Player Absences

- Exit Interview: Players may express dissatisfaction with the manager and the club during interviews, requiring you to promptly repair any ties.
Fans And Community

Although fans can be demanding at times, they are also willing to step up and offer whatever support they can when their team is truly struggling. Local businesses can also host community events to help you secure more transfer funds.

Financial Boosts

Despite all the negative surprises, there are also positive surprises. These include new capital injections and financial returns, as well as more generous sponsors and financial support from new club owners.

Health And Illness
