  A post on Reddit points out that, at level 70, turning in quests marked as level 70 seems to involve a bug. These quests fail to convert the intended XP into the corresponding gold.

  For instance, the quest The Ata'mal Terrace rewards only 11 gold and 40 silver at level 70 - an amount identical to what players receive before reaching the cap. If a player completed all quests in Shadowmoon Valley at level 70, the total gold earned would be roughly 600 gold. However, when accounting for the gold that should come from converted experience, the total would theoretically be 1,600 gold.
