LSS Event mechanics

During the event, the game world of Sonaria falls under the sway of a malevolent force. Specific areas become infected daily, requiring a collective effort from you and the rest of the community to fight back.

When an area becomes corrupted, you must rush there to defeat corrupted enemies and destroy Corrupted Growths and Corrupt Fungus. You then need to donate Mushrooms to activate Purification Shrine and fully cleanse the area.

Notably, destroying Corrupt Fungus yields Corrupt Spores; you must transport these to Volcano Island and cast them into the lava to destroy them completely.

As LSS event spans two weeks, new corrupted zones will appear daily. To ensure you can cleanse every area in time, it is highly recommended to buy Creatures of Sonaria Mushrooms on IGGM to keep your currency reserves well-stocked.

Upon completing a purification, you will earn Corrupted Shrooms, a special currency exclusive to LSS event, which can be used in the event shop to redeem a rotating selection of items.

As for plushies, Void plushie comes highly recommended. A highlight of this event, it offers a massive damage boost in exchange for a negligible reduction in speed.

Equipping two Void plushies grants a damage increase comparable to max-level damage stats. Furthermore, this bonus stacks multiplicatively with other damage buffs.

Sea plushie boosts your movement speed; if you play as an aquatic creature, it allows you to navigate land much more effectively.

As for Sky plushie, it is ideal for players seeking maximum creature movement speed. Although it requires a trade-off in carrying capacity, its speed bonus applies to the base speed before modifiers, ultimately yielding the greatest possible speed boost.

Why should you participate in this event?

While CoS hosts various events throughout the year, LSS event arguably offers the highest value for farming.

This is not only because the event offers a variety of new, rare rewards, but also because it takes place during the summer, a time when more people are on vacation and player activity surges significantly.
