After a month-long wait, ARC Raiders February 2026 Shrouded Sky update is finally here! Perhaps due to time constraints, January's Headwinds content wasn't very substantial, leading to higher expectations for Shrouded Sky.
Fortunately, according to the official announcement, February update is packed with content! It should keep you playing until the next update arrives.
Furthermore, with more competitors entering the market, even though Shrouded Sky isn't yet implemented in the game, we believe ARC Raiders won't cut corners, as the negative impact of player loss is no joke.
Below, we'll introduce all the new content brought by Shrouded Sky to help you quickly adapt to the upcoming new raid battlefield.

Shrouded Sky release date
The official release time for this update is February 24, 2026, 1:30 AM PST. Of course, the exact time may vary depending on time zones.
March update is expected to be released in about a month. While Shrouded Sky will end then, most of its content will remain permanently in the game, so you shouldn't worry about missing out on certain gameplay features.
New map condition: Hurricane
ARC Raiders updates map conditions much more frequently than the maps themselves. This is actually quite advantageous, as it means you can often earn double loot or trial points in entirely new environments.
Hurricane map condition from Shrouded Sky, as the name suggests, will introduce numerous powerful hurricanes into the current map. A tailwind will increase your speed, but a headwind will not only limit your speed but also accelerate your stamina consumption.
More importantly, the strong winds will inevitably affect the trajectory of your thrown items, including the smoke or gas created by some grenades, which may not land in enemy groups as you expect.
Furthermore, similar to the heavy snow in Cold Snap, the hurricanes will darken the sky and clouds, significantly reducing overall visibility. Whether you can stealthily approach the enemy faster or be more easily ambushed depends on your vigilance.
As the wind howls, various debris on the ground will be swept up and hit you. While these won't cause fatal injuries, they will slowly weaken your shield and make it flicker, making you more easily spotted by enemies.
Therefore, if you want to survive in this environment and kill enemies to earn loot, you not only need to ensure your strength and gear are reliable but also develop the most suitable strategy based on the situation.
Weather monitoring system
This mechanism belongs to the project gameplay in this update, and it seems to require you to build a forecast system for special weather such as hurricanes. However, this is not its real purpose - its main function is to provide rewards.
The game will issue tasks through the weather monitoring system, and you need to collect specific materials as required to help build the system and ensure that all functions are working properly.
This project may require you to collect new limited materials, similar to Flickering Flames event, or it may involve other common ARC Raiders items. But in any case, you will definitely have to put in a lot of effort.
New ARC enemies
As part of a previously planned update, Shrouded Sky has brought two new ARC enemy types, further enhancing the game's PvE capabilities.
The first is the flying Firefly. This enemy attacks by spewing flames upon spotting you. You must move quickly to find suitable cover while using guns or grenades to destroy it.
Both its rear and front thrusters are armored, but unlike Hornet, you can't clearly see Firefly's armor from the bottom. The bottom of the rear thruster is also armored, but the top is not.
The second ARC enemy is Comet. It appears as an unassuming sphere, but if you get too close and fail to notice it, it will immediately lock onto you and explode.

Overall, these are standard PvE enemies, not the extremely sturdy, large ARCs like Queen or Matriarch. That said, be cautious when you encounter them and don't underestimate them.
Dam Battlegrounds update
In addition to the new map conditions, Shrouded Sky has added a high-value loot area, Controlled Access Zone, to the classic map Dam Battlegrounds.
This means you can find more valuable items here, and the rewards will be even greater if combined with other map events! However, the intensity of PvP conflicts here will definitely increase, so be prepared.
New Deck: Surgeon
A deck is a reward track in the game, generally including cosmetic and item rewards. This new deck introduces Surgeon cosmetics, where you can gradually unlock parts to eventually dress up as Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde.
Furthermore, the new deck also includes Full Beard appearance, or you can acquire Stubble Beard and Thick Moustache from the shop and use them to decorate your character as needed.
More cosmetic bundles
In addition to deck rewards and various beard decorations, this update also introduces two new cosmetic sets: The Volare and The Devotee. Furthermore, a new backpack set and Raider tool set are expected to be released later in the game.
Summary
The above is all the new content that ARC Raiders Shrouded Sky update will bring you, and there's a high chance that other new events will be introduced to maintain the game's fun and freshness.
While ARC Raiders hasn't yet satisfied all players, the stable update schedule has certainly comforted many loyal fans. We look forward to it maintaining its leading position in the increasingly competitive shooter market.
