Recently, IGGM.com noticed an article published by TopWoWAccount.com claiming that it had established a strategic partnership with IGGM, that IGGM had acquired an 80% stake in the company, and that it was using IGGM's name to promote its World of Warcraft account services.

However, we wish to state clearly: these claims are entirely false. IGGM has no partnership with TopWoWAccount and has never authorized TopWoWAccount to conduct any business on its behalf.

We are issuing this clarification because such claims could mislead loyal IGGM users into believing that TopWoWAccount is operated by, affiliated with, or officially endorsed by IGGM.

This is simply not the case.

Beware of Misleading Third-Party Claims

We understand that many long-time IGGM users, appreciating our services and products, might naturally trust websites claiming an official relationship with IGGM.

Therefore, false related statements can pose serious risks and may even cause you financial loss.

Websites like TopWoWAccount often lack any competitive advantage in their own services; their only way to gain exposure is to exploit the names, logos, reputations, or popularity of industry peers to make their own products or services appear more trustworthy. But can a platform that so casually fabricates partnerships really be trusted?

IGGM Is Committed to Customer Safety and Brand Reputation

Furthermore, platforms that deceive users by trading on IGGM's name often leave trusting customers with nowhere to turn when problems arise. This is not an isolated incident.

As a popular gaming service marketplace, IGGM frequently sees competitors or individual sellers using our name to deceive players. Players lose money, while IGGM suffers damage to the brand reputation we have worked so hard to build. It is a lose-lose situation.

Customer trust is paramount to IGGM, and we never want to see such situations occur.

IGGM has built its solid reputation by maintaining direct communication with customers and providing services exclusively through our official website (https://www.iggm.com/). We do not want customers to make purchasing decisions based on unauthorized statements published by unrelated third-party websites.

In particular, the mere mention of IGGM, the display of IGGM logo, or claims of a partnership in articles published by TopWoWAccount do not constitute proof of an official partnership.

We strongly advise users to verify such claims through official IGGM channels before making a purchase or providing personal account and payment information.

Verifying Official Relationships with IGGM

If other websites or individuals claim to represent IGGM or assert a partnership with us, please do not rely solely on their unilateral statements.

To confirm the authenticity of such information, please verify it independently using the following methods:

• Check if the partnership is announced on the official IGGM website.
• Verify the information directly via IGGM Live Chat before making a purchase.

Official IGGM Support Channels

IGGM provides 24/7 global customer support, available year-round. To ensure you are communicating with genuine IGGM staff, please use only the following officially confirmed channels:

The official IGGM website and customer service team are the reliable sources for confirming information regarding our services and business relationships.

Please remain vigilant regarding websites that use IGGM's name or logo for their own promotion. Never provide account credentials, payment details, or other sensitive information to a third party simply because they claim to be an IGGM partner.

If you encounter a website claiming an affiliation with IGGM, please contact our official customer service team for verification. Do not trust such claims without independent confirmation from IGGM, so as to avoid any unnecessary losses.

We will continue to monitor for misleading statements, unauthorized use of IGGM name, and other attempts to falsely associate our brand with our brand.

Please keep an eye on this page and official IGGM channels for the latest updates.
