This is itself a natural form of physical balance.

  However, the vast majority of female players are only around 165–172 cm tall and weigh approximately 60–65 kg. In EA FC 26, they could still obtain the Lengthy style through the adjusted thresholds introduced by official.

  This means they could simultaneously have the agility and flexibility of smaller players while also benefiting from the extremely high straight-line sprinting speed provided by Lengthy mechanic.

  This combination completely goes against the original design logic behind Lengthy. Female players do not have to deal with the physical drawbacks associated with larger players, yet they can still enjoy the long-distance acceleration benefits.

  These female wide players have therefore become part of the meta because their speed allows them to leave the vast majority of ordinary players completely unable to catch them.

  The Official Response

  In FC 26, the official team previously introduced more specific AcceleRATE variations, including Controlled Lengthy, Mostly Lengthy, Controlled Explosive, and Mostly Explosive. This was actually a relatively reasonable way to fine-tune the system.

  Separate Matchmaking

  The official team could easily take inspiration from the existing Cross-play toggle. If players can choose whether they want to match against PC or PlayStation players, why should they not also be able to choose whether they want to participate in mixed-gender matches?

  The official team could add the following options to improve fairness in FC 27:

  • Women's Matches Only
  • Mixed Matches

  This kind of setting would better accommodate different player preferences while making the overall gameplay experience more reasonable.

  Strengthening the presence of female players in EA FC 27 is reasonable because it can bring more attention to women's football. However, the game is still highly competitive, so maintaining gameplay balance should remain one of the official team's highest priorities.
