In short, utilizing the extensive library of assets, you can bring almost any racing fantasy to life, whether it involves track segments featuring unique corners, urban landscapes complete with multi-story apartments, hotels, and industrial buildings of varying heights, or purely atmospheric elements like Horizon mascots, inflatable wacky waving tube men, and victory podiums. There is virtually nothing you can't create within The Estate!

You could even place a colossal Brachiosaurus or a circling Pterodactyl right next to the finish line, making it feel as though you've raced straight into Jurassic Park as you speed past.

Getting back to the core concept: the true allure of The Estate in FH6 lies in its powerful social features. The value of your Estate grows as you continue to build upon it, and all your custom layouts can be saved as blueprints and shared with your friends.

This means that even if you lack a natural talent for architecture, you can download masterpieces created by the community's most gifted builders, whether it's a flawless Tokyo Drift style parking lot or an intricate stunt park. You can invite friends to your private estate to engage in high-intensity races on tracks you designed yourself, or simply cruise leisurely through the forests atop the mountain peaks.
