How To Request A Refund Or Return

You can request a refund or return via our 24/7 Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Please provide evidence of the issue (such as screenshots of non-delivery or other discrepancies).

  • Note: If the product matches its description and has been successfully delivered, we are not obligated to issue a refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 1 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your card-issuing bank's policies.

Refund Fees

  • Our Responsibility: If a refund is issued due to an error on our part, we will provide a full refund without any deductions.
  • Customer’s Reason: If a refund is requested for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, "buyer’s remorse"), a processing fee (determined by the third-party payment platform) will be deducted from the total amount.

1. Currency & Items Refund Policy

Eligible for a Refund:

  • Non-delivery within the guaranteed timeframe.
  • Partial delivery within the guaranteed timeframe (refund for the undelivered portion).
  • Delivered currency or items do not match the order description.
  • Unforeseen technical issues resulting in non-delivery.

Not Eligible for a Refund:

  • The guaranteed delivery time has not yet expired.
  • The order has been successfully delivered as described.
  • Incorrect information was provided (e.g., wrong character name, server, or Monopoly invitation link), and the order was completed based on that info.
  • Failure to follow specific trading instructions provided on the ordering page.
  • The gold or items have already been consumed, used, or transferred.
  • Your account was banned due to RMT (Real Money Trading) risks or other violations disclosed by the game developer.

2. Boosting Refund Policy

Eligible for a Refund:

  • Non-delivery within the guaranteed timeframe.
  • Unauthorized use or removal of valuable items from your account by our staff.
  • Unauthorized changes to account security settings (e.g., email) by our staff.
  • Loss of save data due to our error (e.g., failed synchronization).

Not Eligible for a Refund:

  • The guaranteed delivery time has not yet expired.
  • The order has been fully completed as described.
  • Conflict Login: You logged into the account during service, used cheats, or violated game rules, resulting in a ban or progress loss.
  • Interruption due to factors beyond our control (e.g., password changes during service).
  • Prior violations: You used illegal services or cheats from other platforms before our service, resulting in a ban during our process.

3. Accounts Refund Policy

Eligible for a Refund:

  • Non-delivery: The order was not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe.
  • Invalid Credentials: The login details are incorrect, and we are unable to provide working credentials.
  • Not as Described: The account does not match the description (provided no changes have been made, such as altering login info, playing, or making purchases).
  • Access Issues: The account is not full access (e.g., you were not provided email access or cannot change the email to your own).

Not Eligible for a Refund (Applicable to 3. Accounts & Below 4. Top Up)

  • You purchased the order by mistake and it was successfully delivered.
  • You changed the login credentials or modified the account before filing a "not as described" claim.
  • You altered the account by playing on it, progressing, or making in-game purchases.
  • The account was banned or shadow-banned due to your actions (e.g., botting, toxic behavior, or contacting game developers).

4. Top Up Refund Policy

Eligible for a Refund:

  • Non-delivery: The order was not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe.
  • Region Lock: The region where you made the recharge is locked (e.g., Genshin Impact region-locked).
  • Information Error: You provided an incorrect UID or details, making the order undeliverable.
  • Other Failures: Other technical reasons resulting in non-delivery of the order.

5. Gift Cards Refund Policy

Eligible for a Refund:

  • Non-delivery within the guaranteed timeframe.
  • The received gift card does not match the description.
  • Faulty Code: Evidence proves the code was unusable at the time of delivery (e.g., already redeemed or expired).

Not Eligible for a Refund:

  • Region Mismatch: You purchased a region-specific card incompatible with your region.
  • Security Breach: The card was redeemed by a third party due to you sharing the code.

Return Policy

  • Standard Fulfillment: If the delivered order matches its description, we are under no obligation to accept a return or exchange.
  • Discrepancies: If the order does not match its description, you may request a return, provided the items remain in their original condition. This includes:

1. The goods remain unused, unconsumed, and unaltered.

2. Account credentials have not been changed.

3. No gameplay activity or character progression has occurred.

4. No additional transactions or in-game purchases have been made.
