  Delirium Scarab of Mania

  Delirium Scarab of Mania costs around 1 Chaos Orb. Its effect increases the fill rate of Delirium reward counters by 100% and increases the rate at which Delirium increases as you move away from the mirror by 50%.

  You may also want to combine this with other mechanics, such as Beyond, Abyss, or Breach.   Astrolabe

  Map Selection

  

  You can simply use corrupted 8-mod maps as long as your build can handle them. There is no need to run Tier 16.5.

  Do not use Delirium-infused maps, because they prevent you from placing a Delirium Mirror in the map, which would invalidate the entire strategy.

  City Square

  If your build is not strong enough, this is a very comfortable option. You can quickly kill the boss and then clear the rest of the map, but fewer Simulacrum Splinters will drop, making the strategy more dependent on Delirium Orb RNG.
