  • Fallout 76: A Legendary Weapon That Low-Health Builds Must Not Miss! - Railway Rifle

    Posted: May 18, 2024

Here I want to talk about Railway Rifle, which is one of the best weapons in the game if it is set up properly.

Railway Rifle is a home-made steel stake launcher that is loved by many Fallout 76 players. It has high single-shot damage values in both semi-auto or full-auto shooting modes, is incredibly ammo efficient, and is very easy to make.

This is undoubtedly one of the best weapons in Fallout 76, especially for VATS Commando builds. If you want to buy a Railway Rifle for yourself, here are some places to find it.

    How To Find Railway Rifle?

Imagine taking a solid block of steel and shooting it at someone’s head. That’s what Railway Rifle is all about. It uses the power of a steam engine to fire solid steel bolts at whatever you want to destroy.

It makes a cool gurgling sound when you reload. You can find plans to make them starting at level 30 in the southern and eastern parts of the map. But you can also buy plans directly from vendors, including Free States and Shopping Mall Vendors at Whitespring Resort. Additionally, Grahm, a super mutant merchant, and vendors in Watoga, as well as Berkeley Springs Station, also sell these plans.

    Why It’s Good?

By default, Rifle does 95 base damage per shot. That’s more than Hunting Rifle’s 70 base damage. It also has a very high recoil, so at first glance, it looks like a classic sniper that hits hard but shoots slowly.

But if you look closely, you’ll see that it only costs 20 Action Points to shoot in VATS, which is less than VATS cost of most snipers. Adding Automatic Piston mod also halves Action Point cost and increases the rate of fire to 75, which is comparable to Handmade Rifle.

One of the great things about the game is that weapons that hit hard tend to shoot slowly and require a lot of Action Points in VATS. You should use them as precision weapons. On the other hand, fast-firing weapons deal fewer damage per shot, and Machine Guns require a lot of AP in VATS. So you should rely on the rate of fire to take out enemies.

But Railway Rifle breaks all stereotypes. It does a lot of damage, but it also fires very quickly and is also cheap in VATS. The only downside is the ridiculously high recoil. This makes the automatic Railway Rifle unique.

    How To Use It Properly?

Railway Rifle almost looks like it was designed specifically for VATS. And that’s exactly how you should use it, because VATS can counteract the recoil.

It doesn’t have a lot of mods. As I mentioned before, Automatic Piston Receiver increases the rate of fire and reduces the cost in VATS. Outside of VATS, the extra rate of fire will be useless because of the recoil, but when you add the mod, it also reduces AP cost. So it’s a simple choice to go with Automatic Piston.

Long Barrel gives you more range and accuracy, but at the cost of more recoil. But as we mentioned before, VATS counteracts recoil, so you’ll want Long Barrel as well.

Also, Longer Scope will make you more accurate, which is very handy, but opting for Reflex Sight will reduce AP cost to 7 per shot. If you have plenty of Perception, then Reflex Sight might be the better choice. Players with low health and a full Unyielding set will be particularly suited to using it.

Extra Perception will let you hit more in VATS, extra AP means you can shoot more, and extra Luck means more crits.

But unlike most Rifles, it doesn’t have Armor Penetrating Magazines, so make sure to use Tank Killer to give yourself some ways around armor, and use Critical Savvy perk card to get as many crits as possible.

There’s no weight saving perks under Perception so you should also be free to use Commando perks for more damage.

If you don’t have Speed Demon mutation, Ground and Pound should help you reload faster. But if you have mutations, you can replace it with other perks, since reloading is only a little faster and the hip fire accuracy bonus isn’t very useful for Railway Rifle.

    Best Legendary Effects

As always, which Legendary Effect is best comes down to personal preference, but I’ll give some of my thoughts.

Since Railway Rifle has a small magazine, with only 10 spikes. This makes Quad effect more useful than other weapon types.

Anti Armor is also particularly useful, since Rifle doesn’t have an Anti Armor magazine, halving an enemy’s armor makes a noticeable difference. Combine it with Tank Killer and you can reduce armor by nearly 70%, compared to 36% with just Tank Killer.

Against bosses, you still need Quad effect for a more sustained shot, but Anti Armor does significantly more damage per shot, so it works better in normal play. But both are great as endgame gear.

For the second star, Explosive effects are always good for marking, but the 25% faster fire rate against bosses will actually give you more damage, especially if you land more critical hits at low health.

VATS Enhanced is the obvious choice for the last star. Reducing VATS action cost by 25% doesn’t seem like much, but this discount is based on the base AP cost, so the action point cost per shot is fixed at -5.

With Automatic Piston and Reflex Sight, it costs 7 AP per shot, which is still low, but with the reduced VATS cost, it only costs 2 AP per shot, which is ridiculous.

It pairs well with any other combination of Legendary Effects, but pairs particularly well with Quad. Therefore, the ideal combination is Quad, Faster Fire, and VATS Enhanced.

I got 492 AP with my low health character, which is more than enough to throw multiple magazines at a boss without running out of AP.

    Outro

All in all, Railway Rifle is a very specialized weapon. For anyone using VATS, especially with a low health build, this is one of the best weapons you can get. It hits hard, shoots fast, and has a very low VATS cost. Once you use an excellent weapon, you’ll understand why it has remained popular with players for so many years. Give it a try!

  • Fallout 76: Unlock Exciting Rewards By Obtaining These Special Items

    Posted: May 18, 2024

Greeting fellow gamers! Here is a new guide of Fallout 76. Today, I have prepared several important items that can be vendor for amazing rewards. If you are interested in this content, just follow my step and take a closer look!

    US Government Supply Requisition

First thing we're going to talk about is the US Government Supply Requisition. You can find it under your holotapes menu in your Pip-Boy kit or in your stash. You usually obtain these off of enemies that you've killed in Fallout 76, usually the Ghouls. With this holotape, you can take it to any Relay Tower.

When you arrive at the Relay Tower, kill the enemies and jump onto the terminal that's inside. You're going to want to hit 'load holotape', selecting the US Government Supply Requisition, and then request an emergency air drop. Now, once you've done that, load up your map. You may also have to put the side quest for and get the supply drop.

Then, we're going to go to the Bolton Greens. Once you spawn in, you're going to go over to where it shows you on the compass, and within that area, you'll find an air drop. You might have to wait like 30 seconds for it to drop, but eventually it will drop. If you don't see it, look for the orange smoke. Once you get over to it, you might have to use a Bobby Pin if you don't have Master Infiltrator on, but you'll get some good stuff from there.

    Pleasant Valley Claim Tickets

Next one we're going to talk about is the Pleasant Valley Claim Tickets. You're going to want to spawn in at the Pleasant Valley Ski Resort. Once you're here, you're going to make your way over to the front entrance that's close to Top of the World. Right here, you're going to want to go upstairs and then down 2 flights of stairs.

Now, once you're down here, there is a quest in order to be able to get through this doorway. It is called the Key to the Past, and you'll just have to complete that in order to gain access to this room. Once you're in here, you're going to want to talk to the bellhop there.

If you have Pleasant Valley Claim Tickets on you, they're under miscellaneous in your Pip-Boy kit. Even if you have multiple tickets on you, you'll have to give them one by one. You can have them all on your character at a time, but you'll have to keep clicking him until you're done giving him the tickets.

    Technical Data

Next, let's discuss the Technical Data. You can find these in desks, safes, blue and orange cylindrical filing cabinets, AMS Corporate Headquarters, Sugar Grove, Watoga High School, and the Silo locations. You can usually find them in the Filing Cabinets at West Tek. You might need to complete a quest to access the basement, but you can also check upstairs in the West Tek, where you might find Technical Data.

Once you've collected the Technical Data, you'll receive the quest called 'Forbidden Knowledge'. Head to Fort Atlas to deliver the data to the Brotherhood of Steel scribe. If you have multiple pieces of Technical Data, it's best to deliver them one at a time.

If you give them all at once, it reduces your chances of getting rare rewards. I recommend going to a stash box, taking out one piece of Technical Data at a time, and delivering them individually. Although it takes some time, you can repeat this process for each piece of Technical Data you have.

    Claim Tokens

Next, let's talk about Claim Tokens. If you've participated in the Load Bearing event, where you help robots stay alive while they dig up resources, you've likely gained some Claim Tokens. After completing the event, you also receive 10 additional tokens as part of the rewards, making it worthwhile to participate. During the event, you earn two tokens every few minutes as you keep the robots alive for the 4 to 5-minute duration.

Now, what do you do with those Claim Tokens? Head to the Terminal. If you have some tokens, you can exchange them for various hauls, such as the Jackpot Haul. From the Claim Tokens you get, you can receive a significant amount of scrap, ammo, and other valuable Fallout 76 Items.

    Mr. Fuzzy Tokens

Lastly, let's talk about the Mr. Fuzzy Tokens. Head over to the Camden Park. By completing three daily quests involving carnival games, you can earn three Mr. Fuzzy Tokens for each game or quest you complete.

Chow Line: Participate in the hotdog eating contest. Some hotdogs are moldy, but if you eat 6 hotdogs within a minute, you'll earn 3 Mr. Fuzzy Tokens. It's very easy to do.

Dross Toss: Toggle this on your daily quests. Talk to Zach to start. Pick up the dross, which equips like a grenade, and try to throw it into the tires. If you miss, just keep throwing until you run out of drosses. Wait a few seconds for the event to complete and receive your tokens.

Lucky Mucker: Talk to Zeke and grab the coal bucket. Deposit the coal into 4 Wheelbarrows located around the Camden Park. After depositing the coal, return to Zeke for 3 more tokens.

Once you’ve completed all 3 quests, or if you already have some Mr. Fuzzy Tokens, head to The Company Store and use the terminal. Here, you can see what prizes you can afford with your tokens. The prizes range from minor items to the Mr. Fuzzy costume and the Mr. Fuzzy costume head, which may take a long time to obtain. But if you’re interested, it’s worth picking up.

  • Fallout 76: Which Are The Best Power Armor Sets Available In 2024?

    Posted: May 17, 2024

Welcome to another Fallout 76 guide! This time, I will delve into the best power armor available in Fallout 76 as of 2024. Power armor is an essential aspect of gameplay, offering protection and various bonuses to enhance your survivability and combat effectiveness in the Wasteland.

    Power Armor Sets Overview

Among all the Fallout 76 Items, there are several power armor sets, each with its own strengths and special attributes. Here are the sets you can find in the game:

    • T-45 Power Armor
    • T-51b Power Armor
    • T-60 Power Armor
    • T-65 Power Armor
    • X-01 Power Armor
    • Ultracite Power Armor
    • Strangler Heart Power Armor
    • Raider Power Armor
    • Hellcat Power Armor
    • Excavator Power Armor
    • Union Power Armor

While every power armor set offers some level of protection and bonuses, a few stand out because of their exceptional attributes. Here are the best power armor sets in Fallout 76 as of 2024, along with reasons why they are considered top-tier:

    T-65 Power Armor

The first one I would recommend is the T-65. It may not be the best-looking set, but out of all the sets, it has the highest resistance for both physical and energy damage, plus a substantial 90% rad reduction. To obtain this set, you need to find the Vault 79. Teleport there and look for an NPC named Regs, who sells the plans for each piece for Gold Bullion.

To get Gold Bullion, you can do the Wastelanders daily quests or complete certain public events to earn treasury notes. These notes can be taken to a gold press machine in the Whitespring Resort mall to convert into Gold Bullion. Keep in mind, the vendor has a daily limit of 400, so plan accordingly.

    Union Power Armor

Another power armor set, currently unobtainable because of a bug, is the Union power armor set. This will likely be fixed in the next major update. You used to get it from the Season 10 Scoreboard, but now it seems to be available from the Expeditions vendor for 120 stamps per part.

This set offers 150% poison resistance and a 75 boost to carry weight, making it perfect for low HP builds or bloodied builds. The poison resistance is particularly useful in endgame scenarios where poison clouds can be lethal.

    Excavator Power Armor

The Excavator Power Armor set may not be the prettiest, but it's incredibly functional. You can obtain it early on through the Miner Miracles quest, which unlocks at Level 20. This set provides 90% rad reduction, 42% damage reduction, and a +100 carry weight bonus.

Additionally, it gives you four times the yield when mining ores, making it perfect for resource farming. It's an excellent choice for Hoarders or those who enjoy gathering their own materials.

    Hellcat Power Armor

The last set I’ll discuss is one I most recommend - the Hellcat Power Armor. You can get this set by completing the Brotherhood of Steel quest line. Regardless of your choices in the main story, you will obtain this power armor. Each piece gives you +2% ballistic damage resistance, making it one of the tankiest power armors in Fallout 76.

It's ideal for max health builds, especially if you roll the Overeaters on all pieces to maximize tankiness. While it doesn't boost carry weight, you can modify the arms or legs to increase carry capacity.

  • Fallout 76: How To Speed Up Your Journey To Gain XP And Level Up?

    Posted: May 16, 2024

Allow me to introduce you to another Fallout 76 guide. In today's walkthrough, I'll unveil the most effective strategy to rapidly level up, accumulate perk points, and ascend to higher levels in Fallout 76. By following this guide, you'll join the ranks of high-level players, ensuring your place among the elite in the Wasteland. Let's dive in!

    Consumables

Now, to start this off, the first thing we're going to do is to open our map. And then you're going to proceed to find the West Tek location. Once over here, you are going to need a couple of things just to boost the XP gain that you obtain. These items being, first, if you have any Lunchboxes, always worth popping them because they can give you upwards of a 100% XP boost, so basically double XP.

The second Fallout 76 Item I highly recommend is the Berry Mentats. Not only does this provide an XP boost by increasing your intelligence, ensuring you gain more experience points in the game. And finally, for an additional boost to your XP accumulation, consider acquiring the Vault-Tec Bobbleheads, which further enhances your XP gain and contributes to your leveling process.

So if you have any lying around, go ahead and pop them before you do this XP farm. And there is one more extra thing you can do, and it being getting some sleep in Fallout 76. Now, you can get yourself the Well Rested perk or the Very Well Rested. They will all give you a bonus XP, and all you got to do is just by sleeping in a bed or sleeping bag for 30 seconds, then you will get the boost.

    Kill Super Mutants

But once here, you also going to just simply wander into the area where is going to be a bunch of Super Mutants outside. Now, these creatures do scale based on your level, so if you are like Level 100+ already, the Super Mutants you're going to face are probably going to be anywhere from Level 75 up to 100, and it will give you more XP than the low-level Super Mutants. But just clear out the outside area.

Once you've killed all the Super Mutants, make your way inside and do the exact same thing. There are a bunch of Super Mutants in here, and also Mutant Hounds. So, go ahead and kill every super mutant in this building.

It's not too long of a run, usually you can get one done within like 4 minutes. But by far comparing it to some of the other farming methods which are repeatable and give you a constant good amount of XP, this one is probably the best ones.

You could also use this to level up what’s called the Battle Pass. You can rank that up quite quickly with this method. But overall, just run through this entire area, kill all the Super Mutants, and once you have done that, you can just pause the game, return to the main menu, and join a new session.

    Final Thought

If you do this in a Private World, the enemies will not reset because you are joining your own world and spawns don’t really apply when it comes to the same manner they do in a Public World. Because usually when you join a new server, most of the times the enemies will be respawned in that area. So you can constantly come back to West Tech and then farm it infinitely.

When it comes to the overall amount of XP you can get, this is based on how many hours or how long you do this for. Of course, the longer you do it, the more XP you are going to receive as a reward.

  • Fallout 76: How To Easily Obtain Massive Power Armor Plans? - Farming Location Guide

    Posted: May 15, 2024

Greetings, fellow gamers! I'm excited to share with you some prime locations for farming an abundance of power armor plans in Fallout 76. These locations are easy to find and offer a plethora of valuable plans to enhance your armor, ultimately elevating your gaming journey. Let's dive in!

    Watoga Station

Our first destination is Watoga Station. Follow the tracks until you find a train, but watch out for the challenging bots in the area. Near the train, you'll discover a plan. Specifically, you'll find the Plan: BoS knight uniform for crafting the Brotherhood Knight Suit, though the available plans can vary.

To check for different plans, pause the game, quit, and join a new world. Sometimes, you'll reload into the same location, indicated by enemies or an unplaceable camp. Pay attention to these clues, along with the time of day, to determine if you're in a new world.

Once you've collected the plan, it disappears from that world, and there's a cooldown before you can collect it again. Unfortunately, the exact duration of this cooldown escapes me at the moment. Let's move on to our next location after grabbing the plan.

    KMAX Transmission

Our next stop is KMAX Transmission, near Blake's Offering. To reach it from the Watoga Station, follow the highway until you arrive. Expect a couple of ghouls to attack you upon arrival, and occasionally, a Wendigo might appear too. You can farm these enemies repeatedly for decent loot. If you're not a Bloodied build and want an easier time, hop onto the back of the truck, then onto the wall, and take them out from there.

Now, head over to the barrel nearby to check for plans. If the plans you're looking for aren't there, simply hop to another world and repeat until you find what you need. This time, we have the Plan: Marine Arms. Don't forget to collect the keys that should be nearby. Then you can access to the station, where you'll find various junk items, including a military-grade circuit board.

Additionally, you might stumble upon an extra plan, typically a modification for armor. Make sure to check before you leave, as there's plenty more Fallout 76 Items to be found in this area. So, be sure to explore thoroughly before moving on.

    Harpers Ferry

Then let's go to the Harpers Ferry, which you can easily access by continuing from KMAX Transmission and heading into the area. Once you've arrived, head towards the back end where you'll find a train, and to your left, there's a staircase leading down. Explore this area because you can find some unique weapons, such as the Tomahawk and Black Powder Rifle. If someone hasn't already collected it, you might also find a Black Powder Pistol.

After exploring that area, walk inside and take a left where you should find more plans. If you've already collected part of a plan, leave the game and rejoin a new world to refresh the inventory. Similarly, if the item isn't there when you arrive, repeat the process of leaving and rejoining until it respawns. Keep at it until you find the item you're looking for.

    Grafton Steel

For our next destination, we're heading over to Grafton Steel. If you've followed along from the Morgantown area, you should already be in the vicinity of the Grafton Dam and VA 76. Once you arrive at Grafton Steel, be cautious of the Super Mutants lurking around. While they're not individually strong, their numbers can overwhelm you quickly, especially considering the presence of their hounds, which can sneak up on you.

Proceed with caution and take out the super mutants from a distance to avoid being overrun. Once you've cleared the area, explore around, and you'll likely find another plan waiting for you - Plan: Deep Pocketed Leather Armor Limbs.

This is another spot where you can repeatedly collect plans by server hopping, allowing you to potentially acquire different plans each time. One common find here is pieces of the Brotherhood of Steel armor set, making it a worthwhile location to visit early on.

    Whitespring Resort

The final stop on our plan-hunting journey is Whitespring Resort, conveniently accessible early in Fallout 76. From Vault 76, head in this direction towards Sutton Station, and you'll soon spot Whitespring Resort. This location is a treasure trove, boasting a variety of vendors, including Responders and Brotherhood vendors, offering a wide range of goods.

Whitespring Resort is an excellent destination for power armor plan hunters, particularly those seeking weapons, power armor modifications, or various armor and weapon plans. Make sure to explore the area thoroughly to uncover the abundance of plans available here.

  • Fallout 76: Which 5 Mutations Can Help You Play Through?

    Posted: May 15, 2024

Welcome to Fallout 76 guide. Today I’m going to be doing a guide on five essential Mutations to help you play through the game.

Before we dive into the actual Mutations.

There are three different perks and Fallout 76 Bottle Caps which I’d really recommend you use to make the most out of your Mutations.

    Three Different Perks

    1.Starch Genes

First, one is going to be Starch Genes. As this one will protect your Mutations stopping you from losing them. Stopping you from gaining some from just being around Radiation and stuff like that.

    2.Strange In Numbers

The second perk I would recommend is Strange In Numbers. This one actually makes your Mutations even stronger when you’re a team with other people who are mutated, which is pretty much 99% of the players in the game. We’ll look over that into a little more detail when we review the different Mutations in this guide.

    3.Class Freak

Finally, the last perk would be Class Freak. Some people claim that you don’t actually need to use this one, but I definitely recommend it. Because it really weakens down the negative effects of Mutations if you have it at level three. It’ll take it down by 75% which pretty much makes a lot of the negatives just basically nothing.

    Five Essential Mutations

    1.Carnivore And Herbivore

So the first Mutation I would recommend is either Carnivore or Herbivore depending on which one you want to go for. Personally, I like to use Herbivore just because of the benefits towards like Cranberry products and stuff like that. But I know some people who are builds do prefer to go down Carnivore route or so just have a think about which consumables you use which Buffs and stuff and Fallout 76 Items. Then decide which one’s going to be better for you.

The benefit with these is, of course, that you will get double hunger satisfaction from the chosen one. So if you’re Carnivore when you eat meat, you’ll get double if you’re Herbivore when you eat a plant, you’ll get double. Same thing goes for HP restoration and also you’ll have no disease chances from eating the consumables from your selected type.

Now the negatives of Carnivore and same as Herbivore, but obviously just switch it over, is you’ll not get any hunger satisfaction, or HP regeneration, or any Buffs applied from eating the opposite effect from what you’ve chosen.

    2.Egg Head

The second Mutation I would advise is Egg Head. Now, this one is a really awesome perk for the simple fact that it boosts your Intelligence. It’s a very simple one doesn’t have too much to it but it gives you plus six Intelligence, which is a really big jump.

It does have the minus three Strength and the minus three Endurance but let say you have Stranger In Numbers that Intelligence is then going to go to like plus eight Intelligence.

And then if you put Class Freak on the negatives are going to go down to like minus one Strength, minus one Endurance which if you’re a Bloodied build then. These are just going to literally be null and void. Because you’re on and Armor is just going to push that through the roof. As well as other perks and your standard special stats, you’re really not going to miss one special stat realistically.

    3.Herd Mentality

Now the third Mutation I really recommend is Herd Mentality. Fallout 76 of course is an online game and the majority of the time you playing you’re going to be in a team. So this is going to boost your stats pretty much at all times. As you can see on screen when you have this Mutation acquired, you’ll get plus two to all of your special stats in a team.

That’s just negated all the negative effect from the previous Mutation. But it is worth noting if you were going to play a solo, you would also lose two special stats. So just always being a team. It’s better anyway you get more XP especially if you’re in a casual team. Stay in a casual whatever you do.

    4.Marsupial Mutation

Number four is definitely the most popular Mutation in the game. I would argue and that is Marsupial Mutation. This one comes with two benefits with the plus 20 Carry weight, which is of course ideal and in addition to that you also get a superior jumping height. So if you ever see anyone run around jumping at extreme height compared to you. It’s because they’ve got Marsupial Mutation.

Now again, this one does come with a pretty hefty negative with minus four Intelligence but like I said earlier if you’re using Class Freak that will not get down like minus one. With the minus 75% reduction from having that perk acquired which then again by having Herd Mentality will also wipe that out.

    5.Demon Mutation

Now going on to the final Mutation. This is going to be one of my favorite ones with the speed Demon Mutation. This one comes with the benefits of speed. And that’s going to be plus 20% movement speed and also plus 20% reload speed, so whether you want to run around faster to hit the enemies or whether you’re running and gunning and you want to reload faster.

It’s ideal for both. The negatives of this, though, is it does give you a plus 50% drain on your hunger and your thirst on your moving.

But realistically they took out the kind of hunger and thirst negatives in the game. So you used to have to eat and drink, otherwise you would lose stats and stuff like that. Now that just got taken out, so you don’t actually need to eat and drink.

These are five essential Mutations in Fallout 76. I hope you guys like this guide. See you next time.

  • Fallout 76: A Deep Dive Into Why Low Health Builds Are Worth Trying

    Posted: May 13, 2024

Hello everybody, I hope you’re having a fantastic day today. Next I will explain their RADS why so high or their health so low and it is extremely beneficial.

    Benefits Of Low Health

The main reason why our health is low, our RADS are high. The reason we RADS high is that it keeps our health low. And it takes advantage of the Unyielding effect that you can only get on regular armor. You cannot get on power armor and it has gained up to three plus to all special stats except endurance when health is low and this is extremely beneficial.

However, investing Fallout 76 Bottle Caps will greatly increase the attributes of game equipment.

When you have five pieces because that’s going to be plus 15 to all stats except endurance now you can see here when I irradiated myself you can just see the stats going up her. We have better strength, better perception, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility and luck and having these stats higher is going to benefit us. And I’m going to show you why one of the is that it gives you extra carry weight, like almost an extra 100 carry weight you can see.

    Health And Unyielding Armor

When I lower my health all the way to the maximum potential of Unyielding Armor I am almost like plus an extra 100 carry weight and that’s because our strength goes up your AP and Luck with the critical will just be insane.

Like once you learn to Maneuver around a bit, like you are just going to be an unstoppable machine and like out front of West Tek here can be pretty. Tough sometimes, especially for a new player, but you can see like they didn’t even hit me.

I’m just hopping around never ending AP and critical going off. It is extremely convenient and with your AP being so high as well as your agility. You’re never going to be able to run like I pretty much just ran across this whole Bridge without stopping to replenish AP.

Unyielding Armor is another reason people get so much xp from grenades at West Tek it’s not the big reason but 15 extra intelligence you get just from wearing Unyielding Armor helps with your XP gain from enemies. Because the higher your intelligence is, the more XP you will gain from the enemy.

So it’s basically the starter kit to running West Tek. Another thing is your charisma will be high. So this will affect your trading as well and your bargaining and you can see here. It’s $12290 and 2150 for the brick building and the metal building set.

Now you can see when I lower my health and we get the Unyielding effect going.

    Operation More Convenient

It raises our Charisma so high that you don’t even need hard bargain anymore. This will give you the same deals as having a hard bargain on and it saves you a perk slot even if you don’t want to switch it on and off. You can see I’m getting a lot cheaper deal here than we did before. Our health was so low and again this is because of Unyielding Armor.

And you are definitely a Glass Cannon. But the more you learn to Maneuver, the less you will start dying. You will just pick up on little tricks. Maybe sneak when you first attack definitely hopping around really helps with the ground enemies.

Especially, if you’re at the queen event, you’re just not going to get hit by them as much as you just kind of learn how to Maneuver you can see.

I’m down here south in Cranberry and there’s just Scorchbeasts everywhere. And Scorch going everywhere. I think I barely got hit down here. Now you just got to be quick and practice and don’t be discouraged when you first try this build.

If you do, you are going to die a lot, but to be honest, like since I’ve been doing this for a couple of years. Now if I die like if anything it’s in Daily Ops or it’s just something you know that I wasn’t paying attention really to my health. You seem to have a lot of time to hit a stimpak before you die.

    Do Not Use Nerd Rage

And you don’t have to go like full low Health. Although you will want to for Nerd Rage, you really don’t have to. I find I’ll die and it’ll mess up my RADS every once in a while. And I’ll just leave them there and you just have that little of extra health and then you really won’t die.

And as I was saying, Nerd Rage, this is another reason to have your health low with Unyielding Armor. As you do 10% more damage, you have a better AP Regen and more damage resistance.

And 20% more Health you can see here when we’re lowering our RADS again. It’s also a good way to tell when you’ve reached your maximum potential for Unyielding Armor.

When Nerd Rage goes off, you don’t want to raise your RADS any higher. Also another perk card with having your Rad so high radical is awesome. You’ll get five Extra Strength even more carry weight, you can have a mixed match set of Unyielding Armor as well.

It’s still actually pretty good. I’m sure if most of you tried a mixed match set of armor, you’d be pretty happy with it.

And you can get a mixed match set of Armor,if you get lucky and, like you, just get a Legendary drop. But I would check players’ vendors as you can here on the map.

I’m showing you can just check them and see if they have any armor, preferably three stars, and then go buy them. They’re usually not that expensive like 500 to 1500 Caps, sometimes for a one or two or three stars will be more expensive.

But to be honest, you really want to go for that secret service Armor and you get that by doing the main quest involving crater and foundation.

    To Gain Secret Service Armor

And once you basically beat that whole quest you can come to Vault 79 here and you can come talk to Regs here and you can trade gold bullion to get Secret Service Armor set.

It’s the best armor in the game and it’s the easiest way to get Unyielding Armor on Armor. Basically, because you can just use one module rather than three modules that I’m going to show. I’m also going to show you two here the prices for it.

You don’t need Secret Service helmet, the jet pack is nice, and it is going to take a little of saving up but just keep in mind you can get this for cheaper at Manual. so pay attention to when Manual is around.

And here’s the little trick with this: if you didn’t know with most Armor, well, you can’t craft it.

So once you do have a piece of armor that you want a three star on, you pretty much have to come over here and roll a three star for three modules. But with Secret Service Armor you can just craft new pieces and more often than not you will get a three star, anyway.

So that’s your best bet for Unyielding. You only need to go one module at a time. You can see I rolled 10 pieces here and didn’t get any Unyielding.

It’s not exactly easy but still it was only 10 modules, and we got 10 pieces. And I think three or four of them here was a three stars anyway, so don’t waste your modules using three to roll that third star effect, just make new pieces over and over again. And you’ll be able to trade it in for script at Legendary PR as well.

And like I said, don’t let RNG upset you. Maybe you will have better luck than I. And I usually roll about five at a time with Secret Service Armor. Then I’ll go check and see if any are unyielding.

If they’re not then, I’ll go do another five and I just keep repeating that process until you know you got your whole set. It will take a bunch of modules if you get it within 200 modules. You’re probably lucky a way that I also lower my health is I just get my RADS all the way up by drinking dirty water.

    To obtain Gamma Gun

Another way people like to raise their RADS is to use Gamma Gun and all you have to do is get your hands on one and then just pretty much shoot yourself and wait for Nerd Rage to go off.And then again you know your Armor is at its maximum potential.

I hope this answers the question why some people have their RADS , taking these tips will make you feel better in the game. Have a nice day.

  • Fallout 76: Useful Advices To Pay Attention When Creating An OP Shotgun Build

    Posted: May 09, 2024

In this guide, I'll outline what constitutes a strong Fallout 76 shotgun build for players above Level 50. Making an shotgun build in Fallout 76 requires considerable preparation, but the outcomes are highly rewarding. These insights include important information to enhance your leveling experience of the game.

    Legendary Perks

Here's a breakdown of the recommended perk cards for an effective shotgun build in Fallout 76.

    Perception-Based Perks

Concentrated Fire: This perk allows you to target specific limbs on enemies, aiding in staggering targets. Whether you aim for legs to cripple or arms to disarm, or go for optimal damage by targeting the head, the Concentrated Fire ensures critical hits. In V.A.T.S., the hit chance applies to all 8 shotgun pellets, making it a valuable asset even without a full V.A.T.S. build.

Grenadier: This perk doubles the explosive damage radius, significantly increasing the area of effect of explosive shots.

    Strength-Based Perks

Shotgunner: The Master, Normal, and Expert Shotgunner perks grant a total of 60% more damage, significantly enhancing your shotgun's firepower.

Heavy Gunner: It specifically enhances non-explosive heavy weapons. Using the Heavy Gunner perk with explosive heavy weapons like the auto grenade launcher would be ineffective.

    Charisma-Based Perks

Tenderizer: This perk adds 10% more damage to your attacks after hitting a target, lasting for 10 seconds. However, with a shotgun build's high damage output, the duration may not always be necessary.

    Agility-Based Perks

Enforcer: Enforcer provides a 15% stagger chance and a 30% chance to cripple a limb, synergizing well with Concentrated Fire. While not every enemy may require limb crippling, it can be advantageous in certain situations.

Adrenaline: This perk offers a bonus of 10% damage per kill, accumulating up to 60% extra damage, enhancing your combat effectiveness as the fight progresses.

    Luck-Based Perks

Bloody Mess: It adds a vital 15% bonus damage to all your attacks, amplifying your overall damage output.

Class Freak, Starched Genes & Strange In Numbers: These perks are essential for maintaining and maximizing the benefits of mutations, which are integral to many optimized builds.

Ricochet: It provides additional survivability by offering an 18% chance to avoid incoming damage. Instead, the target receives the damage they would have inflicted on you.

    Intelligence-Based Perk

Demolition Expert: Providing a substantial 60% bonus damage to explosives, Demolition Expert greatly enhances the destructive power of explosive shotguns.

    Which Shotgun To Choose?

When it comes to which kind of shotgun we use, the combat shotgun excels at handling tanky enemies, while the double barrel shotgun is more effective in clearing out groups of foes. I particularly appreciate the versatility of the double barrel shotgun, especially when equipped with quad explosive mods.

This configuration grants us 8 shots, providing greater combat viability. In terms of magazine capacity, it almost rivals that of the combat shotgun. However, what sets the combat shotgun apart is its magazine attachment, offering +40% armor penetration, a feature that doesn't consume a legendary perk slot.

When all 8 bullets hit the same target, consecutive hit procs, granting a stacking damage bonus. With each hit contributing +5% damage, the cumulative effect can reach up to 40%, despite displaying a cap at 45%.

Similarly, when running the Vampire's legendary effect on shotguns to have the Vampire's Combat Shotgun, each pellet contributes to health regeneration, amounting to a substantial 16% health gain in a single shot.

Ultimately, whether you prefer a tanky shotgun build or favor a more aggressive running gun style, both vampires and consecutive hits offer valuable benefits. Consecutive hits are particularly effective with c like the combat shotgun, enhancing overall damage output.

  • Fallout 76: A Brief Explanation Of The New Spring Cleaning Event - Challenges & Rewards

To participate, you simply need to complete specific challenges and unlock various rewards along the way. Without wasting time, let’s dive in!

    Spring Cleaning Event Explained

The Spring Cleaning event this time consists of cleaning up junk or creatures in Appalachia, or is going to get you the challenges completed. As of the Atomic Shop update on May 7th, we can be getting the new Abraxo Pip-boy skin without using Fallout 76 Bottle Caps. Players can then pick this up, equip it on their character, and then complete these sets of challenges to then unlock the new rewards.

And before I show off the rewards and all the challenges, please bear in mind that these are in no particular order. Bethesda has changed it to what was datamined and sometimes just swapped the week round. So, the Week 1 reward might end up being the Week 2 or it might end up being the overall reward.

    Week 1

Challenges: During Week 1, running from May 7th to May 14th, players can expect a set of challenges including collecting an Abraxo Cleaner with the Abraxo Pip-boy skin equipped, obtaining a broom, soap, scrapping junk to create Acid and Fertilizer, as well as defeating an Alien and a lesser Devil with the Cremator.

Typically, unlocking the main reward requires completing approximately 5 out of the 7 challenges. Therefore, players don't need to participate daily. If they have time, they can join, complete the challenge, and receive rewards.

Rewards: The rewards by completing these Week 1 challenges are 1 Scout Banner, 3 Lunchboxes, 3 Legendary Modules, 250 Score Points, Nuka Cola Mix Pack (1x Dark, 1x Grape, 1x Orange, 1x Wild, 1x Cherry, 1x Cranberry), 3 Perk Packs, and 3 Repair Kits. If you don't have these yet, you might want to take up the challenge.

Once you've successfully conquered all the challenges designated for Week 1, you will be rewarded with the acquisition of the Mobile Sanitation Backpack, an item highly sought after and eagerly anticipated by a multitude of players within the Fallout 76.

    Week 2

Challenges: Moving on to the Week 2 and we are again faced with 7 different challenges: collect a Plunger, collect Toilet Paper, scrap junk to create Ceramic, scrap junk to create Plastic, kill an Overgrown, kill a Snallygaster. Then you should also scrap a Catch the Commie board game with the Abraxo Pit-boy skin. You should definitely go and find the board game, get them in your stash boxes, and then you’ll be all sorted ready for the event.

Rewards: The rewards by completing these Week 2 challenges are just like the Week 1 which contain the Scout Banner, Lunchboxes, Legendary Modules and other items. However, it might differ. This might be Week 1or be Week 2. We’ll have to wait and see for when it actually gets released.

After successfully completing all challenges assigned in Week 2, you will be appropriately rewarded - the R.I.P. Daring Bin.

    Conclusion

If you complete both weeks, the reward is meant to be the Abraxo Cleaner skin for the washer and dryer set. This is actually a decent-looking skin that many players are looking forward to get and picking it up, so I definitely recommend you to jump on and get this sorted. That is all the information you need and about this upcoming event starting on May 7th and lasting until the 21st of May.

  • Fallout 76: How About Alien Blaster That Dropped From The Recent Invaders From Beyond Event?

    Posted: May 06, 2024

In this guide, we’re going to talk about a unique pistol in Fallout 76, Alien Blaster. It’s by far one of the most effective pistols in the game, but only in certain situations, so let me show you how to get it and how to really make the most of it.

With the recent Invaders from Beyond alien-themed event in full swing, the plans for the weapon and mods may be dropped as rewards for the event. So this is a great opportunity for new players to access it.

    Gameplay

If you’ve ever wanted to try a pistol, this is your chance. Unfortunately, it’s a single-shot weapon, so you have to click every time you shoot. But the weapon fires fast enough that you can fire quickly with a single mouse click.

Bullets have flight time and can hit objects in between, so keep this in mind if you’re shooting normally. But if you use VATS, then the shot will automatically track the enemy, so generally VATS is the best choice for Blaster.

It’s a weird and interesting weapon, and it’s really fun to see the ball target enemies. If you configure it correctly, it works very well and I’ll show you what you need.

One thing to note is that Cryo Weapons may become debuffed if PTS changes make their way into the main game. So now is the perfect time to see Blaster at its most powerful.

    How To Unlock It?

The easiest way to get an Alien Blaster is to pick it up from the world. You can find it at Toxic Pond, an unmarked spot in Toxic Valley area.

Here you need to look for the destroyed house and a pond to the north of it. In the pond, you will find a broken safe underwater. If you have enough Fallout 76 Bottle Caps, it’s a good idea to buy and wear Hazmat Suits or Power Armor to reduce the radiation when you pick it up.

This is a guaranteed spawn point and should be there unless someone has already taken it. If it’s lost, you can try server hopping to find a world that still has it. After learning the plans for the weapon, you’ll start obtaining them from legendary enemies.

    Main Mod

It only has a few mods, but the most important one is Cryo Mod. Besides slowing down enemies, this will cause your shots to create a small cryo explosion. This is one reason Blaster is so effective.

Other mods like Scope or Barrel are great for improving range or accuracy, but Cryo Mod is a must if you want to try out Blaster properly.

I must stress that you can only find plans for the magazine mods through Invaders from Beyond Event, so it pays to do as many as you can before you have plans for the mods. Other mods you can get by scrapping Blasters repeatedly until you learn them.

    Best Legendary Effect

For the legendary effect of this weapon, the most important thing is Two-Shot, for the first legendary star. Because you’re relying on a small cryo explosion, like any other Explosive Launcher, Two-Shot is the best. It’s close to Bloody’s raw damage, but Two-Shot is more effective in actual combat.

Since you’re using something like VATS, something like VATS Enhanced for increased VATS accuracy, or Lucky for extra critical damage are both really good choices for the second star. Also, Rapid for faster fire rate will help, but usually weapon fires fast are fast enough.

For the last star, something like Lucky which adds more critical damage or VATS Enhanced which costs fewer Action Points are two better options. And since you have to reload often, Rapid for faster reload will also help, although Speed Demon mutation will make you fast enough, anyway.

How Are Your Perk Points Allocated?

Since Alien Blaster is a single-shot pistol, you’ll need Gunslinger perks under Agility. Unfortunately, Agility has a lot of useful benefits, so you have to sacrifice other things to increase the damage. But overall, it’s worth the investment.

If you get three or four perk points, remember that it’s most efficient to spread those points across all three perk levels. A perk from Gunslinger, Expert Gunslinger, and Master Gunslinger gives you 30% extra damage for just 3 perk points.

Additionally, using Demolition enhances explosion damage from Cryo Mods. Grenadier increases the size of the explosion. So get as many levels as possible for both.

Since Blaster is also an energy weapon, a few levels of Science will further increase your damage. Critical Savvy and Better Criticals give you more effective critical damage, so they work well with any VATS weapon.

    How To Collect Enough Ammo?

Although Alien weapons have unique ammo types that other weapons don’t have, it’s not too bad to make. Generally speaking, if you use the perks I talked about before, you should get more than enough ammo.

Another method is to repeatedly play Expeditions or Daily Ops to collect ammo. Alternatively, you can use Ammo Converter to convert cheap ammo into Alien Power Cells.

Most pistols are pretty bad compared to Rifles. The exception is the Alien Blaster, so if you want to play as a Space Cowboy, Blaster is a superb choice. It’s fun to use and very effective in combat. So, try it and see, it will bring surprises to your life!
