  Ethereum Prison Key

  Ethereum Prison Key is the only key to open Ethereum Prison. In the current BCC Anniversary Phase 2, there are three main ways to obtain it:

  1. Daily Dungeon Quests

  Accept the daily dungeon quest on Normal difficulty from Nether-Stalker Mah'duun in Lower City. Completing it will reward you with an Ethereum Prison Key.

  2. Heroic Dungeons

  It is recommended that players choose Mana-Tombs. Completing a single dungeon rewards 4-6 Ethereum Prison Keys, making it one of the most profitable farming methods available in TBC Classic.

  3. Open World Monster Farming

  This method is best suited for solo players. Farming monsters in the open world typically yields a 1%-3% drop rate.   However, there's a prerequisite for open world monster farming: your Consortium reputation must be Honored or higher, and you must complete the quest A Mission of Mercy with Commander Ameer.

  Gold Making

  After meeting all the prerequisites and opening Ethereum Prison, there's a high probability that level 71 hostile mobs will spawn inside.

  These monsters have a 100% chance of dropping a level 70 green or blue item upon defeat. Enchanters will disenchant these items on-site into Enchantment materials, yielding a large amount of high-value materials such as Large Prismatic Shards (sell for 18-23 Gold), Greater Planar Essences (priced between 8-11 Gold), and Arcane Dust (around 26 Gold per stack).

  If your gear is good, you can farm nearly 100 Ethereum Prisons per hour, meaning you'll need 100 Ethereum Prison Keys. Even if all keys are obtained from the auction house, based on testing, you can earn approximately 550+ TBC Classic Gold. In other words, if you obtain keys through questing and monster farming, you can earn even more Gold.

  Furthermore, as mentioned above, there's a chance to encounter friendly NPCs who will directly grant you and each member of your raid 500 reputation points with your faction.

  Trading Strategies

  You can choose to resell it immediately after disenchanting it into Enchantment materials, or you can wait until Friday to put it on the auction house. Many players in the community have found that the prices of many materials are inflated and the market is better on Fridays.

  At the same time, monitor the price of Netherweave Cloth on the auction house daily.
