Monopoly Go's last Golden Blitz just ended, and the next one is just around the corner. Bon Appétit album will bid farewell on October 15th. Three Golden Blitz events have already taken place, and judging by the remaining time, the fourth Golden Blitz will be the penultimate one.
The two cards selected this time are five-star gold cards from sets 13 and 15. If you're still missing the gold cards from these two sticker sets, be sure to check out this event.
Date
Bon Appétit album will end in about a week, and the final two Golden Blitz events will be very packed. Let's first look at the dates of previous events:
- October 5, 2025 to October 6, 2025: Hot Diggity Dog (set 15) and Pressing (set 16)
- October 1, 2025 to October 2, 2025: Ratatouille (set 14) and The Cave (set 16)
- September 20, 2025 to September 21, 2025: Saskatoon Pie (set 11) and Perfect Piece (set 12)
Based on the above dates, we estimate that this Golden Blitz will begin on October 9 and end on October 10.
Which Two Gold Cards Were Selected?
Gold Cards of Golden Blitz are chosen by community voting. This time, 81,113 votes were cast, and the results are as follows:
- Set 13 - Black Forest Cake: 21,902 votes (27%)
- Set 15 - Big Blue Cheese: 21,868 votes (27%)
- Set 17 - Mango Lassi: 17,786 votes (22%)
- Set 18 - Lord Licorice: 8,905 votes (11%)
- Set 19 - Entrée: 10,652 votes (13%)
The first and second place results were very close. Fortunately, since you can choose two Gold Cards in Golden Blitz event, there's no need for re-voting. Therefore, the two five-star Gold Cards for this event are Monopoly Go Black Forest Cake (set 13) and Big Blue Cheese (set 15).
How To Participate In Golden Blitz?
Although Golden Blitz is a flash event, it lasts a very long time, typically between 15 and 24 hours. You can participate as long as you're online during the event.
Two Gold Cards are pre-selected for each Golden Blitz, and the selected cards are different each time. Previously selected cards will not be repeated, so it's best not to miss out on any event. They are tradeable during the event; otherwise, Gold Cards are untradeable. If you successfully trade Gold Cards during a Golden Blitz event, you'll have an easier time getting the album rewards.
Players have five opportunities to trade Gold Cards with other players each day, and during the event, you'll have five additional opportunities to trade with other players. You can send trade requests to five of your friends. Once you receive a response from one player and receive Monopoly Go sticker you want, the other four will be canceled.
Whether you're short of the two Gold Cards or not, it's recommended that you don't miss any Golden Blitz events, as they offer you the opportunity to trade for the regular cards you're still missing. During each Golden Blitz event, players trade with greater enthusiasm and frequency than usual. Is it more likely you'll get the cards you want during this time?
How To Get More Gold Cards?
Gold cards are the rarest and most infrequent cards. The rarer the pack, the higher its chance of appearing. A reliable way to get a Gold card is through Wild stickers. Let's take a look at each pack.
Tier C: Yellow, Pink, And Green Sticker Packs
As the most common sticker packs in Monopoly Go, they are a reliable source of low-star cards. You can easily obtain these packs through Quick Wins, tournaments, and banner events, but they rarely even yield 4- and 5-star cards, so pinning your hopes on them is not recommended.
Tier B: Blue And Purple Packs
These two packs have a slightly higher chance of yielding Gold cards, primarily because they contain more cards. Compared to Tier C packs, they are more difficult to obtain, typically only available as ranked rewards in tournaments or as rewards from special events.
Tier A: Red Packs
Red Packs can also be considered 6-star packs, guaranteeing a 6-star card. 6-star cards are rare, and two of them are 6-star gold cards. Therefore, the chance of receiving a gold card in a red pack is relatively high.
Tier S: Swap Packs And Wild Stickers
These two are typically the final rewards of large special events, requiring a high roll of the dice to obtain them. Swap Packs contain rare stickers, and you can swap out unwanted cards. Wild stickers, on the other hand, can be transformed into any card in the album. Both have a high chance of providing a gold card.
That's all for the Golden Blitz event! Join the community and find gold cardholders willing to trade with you! Hopefully, you'll get all the rewards before the album ends!
If you don't have either of the two gold cards in this event and don't find other players who want to trade with you, you can buy Monopoly Go Black Forest Cake (set 13) and Big Blue Cheese (set 15) on IGGM.
