptionally high.

After clearing Travincal, you can use a portal to return to town, have Cain appraise your items for free, and then sell the unwanted equipment to merchants. You can basically earn several thousand gold per trip.

Frigid Highlands and Eldrich

Next is Frigid Highlands in Act 5. Heading north, you'll find Eldritch the Rectifier, which is a smaller dark demon. Defeating it often drops good gear, such as rare amulets.

Before heading south to kill Shank the Overseer, head north a short distance, then explore west. Elite mobs sometimes spawn here. Sometimes you might even encounter an extra boss. These extra monsters provide more opportunities to obtain top-tier gear.

Shank the Overseer

Shank the Overseer is your final enemy. Be aware that he's quite powerful, not as easy to deal with as Eldrich. If you kill Shank beforehand, some of the smaller mobs around him will automatically die due to their bond with him.

Besides Shank, you'll see many other bosses nearby. Defeating them all yields considerable rewards. So after killing Shank, don't forget to check the surrounding area for chests and more elite mobs. After you've visited all the locations, press ESC and select “Save and Exit.” This will save you a teleportation scroll. Re-enter the game and repeat the process. You'll quickly accumulate a considerable fortune.

Gambling

Once you've accumulated a significant amount of gold, you can gamble at the merchant. You can hold down the Shift key and right click to quickly gamble for necklaces or other equipment you need.

Focus on equipment with skill bonuses, such as +1 Paladin skill, +1 Barbarian skill, +1 Assassin Shadow skill, etc. If you need even more equipment, you can also pursue items with the MF affix.

Through this method, you can obtain items with skill bonuses and then try trading them with other players for runes or other items. These items can become very valuable if the random attributes are favorable. If you gamble for a necklace with bad attributes, sell it to recoup your gold.

Although gambling is expensive, it's entirely affordable because this equipment farming route brings you a large amount of gold. Continue this cycle, and you'll accumulate considerable wealth.

This equipment farming route isn't the best, but for beginners, it's highly profitable. If you're willing to cycle through this route a few times, you can quickly replace all your equipment and accumulate gold, then you can look for more efficient equipment farming routes.
